Family Friendly South End Home

Rare rental south of 55th street. Location is ideal- Steps to the beach and walkable to Aneu cafe and coffee shop, a local seafood shack, a deli/grocery, and two ice cream shops. Walk 3 blocks to playground and park. Also the shortest drive in Ocean City to restaurants serving alcohol in Strathmere.

3 bed 2 bath FIRST FLOOR unit that is newly updated with plenty of space for families. Large front porch with gate to keep pets and kids safe. Two outdoor showers one fully enclosed.
*Master Bedroom: Queen bed
*Second Bedroom: Queen bed
*Third Bedroom: Twin bunk beds with trundle
*Queen pull out sofa in living room

House is situated on a quiet street with only local traffic, and very family friendly neighbors. Pet friendly with approval! Come enjoy the South End of Ocean City NJ!

We are in a very pet friendly neighborhood and love to welcome your pets to Ocean City, however we are unable to accept pets of the following Breeds:
Akita, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull terrier, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman, Mastiff (all types) Olde English Bulldog, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid.
Additionally we cannot accept ANY dog with a bite history or aggressive tendencies or more then 4 dogs at any time.

Cute pet-friendly house in great location

Great location if you are looking for a quieter OCNJ vacation away from the crowds. The unit was tastefully decorated without too much clutter and plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking and storing of our items. The foot traffic in the unit upstairs can be loud but white noice machines were provided and we easily fell asleep. We’ve stayed in different rentals across the island and this was perfect for what we were looking for. Toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags being provided was also a very nice touch. Thanks for the memories!

Property was immaculate and in a great location. Owner very accommodating. She even left dog bowls and balls out for our dog. Highly recommend!

Cozy beach house

We stay at Evie's house every year with our well behaved dogg Bailey. It is very cozy and comfortable. Its also close to the beach which is wonderful!

Upon entering we noticed tiny flea like bugs in the bathrooms and kitchen. We have dogs so we immediately washed the rugs and mattress covers, took off the bedspreads and vacuumed the carpets and sofa we saw a few of these bugs on our one small dog during our stay and at home. Previously never had these on our dog. Two of us also got a strange itchy rash upon returning home. There was also dog hair in the bathroom. This place obviously was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was also expired yogart in the fridge. We were refunded the cleaning fee after notifying our host. Working with her was good and the location was perfect for us.

Would stay again

We have vacationed in Ocean City, New Jersey numerous times. We enjoyed our stay on this property. It was an easy walk to the beach and it was nice to stay at the less crowded part of the island. The description of the property and the photos are very accurate.

Fall Weekend Getaway

This home was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. It was very close to the beach and was in the quiet sound end of OCNJ. Host was very flexible and easy to communicate with.

Lovely home

Fabulous Family Reunion

We had the most marvelous time. There are absolutely no steps and that was the ultimate for our group. My 82 year old Mother and myself cannot do steps well and this made the trip so much more enjoyable. The porch is fantastic for morning coffee and evening ice cream. The sofa in the living room firm and comfy. Loved being at this end of the island, quiet but ice cream,pizza, subs and seafood only steps away.

Evie's house was the perfect spot for our family weekend getaway. We like the south end of the island, and the house is only a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house was clean and well appointed. We would certainly stay here again.

We enjoy staying at this adorable cozy home! We have stayed here many times and love it! Our dog, Bailey loves the beach and this home and location is perfect! Evie is fantastic and even adjusted our check in dates for us when we had a family emergency!

Wonderful stay!

Great location, wonderful for families…short walk to the beach! Loved that the rental was all one floor- no need to worry about our 1 year old trying to go up and down stairs. House was clean and just as described. Owner was very good with answering all our questions promptly. Would definitely recommend!

Very Nice Memorial Day weekend stay. Entire family enjoyed and would highly recommend

Very nice long memorial day stay for our family in a very good location a few blocks from the beach in south OCNJ which we enjoyed. Short walk to a nice playground for our grandson a couple blocks away and a awesome night on the boardwalk just a short drive away. Highly recommend

Vacation

House was the perfect spot. Close to the beach and easy driving to anywhere in Ocean City. We plan to use this rental again for future trips.
