This beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bath home is professionally decorated with all the comforts of home. The spacious home includes a modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is dining seating for 8 and additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar; we also include a high chair for your little one to dine! All cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience.

Solara Resort/Clubhouse:
Spend time and check out the amazing 8-acre resort and two-story, 13,000 square foot clubhouse and amenity center. Includes a full-service restaurant and bar, sundries store, state-of-the-art fitness center, and outdoor fitness lawn. Your kids can spend time in the teen zone, enjoying the video arcade games and hang-out areas. Cool off in the pool area, complete with splash pads, cabanas, and water slides anchored by the expansive heated zero-entry pool that's perfect for families of all ages. Be sure to visit the ice cream and coffee cafes! Experience the new state of the art surf/wakeboard simulator, the Flow-Rider. You will also find a full-size sand volleyball court, a full-size soccer field with stadium seating, and a basketball court. Children will enjoy the playground area and there is a walking trail for all ages.

** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

Lovely short stay

Perfect family vacation home. More than enough room for everyone to enjoy. The kids loved the pool and the game room upstairs.

Great and beautiful home

Few things could have been cleaned better, but overall we enjoyed the house. Game room was a bit warm so we didn’t use it. We enjoyed the home and our vacation. Was in a car accident less than 2 hours after checking out but other than that house is nice.

We spent 16 wonderful days in this home, which turned out to be perfect for our needs. We were a family of five adults and three children, and everyone was very comfortable throughout the stay.The house is in excellent condition and located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. All services worked perfectly, allowing us to enjoy a smooth and pleasant experience. While the distance to the parks is considerable, it’s not excessive — closer to Disney than to Universal, and about average compared to other vacation rentals in the area.As with any frequently used home, there are a few minor details that could be improved, such as some cracks in the ceiling paint. We also found the number of towels — both for the bathrooms and the pool — to be a bit limited given the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. None of these issues impacted our enjoyment, but they’re worth noting for future improvements.A special mention goes to our agent Emily, who was outstanding. She was always available, attentive, and quick to respond to any question or request. Her support made a big difference and greatly contributed to our overall satisfaction.Without a doubt, we would gladly stay in this home again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for everything!

Family Vacation 2023

The house was very nice community very clean and nice.The house has some wear and tear but we still enjoyed it .Had a few problems/issues contacted property manager and got a quick response back and problems fixed .The kids loved the pool at the house and club house amenities .Only you have to supply your own towels because you only have one per person also no wash cloths ( I can understand since covid it’s best to bring your own towels &wash cloths) other than that house is very nice..Thanks to Mrs Emily for responding every time I had to reach out to her. Yes ,My Family will stay again..

Has tremendous potential! Huge home with lots of space.

Home is extremely spacious but could use MANY upgrades to make it spectacular. After arriving there was some difficulty getting the door code to cooperate but eventually it did. The front porch was covered with trash. Each bedroom was allocated two towels and one wash cloth (some of the towels were still wet). We weren’t t sure if they weren’t throughly dried or if they weren’t washed from the previous renters so we had to complete a load of laundry, vacuum the living room rug, throw the dirty throw pillows of the couch and scrub the kitchen floor (where it looked like rust from the stools). The pool turned green after only using it once and we contacted the owner. Someone came the same day but pool was still green the next day so we were unable to use the pool for three days. The owners responded to everything we asked but for the price we paid we expected the home to have bar stools that were not torn up, couches that were not broke, patio door that can be easily locked, and a master bedroom that was not 78 degrees or warmer. The game room is not air conditioned and you cannot open the garage to get a breeze (ping pong paddles have seen seen better days). Cheap toilet paper and one extra trash bag so do t forget to bring those! Decor was very cute and themed rooms!

Great House

Had a great time at this house. Pool was really nice. Lots of seating and plenty of beds. The community resort was the absolute best. Will definitely keep in mind next year!

Nice place, but loud neighborhood.

I’ll start with the positives. The unit was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Kitchen was very nice and well stocked. Bathrooms were nice too. The beds were comfortable although main master room downstairs was very warm. My kids loved the private pool! I didn’t care for the location. The unit pools are close to each other in every direction so it’s very noisy when people are outside. We had neighbors swimming, kids screaming and music blasting until 12:00 a.m. several nights. I prefer more privacy. We had helicopters circling our unit and our neighborhood almost every night. We think it was the police department conducting drills. That was extremely annoying as they were always out in the evening. The key code didn’t work for us initially as the directions sent to us by VRBO were for a different lock type. Wasted 30 min trying to figure that out. Pool/spa heating was unnecessarily complicated. After paying for heating, we realized the heat was never turned on. We did receive a credit for those days, but it was a hassle to get it turned on. Management had to come to replace a broken timer switch, pool light, tv remote control and to turn on the pool heat. These are details that should have been looked at before the arrival of a guest. I don’t want to go on vacation and have a “to do” list for our unit. They game room is in the garage so no air conditioning in there. Very warm even at night. The owner was very responsive and quick to resolve our issues. She did credit a few days of pool heating. It was just unfortunate that we had several issues all at once. I think the people managing the property need to do a better job of making sure the unit is ready for the next guests. Overall I gave it a good rating because the unit itself was really nice and eventually our issues were resolved. I wouldn’t stay at the Solara Resort again though. I prefer a more quiet neighborhood.

Great Rental! Would Rent Again!

The house is beautiful along with the entire resort. For the most part, everything was perfect! The property manager was very responsive and timely with responses. We paid to have the pool heated. The last couple of days the pool turned green. As soon as I messaged the property manager, she sent someone over and refunded our last two days of pool heating. Excellent customer service!
