We love everything about this house. The location is a little bit off, kinda far away from everything, but not that bad. On the second night, the A/C stopped working. We called the manager and the next morning they were able to fix it. We spent a good time here. 10 stars!

Great stay for Golf tournament!

My grandson was in a golf tournament there so it worked out perfectly. Was a little cooler than normal so we didn’t use the pool or hot tub much, but the home was nice with plenty of room for all 7 of us. Had a great time, would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay

Had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa. Everything is as advertised, the resort is 1st class. We never had cause to contact the management company, our 5* for communication with the property management is for our communication with the owners which was spot on. We will definitely be back.

The best.

This is the best property we have stayed at in Florida. The location is quiet. The property was impeccable. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. The pool was spotless with sun all day. Awesome experience and we would definitely book again.

We thought the house itself wasn't that bad. It was clean and tidy. But in this case, it would be advisable for the owners to come and see for themselves. I think it's sometimes not enough for a caretaker to just inspect things. The inventory needs to be overhauled. Some things, like sun loungers, chairs, the security fence, and so on, were broken or so damaged that they were unusable. That doesn't give you a good feeling, even if you put these broken things in the corner, that something isn't right. The pool was very dirty; the water in it needed to be changed. Then they advertise game tables that don't work. We had problems with booking trips to Adventure Island, Universal Studios, and other parks, and the drive there took a very long time. The constant construction on the I4 and the constant traffic jams were annoying, but that had nothing to do with the house.

The best villa I’ve stayed in.

I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. Very clean accommodation with everything you would need. More room than we knew what to do with and felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. The communication with the owner was amazing! When we asked a question prior to arrival, it was always answered quickly and as if by a friend, not just someone letting out a property. Even provided us with tips and info on the area without asking. Area was really nice as well, quiet and safe. Could not fault the property or the owners if I tried. Thanks for what was a wonderful 2 weeks stay.

Amazing villa

What can I say apart from wow. The villa was exactly as described and the pool and outside space were perfect. There is absolutely nothing that I can think of that needed improvement. The area was so peaceful and really safe to walk around. The hosts were so proactive with all the information required, very friendly and responded immediately to a couple of questions we had. I would give this 10* if I could. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Perfect!

Perfect! There is no other way to describe this property. We have been planning this holiday for quite some time and had stayed elsewhere on the Providence Golf (not compulsory) Community. During that visit we had found Victoria Drive and my wife had declared, "When we bring the family we need a turret." So after that it was just, "which turret house?". The pool is private, with woodland behind and a large seating area both in the sun and shade. There are balconies so we all had lovely areas we could retreat into during our stay. The rooms are all spacious and comfortable. We booked well ahead to make sure we could stay in this particular property. Then there are the owners. Their communication was always a delight. If we asked a question it was answered very quickly, but always included a little friendly additional information, about the weather or what they were doing. It made us feel that we weren't being a nuisance or getting some standard answer. By the time we were due to come it felt like they shared our excitement of being here. The have a beautiful home in a beautiful community and must be very proud. Perfect.

Awful Management Company

The house was fine, but dealing with the management company that takes care of things in the owners absence was awful. We paid to have the pool heated. It felt very cold so on our first day we called the management company. They turned it on and said it takes several hours to get warm. Day two still cold call management company and they said they’d get back to us. Day three call the management company pool still cold said they get back to us. Day four pool guys shows up to replace some part on filter. We ask if he could look at the heater. He said it was not his job. He called his boss who said the pool is reading 90 the man told his boss the pool is cold. He left but did nothing. We finally contacted the owners because the heat was still not fixed. After 4 full days finally with the help of owners, the pool guy came an fixed the heater. Then one of us had to work during our stay, and the internet was not working. We spoke to a neighbors and they said they had internet. Reported it to management company 9:30. Said they would get back to us. Finally at 4:00pm because we still had not heard back from management company, we called and had several angry words, so they sent a guy at 4:30 who spoke to the internet company left at 6:00. No internet. Mind you I only think they sent this guy because we had contacted the owners. Then out of desperation the guy who had to send a report played with wires got internet going. I notified the owner that even though internet was working the wire looked back so to keep appointment 3 day later for internet company to come. After that all was fine but this basically was the first two weeks experience. I have been using vrbo & away from home since 2000 and have stayed in home all over. This is my first bad review. It was so stressful and the other adults were constantly asking me to contact the owners. My advice to the owners is get better people to manage your home in your absence.

Beautiful home

Our stay was great! Enough room for our big family...I would of liked bigger pots and pans for cooking was kinda hard making breakfast for 6 with small pans put we managed,that was the only down to the property .Owner very responsive to my questions would definitely stay again if back this way.

Great house with everything you could need

We had a great stay at this beautiful villa, it was really well equipped (our 6th time staying in Florida villas and this literally had everything!) And felt like it had been kept really well, everything felt fresh and modern Location for the parks was a bit further out than we have stayed before but to be fair the extra 10 mins was worth it. (Around 45 mins from villa to most of the Disney parks) Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this villa, perfect for a large family

Great stay!

This house could easily become your home away from home! The pictures don't do it justice and it's actually really clean. I'm typically a worry-wart until I see our lodging in person, and this house is just as described. We had no complaints with the home itself or host, perfect! Our only issues were that the houses are actually pretty close together and the wrong nextdoor neighbors can put a damper on your poolside fun, be prepared. Lastly, the previous renters or cleaning staff had left the trash filled to the rim out front when we arrived on Thurs, with trash day not being till Tues. Of course Monday morning my husband and I were out front cleaning trash the animals had sprawled all over the front yard and street. On the flip side, we met some friendly and gracious neighbors...lol! Outside of these minute issues, my family really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay at this home again!

AC and TVs made us uncomfortable

My family and I arrived to the home for a 8 day stay. The home was warm the first 5 days of our stay, i reached out to the owner/ management company after day 2 and got no response, after a telephone call the AC got fixed on day 6 and the TVs through out the house had very bad connection issues our entire stay! The tvs that came on only had a few channels available. The exterior of the house needs pressure cleaning, mildew is present on the walls. The Garbage on the outside were full which made it difficult for us to take out our trash. Inside the home was clean and very welcoming. The space was exactly what my family needed. Overall a little maintenance and tlc would be very good for the home.

Perfect vacation home for family of 5

The home was exactly as pictured upon arrival. Clean and spacious with 2 master suites which was perfect for our family. Owners were very kind and prompt with their responses. Kitchen fully stocked. Kids lived in the heated pool and loved it! Beautiful community with a Target, Publix, and Walmart nearby which allowed for our groceries to be delivered to our doorstep through Shipt. All the comforts of home while on vacation. Stayed for 5 days and next time will plan to stay longer.

We stayed at this very nice property Feb 7-13.. very nice amenities.. Wildlife in the area is incredible, we came across: alligators, wild turkey, deer and saw a few eagles. Great time!! Thank You!!

Fab location

Beautiful property in a gorgeous area really convenient for all disney parks and not far from universal or international drive either. In the locality are some really nice mid range restaurants and there is literally a Publix just down the road, super close to the I4 so location couldn’t be better. Home owners really lovely people and super informative and helpful. Only thing that may be worth considering is a guest book where visitors could leave hints and tips which are up to date for the local area and for those following them!

Beautiful Home

Just spent the last 4 weeks vacationing in this wonderful home. Absolutely beautiful, everything we needed and more... The pool and back lanai area were perfect. Property management very responsive, and the owners Nikki and Debbie were fantastic to deal with. Would absolutely recommend this home, you will not be disappointed.
