El departamento se distribuye en 2 plantas: En la planta baja dispone de salón, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada y aseo. En planta alta 2 dormitorios y baño. Un dormitorio con cama Queen y otro con cama King y terraza privada. Tiene acceso directo al jardín, la piscina, en la azotea una terraza con 2ª piscina, zona de relax y barbacoa.
Su amigo de 4 patas es bienvenido (10 Kilo y menos) con correa cuando esté en el complejo y asegúrese de llevarlo fuera del complejo para todas estas necesidades.

Casa Mtl Tulum es ideal para las personas que aman la aventura y quieren sumergirse en la vida mexicana local. Nuestros condominios están a 5 minutos de restaurantes, 15 minutos del centro de Tulum y 20 minutos de la playa. Disponemos de 2 apartamentos de un dormitorio y 3 apartamentos de 2 dormitorios.

Nice and not far away

This property is on a very rough road, but the place is very centralized in Tulum and all it offers. The place is a great apartment for a longer term stay.

Beautiful oasis for a Perfect getaway

Very comfortable 2 bedroom suite for two adults. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well set up for cooking meals, enjoyable patio with view of the pool. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and dipping pool for more breeze and shade. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Area feels safe. The hosts are very accommodating with helpful tips to enjoy Tulum.. Thankyou Josh and Mario for Your spectacular hospitality!

Property had a secluded feel with all the palm’s and trees. The pool came in handy after a long day in the sun. We also rented some scooters from Mario which allowed us to get around and site see. I would recommend to anyone going to Tulum Mexico…….

Great place!

Had a wonderful time at Casa Mtl and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay. We even were able to rent a scooter from Mario at a cheaper price than the actual rental places. The scooter was a good one too. The place was very secure and safe and the location was perfect. There are some great coffee and other spots to walk to about a block or two away and it was also great to easily be able to get to the beach from the back main road. Overall a great experience!

Family fun

My kids and I had the pleasure of staying here for a month The guys are so great, friendly and fun. My kids and all had a blast and will for sure be coming back again My kids wanted to come back before we left The beach was a little further then I thought from the property but that's my fault as it is listed in the details lol The area is located in what is a great area and nice neighborhood Thank you so much joch and Mario for everything while we were here you were a great help and the attraction you give the property is awesome See you soon Ttyl From us

Beautiful tropical house set

Tropical plants with unique modern Spanish style buildings comforts guests. I love the spacious shower room with skylight that made me like to take a shower. I want to design my shower room of my next house like that. Owners or hosts Josh and Mario are very nice, very knowledgeable or resourceful so that we saved some time and didn’t miss something that will make us regret in future. We cooked a lot in the nice kitchen. Only one thing that needs to improve is better to do some fumigation frequently in order to give the guests better experience because Mexico climate allows various insects and ants grow around. If someone ask me to recommend some places to stay, I definitely recommend this place to them. Thanks!

Wonderful place to stay!!!

Josh and Mario are wonderful hosts. They live right there on the property and were always available for advice on restaurants, shopping and tourist ideas. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The rental is in a great location, far enough away from the beach for easy driving and parking. Lots of great restaurants and stores. There is a nice pool to swim in and cool off but there was also a rooftop lounging area with a small dipping pool, bathroom, fireplace/grill, and table and chairs and tanning chairs all with a nice breeze. We spent much of our time on the rooftop area. The apartment was was well stocked with cooking supplies, excellent wi-fi, and a flat screen TV. Lots of good places to eat, drink or buy supplies all within walking distance. We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute. Josh and Mario maintain a beautiful garden and the rooms were very clean and modern. Next time I go to Tulum, I know where we will be staying again.

La estancia fue muy agradable. El apartamento está ubicado en un recinto donde viven los propietarios, a parte hay 3 apartamentos más. Tuvimos la suerte de que el resto de apartamentos no estuviesen ocupados durante nuestra estancia. El trato con los propietarios fue muy cercano. El recinto muy bien cuidado y tranquilo para descansar durante todo el día.

Appréciation Casa Mtl Tulum

We were very friendly received and informed by Alejandro + Alex. Always they had a kind word and we could ask them at any time if what should be. The pictures and the description of the apartment are 100% correct. The facility is super nice. Mario, the owner we have also met. He is very friendly and allowed us to set our dive gear. The only thing that has disturbed is a Stromagregat on the back of the road. This was very loud and ran until the morning hours. But there Mario can also nothing for it. Cozy and Quaint

The property was honestly more than what we expected after looking into the area. The host was super sweet and accommodating. He helped explain the rules in a kind and patient way. The property itself could have stand to be a smidgen cleaner. We happened upon a lot of spider webs in the condo, not a deal breaker, but wasn’t too comforting. There also wasn’t any additional toilet paper or paper towels, which normally come with most rentals. However, the rooms were SUPER spacious with an adorable balcony. The bathroom was clean and well kept. It was easy to cook and to washed everything that we needed. The only recommendations would be to properly wipe down all cabinets and nooks (in order to avoid unwanted spiders ans such) and perhaps to trim up the greenery in the common pool area. There were a lot of mosquitos due to the greenery and that was tough to handle sometimes. Other than that, a great stay and it did the job for us!

Beautiful appartment in Tulum

We were 2 couples travelling together and stayed 4 nights with Mario and Josh. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful apartment, very clean and comfy beds. The swimming pool is a big plus and the rooftop place is just perfect with a small pool and areas to hang around. Mario and josh were great from the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay. We got a lot of good food and activity recommendations. This is the best place we’ve ever stayed in when booking from Airbnb or HomeAway!

Casa MTL - SUPER Bueno!

This is a wonderful property in a great location - close to all the action but just far enough away to escape and completely relax. Beautiful courtyard and pool area. The apartment is lovely - we stayed for 2 weeks and it felt like home. Easy bike ride to center of Tulum and the bikes provided on site! Josh and Mario are friendly, helpful and gave great ideas about places nearby to eat and explore. Absolutely loved Tulum, the language school we attended (Meztli) and Casa Mtl. We will be back!!

Simply the Best!

We stayed in Casa MTL Tulum for two weeks with our toddler and baby. It was awesome! The place is close to the main street. It is clean, has all the amenities and the pool is just perfect! What makes the stay even more enjoyable is the kindness and knowledge of Tulum of the owners Josh and Mario. They are really good people. Lovely apartment and wonderful owners

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was part of a small and personal complex. A lot of plants, wonderful garden, nice swimming pool and above all very nice service oriented owners. They made sure that we had a very pleasant stay at Tulum. Tulum and the area around it are fantastic. We visited the Mayan ruins, the beach, Coba, Bacalar and some other sites. Josh and Mario gave us plenty of advice. Thank you again for the wonderful time at your place!

Magnifique résidence et accueil au top !

La Casa MTL Tulum est une magnifique résidence dans un quartier calme. L'appartement est ultra fonctionnel, très bien équipé, climatisé dans les chambres. La piscine au sel est très appréciable pour se rafraîchir après les journees de visite. Et le jardin est superbe avec cette végétation tropicale. Et le gros plus, c'est que les proprietaires sont aux petits soins, et regorgent de supers conseils pour les visites et les restos.

Sauber, modern und zu einem fairen Preis

Absolut zu empfehlen. Die Anlage wurde 2017 errichtet. Alles ist also noch neu und modern. Wir hatten das Appartement #6, was über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten verfügt. Ebenso gibt es zwei Toiletten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben dort aber nur Frühstück zubereitet. Ansonsten kann man in Tulum gut und auch preiswert essen gehen. Die Gastgeber Mario und Josh waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie bewohnen selbst eines der Appartements in der Anlage und somit ist alles top in Schuss (für karibische Verhältnisse). Nach einer Woche wurde sogar die Bettwäsche getauscht, ohne dass wir darum gebeten hatten. Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Bis zum Strand (Ziggy´s Beachclub) sind es allerdings gute 8km, wobei man inzwischen aufgrund der stark zugenommenen Bauaktivitäten über Aldea Zama etwas abkürzen kann. Trotzdem ist ein Mietwagen imho sehr empfehlenswert. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung. Sauber, groß, modern und preiswert. Dazu zwei entspannte Gastgeber, die sich wirklich als Gastgeber verstehen.
