This cozy, BRAND NEW townhouse has over 2100 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Located in the heart of the village, it is within walking distance to all the local restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Located just 0.7 miles to the nearest ski lifts. First floor features a beautiful, spacious kitchen with all new appliances and a very large island that seats 8. The first floor open concept transitions from kitchen into the inviting living room with a cozy gas fireplace. Sliding glass door opens onto a stamped concrete patio with a view!

The second floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths with dual vanities, and a washer/dryer. The scenic view from the master bedroom is of the Holimont slopes. This townhouse includes an attached single car garage and driveway for multiple cars. There are so many things to do all year-round. Ski slopes at Holimont and Holiday Valley as well as a beautiful golf course and Sky High Adventure Park.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We were in Ellicottville for my daughter's graduation from St. Bonaventure. The house was perfect. Great location, very clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked to make it feel like home. I highly recommend this house if you plan on staying in Ellicottville.

The property managers were amazing-.great communication. The home was perfect for our family ski trip. Love the open concept of the living room and kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable. This place is just as advertised. New, upscale decor. Very clean. Tons of space, comfortable beds, close to town. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had the best time and would absolutely rent again. Hosts were super responsive as well.

Great spot for Summer fun!

Lovely, bright and airy, clean and new, great location! We came for a family event and brought our mountain bikes. There are many great places to ride (check out the Western New York Mountain Bike Assn). The Ellicottville Summer Music Festival was ongoing. Walk to town! So much to do! Comfortable mattresses, central A/C if needed. Well-equipped kitchen with large gathering space. Pleasant views out the windows. Wonderful hosts. This would be a ideal spot for ski season as well.

Wonderful rental

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The bedrooms and bathrooms were large, as was the living space downstairs. Everything was very clean and seemed well taken care of. There were plenty of pillows, blankets and kitchen necessities. It’s a short walk to town and has a great view of the slopes out the front door. I would highly recommend this property.

Long Ski Weekend

This property was very clean and worked well for 2 adults and 5 kids. Loved the open first floor plan. Kitchen opened into living area so everyone could be involved in eating, games and overall banter that was happening. Adults couldn't hear the kids up at 2am trying to recreate the famous chocolate waffles that you get on the slopes! Quick drive to the slopes and town. WE had an amazing time!!
