Located in the heart of Pangburn just 1 ½ miles to the Little Red River and 14 miles to Greers Ferry Lake. An updated farmhouse built in 1904. Spacious living room for gatherings with fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen with large dining room. Inviting wrap around porches, front and back with lots of comfortable seating. Fenced in backyard that is also pet friendly. Large double carport to easily park boats with large side yard for overflow parking. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Upstairs holds three beds and downstairs has two bedrooms with a hide- a-bed sofa. Three bathrooms, one with jacuzzi tub and shower, one with claw foot tub great for soaking and one with a walk-in shower.

We had an amazing weekend at the Ramsey House! We were in the area for the Harding Family weekend and found this gem in Pangburn. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, hot chocolate, and we were welcomed with a little basket of treats. The bedrooms had fans available- which we so appreciated. The loft bedroom was perfect for the boys. Loved the amount of towels; we didn't even have to wash any during our stay. The house was so comfortable, easy to stay in, and we had the best time spending time together here. The hostess, Brenda, was so pleasant to deal with and met every expectation and then some. We would definitely stay her again- and again!

Warm and welcoming home!

The Ramsey House is very warm and welcoming. It has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and is very clean. We had a small gathering of family to celebrate graduations and it was perfect with lots of space and seating.

Spectacular trip!

We loved our stay at the Ramsey House. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We had come to the area to see the swans that spend the winter in nearby ponds, and the Ramsey House is only 6 miles from the nearest “swan pond.” There is also a little cafe/ice cream shop right across the street from the house - - good food and VERY convenient! This was the perfect place for our “swan trip” and we will definitely be back.

4th of July

The property was clean and the hosts were very responsive. We arrived and the air conditioner in the upstairs wasn’t working properly. Although the first night was not pleasant due to high temperatures, the host was able to get a repairman the next day and it was repaired quickly. The description says that there is a futon in a bedroom with a queen bed but it wasn’t in the bedroom. There was a pull out sofa in the living room. All and all it was a good place to stay.

Amazing Small Town Feel

The property was wonderful with access to some of the most quaint little areas. A short drive from major shopping if needed as well. Everyone was kind, and property was well maintained with everything you could need. Don't waste your money on hotels when this property is available!

We were in town for my mother’s funeral and needed a resting place to be with family. This house brought us great comfort and rest.

Great home and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very nice, well appointed, spacious and clean. There where a few restaurants within walking distance too. The Mercantile was great...coffee, food, ice cream.....right across the street. We stayed here to be close to relatives and it was a perfect place to have our family come together.

Don’t Pass This Up!

This house and location was perfect in every way. More than enough room for everyone, and accommodated our family and fur babies with all amenities you could think of. Beautiful home from the inside out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, while traveling to and from Heber Springs to fulfill our bucket list. We definitely can’t wait to go back and visit, and recommend this beautiful home to anyone that wants to make wonderful memories for years to come!

Hidden Gem

Words, nor pictures, can describe this beautiful home. If you think the pictures or description sounds good, wait till you see it in person. Our pinpoint location was for Heber Springs. There were no rentals available for what we were looking for (7 adults and 2 dogs). That’s because God had this house waiting for us. It was everything we wanted and more! The home itself was so welcoming and inviting and has several items and knickknacks that our past relatives had that we grew up with. Made it feel so much like home. It was spotless and well equipped with any of your needs (they really thought of everything). Check in was super easy and stress free. They have a doggy door built in the back door which our fur babies loved. The town is super friendly and plenty of restaurants with a gas station and grocery store within 2 blocks of the home. There is a coffee/cafe/dessert restaurant right across the street! The drive to Heber Springs and every single adventure we went on was no more than 25 minutes. We went to Bridal Veil Falls, hiked to the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain, jumped off the cliffs at Heber Springs Dam Site Recreation Area and swam, went to antique shops in Searcy and the Sugar Bowl Bowling Alley, and made a whole days worth at Cabot Water Park in Cabot, Arkansas! We had an absolute blast and hands down, will definitely be going back! I highly recommend this home to be a part of your forever memories!! Thank you Miss Brenda!!

Home away from home

My boyfriend plays in a band. He played in Jacksonville on Friday night at "Hot Tails & Cocktails" and again Saturday night at "Music in the Park" in Pangburn. We are from Russellville and it was easier for us to just stay close so we decided to make a weekend of it and go fishing, relax, and have some family time. There was plenty of room, everything we would ever need was provided, and we were very relaxed and had a great time. Thanks for the very affordable price and the lovely home. I will definitely do it again if I'm ever up that way.

We stayed here with my grandaughters bridesmaid for the wedding and it was everything we needed. Spacious, homey, clean and ver convenient to the wedding venue. We loved the Christian atmosphere and felt very relaxed. I would recommend this home for any event.

Pleasant family house
