The kitchen? Oh, it’s ready for your culinary masterpieces – or just a hot cup of joe from the trusty drip coffee maker. Whether you’re cooking up a storm or heating leftovers, you’ll feel right at home. This beauty is meticulously maintained and designed for ultimate relaxation, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests (yes, 10!). Catch the perfect shot on the deck as you take in mountain views and watch the chairlift zoom by. Plus, two prime parking spots right in front mean you can hit the slopes with ease.

And when it’s time to unwind? The year-round heated indoor pool and hot tub will melt your cares away. Kids (or the kid in you) will love the bunk room, which sleeps up to 5, while the other bedrooms boast king-size beds and a queen bed. BBQs are only available in the summer, so plan your cookouts accordingly! Also, if your stay is longer than 2 weeks, there’s a $250 cleaning fee that’ll be added after you book.

Was a perfect family get away to the snowThe cabin was beautiful in person with great amenities.-they had pots/pans, utensils for cooking, a keurig coffee maker that could make 8 cups of coffee, and had bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner) with plenty of towels! Also I forgot you get acess to the heated community spa and pool! So bring swim suits if you want to partake after a cold day in the snow Would come back with the whole family

So peaceful, fantastic experience!

Great place for families

Enjoyed our stay. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and bedding. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Would stay again.

Great ski stay!

My friends and I loved this place for our ski weekend in mammoth. The bedrooms configuration made it perfect for couples and the location was perfect for shutters. We were are impressed by the decorations and amenities.

amazing place!

This place was perfect for our two families -- 4 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of space, great kitchen amenities, games for kids. WiFi handled all the devices (there were many!) and cell phones worked great. Highly recommend!

Clean and Remodeled Condo

Our family and friends enjoyed our stay at this condo, close to the shuttle line for easy access to the lifts. Condo was clean and was nicely remodeled.

Great house for 2 families

Very nice property which looked recently renovated. Easy access to a variety of places in town and outside of town. House was clean and check in was easy. Easy parking for 2 cars. Quiet neighborhood condos. Pool was great for the kids.

Good for two families

My sister’s family and I met in Mammoth for a few days. The accommodations were perfect for our 5 kids, 4 adults, and grandma. Clear information was provided and I never had to ask any questions. All was easy and stress free.

Comfortable and spacious lodging

Had a great time at this cabin with my group of 10 friends. Even though it was a fairly large group, this place was spacious and fit us all nicely. Love how well maintained this place is with clean, modern bathrooms and great amenities for the kitchen. It was a short 5 minute walk to the shuttle stop to get to the mountains. The hosts were kind and extremely responsive whenever we had a question. Highly recommend this spot and I would definitely come back and stay again.

Warm and Cozy

Overall the place is wonderful. Newly updated finishes and appliances. Updated TVs in all the rooms. Furniture was super comfortable. Nice beds. Al the furnishings. We were checked in a little late. But management was responsive.

Great condo for two families

The kitchen had all that is need to enjoy meals together. Also, there is a BBQ on the balcony but we did not use it. The bedrooms met our needs but there are only two king beds not three as listed. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels. Having a interior stacked washer and dryer was a great perk. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable and we would stay again.

Nice property, needs work

We rented this property for 5 days. The listing on the vrbo website stated no pets allowed. There was dog hair all over and my mother in law spent one day cleaning as the pet hair was bothering our allergies terribly. The bannister came apart (it was just glued on, no screws). The back door would barely open like the rollers were old and needed maintenance. We couldn't find a plunger anywhere and ran into an issue in the last day of our stay. All in all it was a good looking place, however it definitely needed some touch up maintenance and a good cleaning.

Great condo

We had a lovely week in Mammoth and the condo was in a great location for everything we wanted to do (biking, hiking, swimming, lakes, etc). The condo was very well re-done and had cute decor. The kids bunk room was amazing and fit the five kids in our group perfectly! The TV was great for watching the Olympic trials as well. We did have a few issues though: 1.) the first floor showers did not drain well and you would be standing in an inch of water after a minute of washing 2.) the RO system made a ton of noise (like a distant jackhammer) all day and all night so we ended up turning it off and just drinking tap water. 3.) the gas was not connected to the fire pit so it was not useable We love Mammoth and will be coming back every summer. I just think this property needs to fix a few things before we stay here again.

Winter Family getaway

Planned a trip to mammoth with my family and friends for my birthday. Condo fit all 10 adults comfortably. Everything was as described but felt that the floors were still dirty and could’ve been cleaned better. Since we do not wear shoes in the house we noticed our socks were completely dirty (not good when we have several children crawling around). Bed sheets had some stains on them but wasn’t that big of a deal. Condo was nice and cozy, had updated bedrooms and bathrooms throughout the house. Pantry was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper etc. kitchen also came with everything we needed to cook including a variety of spices, which was nice. Our guests did notice that the temperature in all rooms seemed to get really hot throughout the night, even though thermostat was set below 70 degrees. Maybe it’s something that can be fixed? The location was great… only a 2 minute drive to vons and less than 10 minutes from main lodge. For guests that snowboard/ski, the shuttle stop is literally just down the driveway. Super convenient! Overall great stay. Would definitely book again if we are to come back to mammoth.

Good but not Great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication from the management company was clear and check-in was a breeze. Property looks exactly as pictured and the bunk bed room was a hit with the 4 kids! A few fixes are needed though to make this place a great rental. A half roll of paper towels is not enough for a 3 night stay. Multiple drawers had hair in them and it was clear they hadn't been cleaned. Speaking of hair, there was hair on the pillows of the upstairs bed and old hairbands from previous guests on the floor. All of the mattresses and pillows were too soft and limp so none of the adults got a good night's rest. One of the bedsheets downstairs was old, discolored and ripped halfway down the bed. Other than these issues, we had a good stay overall.
