Walking distance to downtown/beautiful mountain views.

Recently renovated home on a private road with a stunning view Mt. Jefferson. Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, new appliances, with large kitchen and breakfast nook. New carpet living area and bedrooms. Features include large front porch with rocking chairs, back deck with grill, table and chairs facing a expanse private wooded lot. Plenty of parking available. One pet under 30 lbs. is allowed with prior approval and a pet fee of $25/night. PLEASE NOTE: Prior approval is required if you are requesting to bring more than one pet. We reserve the right to decline the rental if prior approval is not requested. There is an additional fee of $10/night for each guest after 2 people. This will be added to the quote during booking. Cleaning fee includes bed linens, towels, wash cloths and trash removal on departure.
Note:
1. We do not allow social gatherings like wedding parties, rehearsal dinners, birthday events, etc.
2. The person booking the reservation must stay at the property for the entire rental period. We do not allow sub-renting.

We had a wonderful stay. The proximity to downtown West Jefferson was perfect. The cottage was very comfortable and well stocked, especially the kitchen. We love to cook and it’s rare that we find a home that meets our needs when it comes to cooking. Beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this delightful home.

Wonderful place. Had a great time , just a quick weekend getaway. The house is very convenient to town and we look forward to going back . We saw lots of deer and enjoyed the fire pit.

Only issue was that entering the entry code was impossible due to lack of good lighting and the location of the device. But owner was very helpful and quickly helped us find another way to enter the home.We loved the location and the view. Very close to the nearby town but we felt like we were secluded in the mountains! P

We loved our stay at this special home on a hill. The view was gorgeous and set in a quiet area so you felt alone even though close to West Jefferson. Host was great to work with. A perfect getaway for two cyclists there for a weekend of biking. We will be back!

Clean and nice. Well appointed kitchen. Thanks to host for having YouTube TV available for local television. Tremendous view of Mount Jefferson when the fog lifted. Property is secluded and quiet. Downtown is quickly accessible. Highly recommend.

It’s beginning to look a little like Christmas 🎄

This property was quaint, clean and had every thing we needed for our quick little trip to get our Christmas tree! It was just high enough above West Jefferson to be secluded but a stone’s throw from the center of downtown. Warm and cozy complete with a family of deer to watch in the woods behind the house. I absolutely recommend this property ❣️

Mountain view in town

A lovely hone with large rooms, great amenities, and an amazing view. The home is well kept and has supplies to help you leave it as clean as you find it. Just a few blocks from town, and a few minutes to mountain trails and sunset views.

Great place

Nice house. It was extremely clean. We used the master bedroom and found the bed to be comfortable. The house is decorated tastefully. Communication was great. Check in and check out instructions were easy to understand. It is a split bedroom house so if you are traveling with other guest the master bedroom is on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms are on the other side with a living room separating them. Great for privacy. Outdoors was quiet and we only saw one car the entire weekend. We highly recommend this house.

We had a great stay at this little cabin. It was just what we needed for 4 adults and a 4 month old. It was very clean, and the kitchen had the tools we needed. We would stay there again!

Beautiful, Quiet mountain house

Very comfortable, clean house and quiet area. Gorgeous views from the front porch. Owners are very responsive and helpful! We have stayed here multiple times and looking forward to staying again in the future!

The home is on a private, dead end road. There is no through traffic and the neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful

The property is on a private, quiet road with a great view of Mt. Jefferson and yet it's only a 3 min drive to city center of West Jefferson. You don't need to be 30 minutes out of town to enjoy a great view and privacy.
