Beach, Love and Happiness offers beautiful gulf views at a perfect getaway. Our beach house offers 4 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, an open living room, dining room and kitchen.

This stately home is fresh and bright, with big windows topped with transom windows and high ceilings. It has unusually spacious bedrooms compared to other island homes and is kept very clean and updated.

There's plenty of room to gather and enjoy the entire family in the living area or retreat to one of the four private bedrooms, all equipped with private attached baths, wall-mounted televisions, ceiling fans and doors to deck access. All bedrooms also face the ocean and have beautiful gulf views!

The central living area, overlooking the gulf, offers an open concept to enjoy your precious vacation time together. The brand new big screen 65" Smart TV is ready for movie night. And for your convenience, there's also a 1/2 bath on this level.

You'll also enjoy breakfast or cocktails on our incredible upper level covered deck outfitted with beautiful new deck furniture - a favorite spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, smell the ocean breezes and listen to the surf while spotting dolphins that circle the island. There's also a 2nd lower level screened deck overlooking the beach. Meet here for romantic evening sunsets with a cocktail. The decks are connected by a spiral staircase on the outside, or regular staircase from inside.

Enjoy the beautiful gulf views from the king master suite, private bath with shower. The second king suite also has great views of the gulf with its own private bath with shower. The third king bedroom also with stunning views of the gulf with its own private bath with shower/tub combo. In the fourth bedroom (also with gulf views) you'll find a queen bunk (one twin on top, one queen on bottom and twin trundle) with its own private bath with shower/tub combo. Linens are provided.

Enjoy the private pool. Spend afternoons floating in the private pool or lounging on the provided chairs. Have lunch or drinks poolside at the table under the umbrella.

Update: We just built a poolside covered lanai with two additional chaise lounges chairs for another place to relax by the pool, and enjoy some shade. (not seen in some photos)

Ready to go to the beach? Walk to the beach in about 90 seconds - quick and easy access with a boardwalk to the beach only steps away which will lure you over for several beach walks each day to collect shells (and collect your thoughts).

We also provide beach towels during your stay - so save room in your car!

What about dinner? Have a cookout on the park style charcoal grill! While you're grilling, challenge your significant other to a game of chess, checkers or tic-tac-toe at the custom painted poolside picnic table. Or a friendly game of corn hole.

If you don't want to cook, we're super close to town, shopping and all the local restaurants. If you want to dine-in, our kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes - including an instant pot, crock pot and keurig for morning coffee.

If you plan on renting a golf cart while you're here, it's important to know we're on a golf-cart friendly area of the Island!

There is also plenty of parking for the entire family. 2 covered parking, and another 2 in the oversized driveway.

Your well-behaved dog is also welcome at Beach, Love & Happiness. In fact, we have a brand new fenced doggy playground (Sun Run) with over 200sf to romp! We also have two loaner crates in the house to be sure our four-legged visitors feel at home! Please note there is a 40lb weight limit, and advanced approval is required.

On beautiful, tranquil St. George Island its all about beautiful views, and fresh salty breezes! Relax, refresh and renew while having a great time.

Our stay at Beach, Love, and Happiness was amazing. Before the start of our vacation I spoke with Renee (the owner) she was incredible! The views from this home are breathtaking. The rooms are so large and comfy all with a beautiful view of the beach. We loved sitting out on the balcony looking for dolphins while enjoying our Webers donuts. The name fits this house perfectly. We had the beach just a few steps away, the owner really loves her visitors, and we were all very happy staying in this beautiful home.

Our group of four adults and three kids had an amazing week here. The views from the balconies are even better than the pictures on the website, and the walk to the beach is about three minutes. The pool is a great cool down in the afternoon when you’re tired of the sand. The beach is nice and the water is not too rough for little ones and perfect for paddle boarding or kayaking. There’s tons of wildlife in the water too! We saw dolphins multiple times per day and there were big schools of harmless devil rays that would swim up and down the shore. There are few restaurants or other places for entertainment, but the ones that are there are a quick bike ride away. The road the house is on doesn’t have a sidewalk, but it’s infrequently traveled so bikes are not a worry. We climbed the lighthouse there, which has a pretty cool history with friendly locals who can tell you all about it.

As for the house, it’s very comfy, with excellent beds. You can tell the new owners have put in a lot of work to update it, as it was nicer than the pictures when we reserved it. We followed their blog to watch the progress. They provide almost anything you need, included a couple crates and feeding supplies if you’re bringing your dogs. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to St George.
