Having stayed almost exclusively at short-term rentals since the inception of the industry, Casa Francisca set the standard at how it is done: from communication to the location to the check-in to the floor plan to the high end furnishings to the responsiveness throughout our stay -- exceeded all expectations.

Amazing 10 day stay with a newborn, toddler, parents and grandparents. Comfortable for all, clean, quiet, convenient. Close to beaches (walkable and nearby access with parking) and all the 30A attractions. The home is absolutely beautiful, large well thought out space inside and out. We hope to be back! We had an absolutely amazing stay! When we arrived, it was easy to check in with instructions provided from Aldo. The house was clean and oh so beautiful! The decor and design were lovely! We were looking to escape for a little bit and this felt truly like a getaway. The pool was clean and so nice to have. It was very hot outside during our stay but the air conditioning in this house was a beast! It worked very well keeping the place cool and comfortable. We traveled with our 11 month old and I think he had more fun than did. The house had baby gates and a pack n play which I didn’t realize until later because we were having such a great time I missed Aldo’s message. We didn’t get to use them but they have them if you need them! The location is great! Close enough to the beach to walk but also tucked away enough to feel like an escape. It was just what we needed. We’d both love to return again in the future.
