Come see why this 4th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen sized sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember. We also have other 3br units and the 4br unit next door on this 4th floor should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The condo was dirty, appliances not in good condition. The only thing good about it was it was big - plenty of room. Inside living furniture should be replaced. Patio furniture was good. Beaches were dirty - never drug the beach whole time there - trash everywhere. Won't be coming back to OB. Even hostess at restaurants were rude.

This beautiful condo is exactly how described and has wonderful accommodations. The kids loved having separate bedrooms & plenty of room to spread out. Everyone enjoyed the spacious balcony, the lazy River, & slide. It’s also so convenient to the beach. We will definitely rent this again if we have the opportunity to visit! Also it’s convenient to walk to Starbucks, restaurants, & Publix supermarket.

Great with minor issues!!!

Everything was great except refrigerator went out and we lost our food, dishwasher had to be repaired, last day the ice maker stopped but was making ice again the morning we left! None of this took away from a great place to stay and enjoy our time on the beach! The appliances were fixed the day we called and should be ready for the next family!

Our visit

We had problems with the stove but was resolved in a timely manner. I would maybe better stock on cookware in kitchen. Over all it was pretty clean. But in the first bathroom there was mold on showe door and the toilet seat across the hall was broken. The faucet in kitchen is loose. The rug in den area is really dirty. But we had a great time thank you.

Only was given 1 trash bag, half used toilet paper rolls, no laundry detergent (all were supposed yo be supied). Floors need a good cleaning as they turned our socks black. Coffee pot has broken parts, and the dryer took 3 hours to dry a load of towels.

HOT, humid and rainy at Orange Beach

We had a fun filled week with the family during our stay. The property was moderate in cleanliness for the common areas and our condo was below average for furnishing cleanliness. The sofas, rug and side chairs in the living area were dirty and the master BR sheets we extremely thin and worn out. The unit was large and comfortable for our stay but I expected more quality for the price.

Reviewer Comments: The location is fqbulous, and the condo laid put out very well, but upon closer inspection , the condo was not clean hair amd sand in 3rd bed room , dirty diaper under bed in condo 402, body wash or congealed shampoo on shower wall, appliances in 403 , Keurig didnt work, mot clean, someone left debris grounds inside of it.Toaster does not work you have to hold it down . Counters were grimy. We will not stay here again

It’s only minutes away from the Floribama line and gulf shores where there is more shopping and dining options. The condo was very spacious, a bedroom and bathroom for everyone. It had a huge kitchen, dining and the living space had seating for everyone. In our unit there were games for the kids and a bar set up for the adults. The view was perfect from the 4th floor. I loved that I could park right outside the condo. This was our 3rd year vacationing in the area and can’t wait to go back next year.

We had a few issues with the microwave and disposal, but all were taken care of very quickly. Best rental we have had in over 15 years. Only way to improve on this place would be to have a dual reclining love seat.

It could have been a bit cleaner, there was excessive dust on a few cabinets and the cooking equipment was still dirty. Also the master bedroom mattress was worn out. I did read about that in another review from more than a year ago so I expected that problem was fixed but the same mattress had to still be there after the owners were made aware that it has huge dips on both sides of the bed where people lay.

Awesome stay

We spent a week in Orange Beach! We loved the property we stayed at! Everything was decently cleaned. Housekeeper was still cleaning at our check in time so I think she was a little rushed, some things could’ve been cleaner! Sand piled under bathroom counters and furniture is stained inside and outside. Other than that it was perfect! Beds were clean, had plenty of towels for the week! One of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed at.
