This 2 bedroom/2 bath villa has just been renovated and is absolutely gorgeous! It is located on the first floor in building two of Hilton Head Resort - the quietest location yet convenient to all amenities. The largest outdoor pool, poolside Island Deli & Grill/market and the resort's private boardwalk to the beach are located at building one next door, the indoor pool is in building three and the tennis courts and smaller outdoor pool are at building four. The first floor location offers easy accessibility yet privacy.

Beautifully renovated with new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The entire unit was also just painted.

The living area has all new furnishings. New wall mounted 50" Smart TV with 64 cable channels. We also provide free secure wifi.

Fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, and all new stainless appliances including new double sink with disposal. We also provide a blender, wide 4 slice toaster, 12 cup programmable drip coffee maker, knife block and knives, and non-stick pots and pans! Just bring the food!

The dining area features a granite top table with 6 chairs.

The master bedroom has a new KING bed with new Sealy Posturepedic Humbolt LTD mattress. Wall mounted 40" LED tv with cable. There is an attached bath with new vanity, faucets, chair height toilet, and shower/tub combination.

The second bedroom has new bunk beds with a single on top and full size on the bottom bunk and an additional single bed - all with new memory foam mattresses! This bedroom also has a 23" Insignia tv with cable. There is also a hall bath with a shower/tub combo, new faucets, vanity and chair height toilet.

And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic saltwater marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's, the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk across the boardwalk or a short shuttle ride to one of the least crowded beaches on the island. We provide 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon for your convenience.

This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and, of course, the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes.
