Beautiful Updated home. 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms located on a gulf access canal. Boat lift also heated private pool and beautiful private setting. Great views from your fully equipped kitchen , Master bedroom and guest bedroom.
Master bedroom has a King size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Guest bedroom 1- has 2 twin beds . Guest bedroom 2- has a queen size bed . Home is also equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa. Open Concept living
Home is one mile from Grocery store and additional shopping . Fort Myers beach and downtown is 15 miles from home.

Vacation

We planned this vacation last minute in two days. Owner was very responsive and everything was ready. House is clean, in a great area, and quiet. We enjoyed staying here. Loved the pool and the canal and dock. Quiet yet close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

4th house we have stayed at on a canal, 1st canal that had traffic. Fun to watch the boats go by.

Another fabulous stay!

We fell in love with this property when we stayed here last year and booked again when our son had another baseball tournament in the area. Todd is amazing to work with and other than a small blip with the front door lock everything went great. Todd quickly fixed the problem and my husband and son really enjoyed their stay. The property has everything you could possibly need and is close to lots of stores and restaurants.

Enjoyable Getaway!

First time in the Cape Coral area. Very happy to have stayed at Todd’s property. Very clean and well maintained. Todd was very responsive when we had a couple of minor issues. Loved the outdoor space and the location on the canal. Despite the tornado warnings and chilly weather mid month, we had a good time. Would suggest raising the temperature of the pool a few more degrees for us January visitors…😊 Thanks again for a lovely vacation!

Zen Vacations

If you want relax vacations, just go to Todd's property. The house is exactly as it is advertised. Best communication I ever had with the owner,Todd, since I have been traveling with VRBO, which is more than 5 years already. Quite neighborhood, a Publix just 5 min from the house. The best part, enjoy the pool, the backyard, and the view. My family and I will try to come again next year. Thanks a LOT Todd for a great time at your property.

Peaceful retreat

The house was perfect couldn't have asked for more. Washer and dryer on site. Fully stocked with towel bedding pots pans bbq grill pool floats and toys plus bonus kayaks but remember to bring yourself life jackets. Also beach supplies from coolers to chairs sand toys and umbrellas make sure to grab the one that twists into the sand or you'll have a little work to do. You'll be 20mins to a hour from anything you could want beaches food nature trails anything. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and we were there on the 4th of July. Pool is heated with a light in the pool and string lights above. We really enjoyed our stay and hated leaving but are considering returning again next year.

Great Time

The property was very clean. We had access to the garage door opener which was super nice. They have fishing poles, kayaks, pool floats, cooler, umbrellas, chairs etc for a beach day. The kitchen is fully stocked. There were hair dryers as well. The only thing youll need is body wash and shampoo, and everyone has their own preferences anyways. The house is close to grocery stores. It was between 30-45 minutes getting to Fort Myers beach and Sanibel depending in traffic. The neighborhood was quiet. Honestly we dont have anything bad to say. When returning to the area we would rent again if its available. The master is away from other bedrooms, so if renting with another couple, you can both have some privacy.

Wonderful home, responsive host.

The home was very neat, clean and nicely decorated. It had everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was perfect and the outdoor area was nicely maintained. Tony was very responsive.

So relaxing!

This property was everything they said it would be. Our stay was so relaxing in this quiet neighborhood. Todd's communication was awesome. We made a few day trips and always look forward to coming back to get in the pool. We would rent this home again for sure. Thank you Todd!

Fabulous property!

We had an amazing time this week! The house was perfect size, the pool was awesome, and my son loved fishing every day! Todd was a great host and responded quickly to all of my questions. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house was a short drive to all of the fields and we didn’t have any trouble getting in to Ft Myers Beach. Lots of shopping and food options as well. My only piece of advice would be to check out what household items have been left behind by past guests before shopping and don’t overload the washer with towels or they still be sopping wet when the cycle is done. That was user error though. Enjoy your stay!

Couldn't Ask For Anything More

The property was even better than described and we couldn't ask for anything more. The layout was great and the pool/Lanai area (with a TV) was where we spent most of our time...the view of the canal was a highlight. The size of the pool was impressive and heated just right. Interior decor was beautiful as well. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, etc. The location was 10 minutes from most everything we wanted to do. Todd was very responsive to any questions and we will definitely book a return stay. Wonderful vacation!

Wonderful staying

Nice and clean property. Good neighborhood. Good pool size. Access to the canal, so we did rent a boat and picked up my people at the dock. Wonderful vacation!!!

Wonderful on the Water

The property was beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The pool was large and had a shallow end as well as a deep end. Three separate entrances from the house to the patio. Kayaks were provided for morning exploring and we enjoyed fishing off the dock. The only hiccup of the trip was around checkout (per the site check out was 11, however the cleaners came early and there was a discrepancy in the checkout time.
