And yes—you actually caught us right in the middle of a bit of a furniture “plot twist” 😄 The new sofa, loveseat, and oversized chair were all delivered just before peak season after a long wait, but unfortunately the oversized chair arrived with a tear in the upholstery. With the busy season starting, the only real option was to move forward temporarily with the setup as-is while we work with the owner on a resolution. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we agree comfort for TV and game time is important—that’s definitely on our radar for improvement. Most importantly, we’re so glad everything else made your stay enjoyable, and we’d love to welcome you back again soon! 🌊😊
