Strong WiFi and Cat5 hookup in all bedrooms and main living area for direct computer connections. Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles in the drive & 1 under the carport, there is free parking at the street. Driveway is on an slight incline (the carport is not on an incline).

The house is 0.8 miles from the square and most neighborhoods this close to the square have college students, ours is no exception.

Children are welcome at the house but we do not recommend young children or toddlers. There is a brick step in the kitchen that leads to the playroom and there are no bath tubs in the house.

Disclosure - security cameras on exterior of front of home and in carport (the recreational area by the fire pit can not be seen at any time). The camera's do have the ability to pick up sound but we do not monitor this, all alerts are turned off when guests are in the home.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and submit a copy of their drivers license, agree to house rules and sign rental agreement.
