Me and my family of 5 enjoyed staying here. The place smelled clean on arrival snd appeared clean. The only recommendations (and these did not stop is from having a good time) would be to make sure the towels dont have fuzz (a lot of them did) and that they dont have stains (a lot of them also had brownish orange stains), the small air fryer/ toaster oven did not work, the main room Shower would spray everywhere when first turning it on, the room with the twin beds the AC smell like it needed a filter change and i would recommend someone come and look at the dryer to get it to work efficiently ( i was hanging clithes on chairs and anything i could find to air dry- bc the dryer did not dry unless i put something 5x to dry).Again none of these recommendations made our stay unpleasant! Thank you for letting us stay at your condo! Happy New years!!

Perfect

Perfect location if you plan on traveling to any of the smaller islands. Clean with good size room. Easy to get into and out of and the supermarket is right in front. If you’re looking to visit/explore Fajardo this place will be perfect for you and your family.

First day ok, after that security follow me and the family every single dayHarassment and embarrassment, ask many to questions to us and even have the key to the pool do not let my family use. This is the first terrible vacation I have with the family. One of the thing I take this place included pool but security don’t let me I have a autism kid and he wants to go to the pool and stay in the condo 24/7 is not good. Thanks but I never rent this condo again. I feel prosecuted.

Almost perfect

Overall it was a great place for us. Our only issue being the stairs as my husband has back issues.The property was mostly clean but could use a good deep cleaning.

Great Condo!

There were a few hiccups with our stay here, but we were able to work them out. Overall, this was a good place for my family to stay. It was easy to get everywhere I wanted to go.

Fajardo Vacation

Place was clean on the surface but found trash/dust behind furniture. Really needs a deep cleaning. We bought plastic bed covers after finding bugs on bedding. Will not stay there again.

Wonderful family vacation

Condo was everything we wanted and more! Spacious enough for our family of 6. We loved having a pool on site and spent a lot of time there. Condos location was in a perfect spot for us, right next to a grocery store and close to everything we wanted to do with the kids. Yunque, bio bay, and the ferry to culebras. Having a washer and dryer made things so easy for us especially with kids. We loved the condo. If we stay in Fajardo again we will rent again. 10/10 will recommend to everyone wanting to travel to that area. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Monte Sol property

Stayed on this property for 9 nights. It had everything I expected and more. The 3 bedrooms accomodate at least 6 people comfortably. The property had everything you would need for a day day at the beach; beach chairs, pool noodles, small cooler, and beach toys. My family and I had a great stay. Highly recommended. I would stay at this properly again.

problems

Here are some concerns, a) When arriving we could not find the apartment,0 indication was posted, we left the managers numerous messages. She never returned our call. We had the help from the security guard to reach the owner so we can enter the property. This procedure took over 1.5 hours.Very frustrating. Once we entered we discovered a water leak in the kitchen,which we advised VRBO ,the next day they sent a repair man and he tried to fix it however did not succeed. They sent another repair man and he found a leak in the bathroom bowl,he decided to remove the toilet bowl ,but he could not repair as he was missing parts, need to come back the next day to finish the repairs. Never advising us of this repair when we got home we used the toilet and found out it had been disconnected and there was not water in the bowl so we could flush. While the original leak in the kitchen was never fixed. Lets move on to the next issue, the kitchen pots and pans are every old and all teflon pans were better for the garbage than to cook in. Kitchen need a lot of love. For all these issues ,they offered us no compensation what so ever. The last issue is the washer and dryer, we stop using it as it sounds like a jet engine when drying. Now for the good parts, the property is very well located,lots of space for 6 people to comfortable, stores in walking distance ,pool is very clean. Great TV programming lots of channels

Beautiful condo

Everything that you see in the pictures of the condo is exactly what you get. Quiet area guarded 24 hrs throughout the week, you have beaches close by. The property owner always answers her phone ready to assist you to make your stay comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone. My wife and I enjoyed it

Good location

Good location for our needs. Close to 7 seas beach, and easy access to main roads. Owner great communicator. Property manager not as great. Owner did allow an earlier check in, but property manager response was slow and ended up getting in 30 min earlier. Bought some new towels, and left them for future guests. This unit is on the 3rd floor. Quiet neighborhood.

House confortable and clean

The house was located in a nice area. My experience was good. The only thing I can say is the location. Vrbo shows this house in Florencio. The house is not located in Florencio but in Quebrada Vueltas. Also the swimming pool is not exactly the way is showed in the advertisement. I never saw the swimming pool, I was informed about the swimming pool but I never call to make reservation to use the pool. Overall the house was good place to stay.

Great Value

The condo itself was comfortable with everything we needed and space to spare. The beds, AC, and Wifi were all great. The complex itself is somewhat rundown and the pool area (which needed to be booked in advance because of covid) was not very inviting with no pool chairs and less than clean surfaces. We used it only once, which was a little disappointing since my teen agers were most excited about pool time in the late afternoons. Instead they watched TV in the condo. The complex was secure and covered parking was great. The place was very secure and within easy driving distance of many attractions. There was a large grocery store a two minute walk from the complex. Overa,l great value for the price. despite the somewhat faded exterior.

Great location, all the necessities

This was a great space for our family of 4. Nice central location for the good beaches. Nice to have a grocery and restaurants down the street. And great to have laundry! Comfortable beds, quick responses and helpful on-site security when we had last minute requests and needs. Loved the balcony and listening to the coqui sing.

Great stay in Fajrado!

This is a great condo - easy location to get to, nice trees all around and very comfortable! The AC was great, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the apartment was well stocked with everything needed. Clean, comfortable, spacious, safe, and great communication with the hosts. Thank you so much for making our first trip to PR so wonderful!

Get what you pay for

We used mainly to sleep and go. The kitchen was dissapointing and needs upgrade when you find a dirty nasty cutting knife and a molde microwave it makes you not wanna use the kitchen so we bought paper products and decided not to cook in it. Only used the greca to make coffee. Ate out. So If you wanted to stay and make meals they need to fix kitchen and upgrade it The ac in the living room frozen twice and we followed the no turn on living room fan rule but.you leave it.off and next.day is ok. We weren't in the apt much so ok. There isn't a toasted like it.read but a sandwich grilled but again we weren't using kitchen stuff bcuz of.how it.was The videts knows are oxidating and need.replacements Good stuff were the rooms bed and space.for.clothes great Even used their beach chair for.beach. their manager and security Juan torres was great. Again it was mainly to sleep so we were fine w it

As a Puerto Rican, I have always loved my country and wanted to own a vacation property away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan yet close enough to visit friends, family, and the sites. Fajardo is a quiet town that is close to all of the attractions. Monte Sol fits my family life style and provides a cost effective vacation rental for my guests. Love the area. It is priced right, clean, and provides wholesome, family related activities.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Fajardo is close to all of the major attractions. We are close to P.R. 3 and it is not necessary to take long winding roads up into the mountains unless you choose to do so. We are a few minutes drive away from the Rain Forest, beautiful beaches, San Juan, shopping, and seaside country towns.
