Great ocean-front location with ocean view to the north, El Yunque rain forest to the south, sunrise to the east and sunset to the west, 15 min. walk to the famed Luquillo kiosks to the east of the bldg. Ocean waves lull you to sleep as you enjoy the hammock on the balcony. Apartment on the second floor of the building, east side. AC in the bedrooms. Car rental a must. No direct beach access. Enter through the property to the west or a 5 min walk west thru the basketball court.

Great communication by Marie. Nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. Gated parking on the property. Looking and hearing the ocean waves was pleasing. You’ll definitely enjoy the balcony. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location, Marie was very helpful. All her instructions were accurate so we didn’t have to bother her. You are right next to Luquillo beach and everything was 5-10 mins away. Apartment was perfect for me and my husband and my best friend and her husband. We went for the bad bunny concert so it was like 30-40 mins away from San Juan I wish we knew that but we had a great time either way.

We recently stayed for two nights. The place was very clean and well-stocked with essentials (except there were no hair dryers). The pictures are accurate and it is a great location on the beach. Our biggest problem was the refrigerator was not working when we arrived for our first night with our groceries and we had to move it to a different electrical outlet in the dining area to get it to work. We also tried to cook on the stove, use the microwave and do laundry and none of them were working properly. Also, there wasn't any hot water and we had to take cold showers. We called the host Marie when we arrived and she sent a maintenance person out the next day while we were out doing excursions and we came back later in the afternoon and things still weren't working and we let her know. Electricians arrived the next morning when we were leaving and Marie got in touch with me afterwards and said they didn't find any problems. There are excellent reviews posted and that is why I booked it, but our experience was vastly different from what others have posted. My advice would be to proceed at your own risk.

Our stay was wonderful and the host was fantastic. We didnt want to leave. We had plenty of space and were extremely close to everyhting. The views were gorgeous! The instructions to get inside were clear and easy. Nice quiet spot.

RELAXING BEACH FRONT LOCATION

Check in was very easy for this very clean property located in Luquillo. Marie answered all my questions promptly in addition to giving me tips on activities in the area. Very affordable with a grocery store less than 10 minutes away. The area is safe and the gate makes it even more so. We walked the streets to get food and there was no issues at all. Plenty of parking for your car rental and lots of places to see within a short driving distance. Highly recommend.

A gem of a place! Super clean. Very comfortable beds. A kitchen with everything you need to cook, celebrate, be on vacation. The set up of the house allows the rooms to be very cool for sleeping, but for the family to sit and play cards in the main room, and also for folks to sit out on this deep breezy porch that overlooks the ocean. Walking distance to a fun breakfast spot. Driving distance to Pickleball, amazing beaches, bioluminescence. Highly recommend.

Property looks just as advertised. It had everything needed and more for a comfortable stay. It is at a great location between the beach and the yunque rainforest, and near the luquillo kiosks. Marie answered all my questions in a timely manner and I had no issues in my 6 day stay.

Awesome Oceanside Apartment

The view and ocean sounds were amazing! Beautiful floors, and the amenities were off the charts! You name it, it's in there. Cabinets full of everything you might need...from food items to paper towels, ziploc bags, laundry detergent, books to read, games to play, surfboards, life jackets, band-aids, personal care items, dental floss and more! Unbelievable! The entraceway and some of the exterior needs upgrades, but the owner is working on improvements. This is the 3rd Vrbo we have stayed in across Puerto Rico, and by far our favorite! Thank you Marie!

Wonderful having the beach right off the balcony for this price. Bedrooms were kept very cool and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics including a cooler and some water bottles for our day trips.Beaches, great view of the rainforest, plenty of dining options. Great tropical vacation

Playa fortuna

Had a great stay, condo was neat and clean with all items needed for day to day living. The only things we had issues with was the a/c unit in the master bedroom stoppped working the last two days so it was a little humid/warmer in the room.we left the fans on to help, and there wasn’t a beach entry due to the boulders/rocks that lined the one beach area to the left of the property. But all in all it was a nice stay.

vacation from hell!

were do i start! 1st detail of property as a gated community was not axxurate gate was broken had to maunally open qgich the area was considelly flooded due to rain. dryer was not working so clothes stay damp. rain water was sleeking throw the bedroom and living room walls. water pressure was very low for 1 day. no secondary clean sheets i stay 5 nights and ran out of clean towels. TV in the living room was not working properly...etc

Great location close to the beach and a well kept unit.

This VRBO is in walking distance to 3 beaches. It was clean, well stocked with supplies and had an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. It is also close to the Rain Forest which is a must visit if you are staying on the east end of the island. There are plenty of places to eat in walking distance and groceries stores are just a short drive away.I would definitely recommend staying there.

Great location, amenities, and cleanliness. Marie takes attention to detail quite literally with everything you need on property, including cleaning supplies, personal items, comfortable bedding, and recreational equipment. One extra detail that was fun to have was a surfboard for body surfing in the waves just down the beach. Kiosks are a short drive or decent walk away. Highly recommend.

Most well stocked rental ever!

The property was not only very clean but also so well stocked with anything you would need for a stay at the beach. The views from the balcony were amazing. We enjoyed our evenings in the hammock and swing listening to the waves crash. I would highly recommend this place!

I chose this neighborhood because it is quiet and has a small town feel. People are very friendly and I feel safe walking around the neighborhood.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I love the sound of the ocean and the sunrise. El Yunque rain forest is about a 20 minute, beautiful drive, away, the Wyndham golf course is about 10 minutes away, there is horseback riding nearby and at the Luquillo beach you can rent a jet ski, relax on the beach and enjoy some good snacks.
