Great ocean-front location with ocean view to the north, El Yunque rain forest to the south, sunrise to the east and sunset to the west, 15 min. walk to the famed Luquillo kiosks to the east of the bldg. Ocean waves lull you to sleep as you enjoy the hammock on the balcony. Apartment on the second floor of the building, east side. AC in the bedrooms. Car rental a must. No direct beach access. Enter through the property to the west or a 5 min walk west thru the basketball court.

Amazing waterfront condo. Private beach experience with a small beach right next door, plus larger beaches within walking distance. Enjoyed watching sunrise over the water from the balcony. Perfect spot for my family vacation. Well stocked eso with toiletries and essential kitchen items.

Hostess Marie got back in touch with me promptly. The ocean view was amazing and so was the view of El Yunque from the bedrooms. And you can hear the sound of the ocean from the bedrooms. This was a very safe neighborhood and nice walk to the kioskos of Luquillo and beaches. The condo was very clean and very nicely stocked. We had a really wonderful stay here!!!

We loved staying here! Perfect peaceful and accessible location. Can still hear the ocean! The space had more than everything we needed. The porch was a perfect spot to enjoy the waves, the sunrise/sunset, and relax on the hammock. Having laundry access was extremely helpful for the active trip we had. The location was easy to get to El Yunque and there were restaurants/food kiosks within a 15-20 min walk or a short drive. If you're considering staying in Luquillo or this area of the island, we recommend staying here!

This place is great. Kitchen haa eveeything you could want. Good location and a great view. There is a TV ia every room but we never turned them on just sat on the balcony

Marie’s place is super cute & has a great location with beautiful views. It’s a quiet, safe location. She provided all of the supplies you may need during your stay- beach items, towels, bug spray etc. She was very responsive with answers to questions & a great host. My best friend & I visited for my 40th birthday & my bestie surprised me with decorations in the condo which were done by Marie’s maintenance man, Robert. He did a wonderful job & it was so nice Marie was able to coordinate the setup between my bestie & Robert. Definitely stay here if you would like a peaceful visit with the ocean in your backyard.

Marie was the absolute best communicator, I mean stellar. And the apartment is so well appointed and has every thing you could need. Was amazed by that. I chose this neighborhood because it is quiet and has a small town feel. People are very friendly and I feel safe walking around the neighborhood.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I love the sound of the ocean and the sunrise. El Yunque rain forest is about a 20 minute, beautiful drive, away, the Wyndham golf course is about 10 minutes away, there is horseback riding nearby and at the Luquillo beach you can rent a jet ski, relax on the beach and enjoy some good snacks.
