Updated home 30 minutes from the airport. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs and air conditioners with separate temperature controls. Full kitchen with stove stocked with all the essentials you would need to make you feel at home.

The house is located in Brisas del Mar, Luquillo. Only 5-10 minutes to local beaches and 15 minutes to the rain forest or Fajardo. It has a great view of El Yunque and slight view of the ocean, all from the spacious backyard. Located in a quiet neighborhood you can experience the real Puerto Rico and be close to any stores that you would need.

We loved our stay here! The house was clean and spacious, just right for the 5 of us but could definitely fit a few more people. I enjoyed sitting outside at the picnic table in the mornings and walking to the panderia a few blocks away. It took 5 minutes to get to the beach and the outdoor shower was great for cleaning off the sand before going inside. It's a beautiful home in a great location!

Wonderful place & excellent location!

Everything was great! Very clean and kitchen was stacked with everything you can imagine from condiments to utensils, place settings & pots & pans. Bathrooms were very clean & great water pressure, plenty of toiletries. It really felt like home. So close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful home! Will definitely stay there again! Thanks Jeremy!

Slice of paradise in Luiquillo

Easy to follow instructions and house is conveniently located near everything your going to need. Very clean and most importantly safe. We will be running back here to stay again!

Nice Place

Has most of the things you need and it has an open feel to it with a gate out front. Typical concrete Caribbean home. Nice neighborhood. Place was clean. It was a little frustrating to be on vacation and have to worry about things like - running out of toilet paper? Just a heads up - They supply one roll per bathroom for the duration of your stay. Never seen this before.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is just amazing - walking distance to a gym, grocery store and restaurant. Everything else is in a very close proximity. Highly recommended!

Trial retirement

Loved the property and the area. El Yunque was great as well as Liquillo beach. One of our favorite things was the rescue dog next door; Playa Blanco. She was so sweet.

I loved this house. Spacious and open layout. Modern but with a touch of charm. Perfect location and close to everything from beaches, shops and food. I highly recommended. Literally 5 min drive to beach and everything else. My 4 year old had a blast. Private and residential neighborhood. Friendly neighbors.

Incredible place, perfect for friend or family

We has a fantastic stay here. Place very clean, fairly spacious. Individual split ac units in each room worked great. Mattress were okay for a rental unit. Attention to detail separates this unit feom the others. Kitchen was good size, with modern appliances. Everthing we needed was there, and many things we didnt. Aside from the usual basics, like plates cups, etc, the were numerous portable small appliaces, like a blender, a panini grill and others. Disposable plates and cups also. Paper towel was top quality. Coffee machine with coffee grounds, all kind of sauces and spices, honey. It was almost like walking into my own kitchen. Everything and more was there. Outside, theres a gas bbq grill, lawn chair, picnic table. For a day at the beach, they provide beach towels, multiple folding chairs, a cooler. About thw only thing we coudnt find was a set of tongs foe the grill. Awesome place here, exceeded our expectations.

Home away from home

This is our second time here. It literally is home away from home. The house is super clean, hot water, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor seating area; we only have to bring our clothes. Beach towels and chairs are available. We stay a week at a time. This is a safe neighborhood, great location. It is a 5 min drive to the beach, food, casino, and night life. I highly recommend!

Cozy and colorful

We stayed here on a quick family vacation. First time to the East Side of the island. The place is very cute with all the common amenities plus some. The only issue we encountered was there are not enough beach towels, only had 3 which I didn’t bring any bc I assumed they had enough, and the other thing was the hot water. It runs on solar power to heat it up but it was raining our entire stay and we only had hot water our last day. That was my only complaint. Would stay here again though.

As described

We stayed for 4 days coming from Florida with a family of 5. The place was clean, AC was cold and water got hot. There were so many things that were already there that I wasnt expecting...cooler, ice packs, shower stuff, balls for the yard etc. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was great and attentive. About Luquillo: It is also so close to the kiosks! We were told that they may be closed monday and tuesday, but we went on monday and most the shops were open. Great food! The bakery at the end of the street is really good too, but is slow so make sure to give yourself plenty of time. Luquillo beach was secluded and peaceful and about 5 minutes away. Amigo Store is also just a 3 minute drive or so and had everything we needed. We reccomend fishing with Konklma Charters in fajardo.

Great Birthday

I went with my two best friends for my 39th Birthday. I am a past local. The neighbor was nice and quiet. Proper reminded me of my grandmothers home 2.0. Only thing I would of changed would of been the picnic table moved to the back, so the car port would be usable because it rains frequently. Added a few hammocks and access to the laundry because taking dirty clothes from my vacation to my next stop which is two weeks away from home (FL) in Oklahoma really sucked.

Beyond expectations

We absolutely love this house! The location is perfect, close to the airport, and minutes to the beautiful Luquillo beach. Upon arriving, the quick observation is that the home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking in, the home is inviting. Kitchen is fully stocked with equipment/utensils, super clean, plenty of towels; you truly feel like it is your home away from home. We were a party of 7 and we had more than enough space. When we return to PR, we will be staying here again. We highly recommend!
