Newly renovated custom modern beach retreat! Walk to the beach, includes bikes, swing bed and outdoor living with walls of sliding glass doors. New pool with water edge hot tub. Owners have thought of every little detail to make your stay relaxing and memorable. There are 5 bedrms, 5 bathrms, sleeps 12 comfortably. All bathrooms have spa-like rain shower heads. Main suite includes a sundeck.

Inside you will find an open living/kitchen area with large waterfall island and custom wet bar for gathering. A well-equipped kitchen with brand new elite appliances including a Mercury induction oven. The main living areas naturally bring the outdoors in with walls of sliding glass doors. One of the best aspects of this property is the additional outdoor living area in the backyard & two upper porches off back of home. Under the house you will find an outdoor living area with fire table for roasting smores, as well as a swing bed. There is a large capacity washer and dryer, sheets, bath and beach towels, sunscreen, blow dryers and fully stocked kitchen are all provided. we provide guests with a starter kit of necessities (ex. paper towels, paper plates, TP, trash bag, one packet of detergent, coffee and sunscreen)

There is plenty of parking in the driveway - up to 5 cars

We are always available via text or phone call 8-8pm and normally respond as quick as possible.

This hidden oasis is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac and is perfect for a week of relaxing and fun on the island. Bikes are included with the property to make the 3 blocks to the beach or grocery store a breeze. We are 4 blocks off the beach or .3 miles. We walk to the beach daily, if we are bringing chairs, coolers we use a golf cart, where parking is located on the beach paths.
For those who like to stay active on vacation this property is located a block from the IOP Rec center. They have a cardio room, basketball courts, playground, frisbee golf course, tennis)

No Pets allowed and No Smoking on property. No Bachelorette type gatherings at this property are allowed unless you first pass it by host. You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related no one can be under the age of 25 years old. Please do not have packages shipped to home during your stay. Know that we are no responsible for packages not received. Our mailbox is locked at this property and costs $30 per errand for our property mger to retrieve needed items
