This was the second time we've stayed here. Perfect location, wonderful property - we especially love the screened-in front porch and huge fenced backyard - as well as the proximity to Lake Minneola and Downtown Clermont.

Great place

We were very happy with our stay. The place is clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in process and host was quick to respond. I would stay again and would recommend to anyone going to the area.

Fabulous stay

This house was exactly as described, and was the perfect spot for us. Really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the lovely shopping restaurant area that is nearby. Being able to walk in the evening and find excellent food trucks was a bonus. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Little Place

We were in town for our daughter's college softball spring games. This home was perfect...walking distance to town, restaurants, and the bike path. Everything was very clean and organized. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay with Awesome Hosts

My family loved our stay at this beautiful home in such a convenient area. We were walking distance from multiple nice restaurants and even walked our dog on the Lake Minneola trail (the house also has bikes available for use). The hosts were super flexible in my last minute situation and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. My family will definitely be booking again!

Wonderful house in historic downtown Clermont

We absolutely loved this home, everything from the proximity to beautiful Lake Minneola and its waterfront park, the short walk to historic downtown Clermont and its shops, restaurants, and farmer's market, to the huge, fully fenced backyard and screened-in front porch. The hosts were always accessible when needed and provided so many helpful amenities. We can't wait to come back. It truly felt like home for our extended stay.

Lovely Location

The house is centrally located in Florida, which made it easy to visit family living there in various cities. It was very clean, and the owner was very responsive when their was a minor issue with the air conditioner. It was fixed very quickly. Overall I’d stay there again.

Home away from Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home near downtown Clermont, just minutes away from lakes. The house was clean and well-stocked with towels and paper goods. The kitchen was very nice and even had a selections of seasonings for our use. A bonus was a fenced yard for our little pup to run in. We visited Clermont for our grandson’s graduation, but would definitely stay in this home for future visits.

Chris has a phenomenal place. My husband and I and our VERY spoiled cat were very comfortable while looking for our forever home. The house is everything as advertised. Added bonus is VERY, VERY nice neighbors. I actually cried when saying goodbye. If needed I would most definitely stay again. I also wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this for any out of town family or friends.

Great property, location and host

This is my 2nd stay at this property this year. Great location, close to beach, downtown and walking trails. The house was stock with pots, pans, plates and utensils which made it very convenient for Thanksgiving. The host was very responsive to my request. The only suggest would be to get a 2nd TV for one of the bedrooms. I highly recommend this property. I will definitely rent again in the very near future.

Great property

My family stayed here while visiting with family before Christmas. What a wonderful place! The unit is extremely clean / well kept and we found it to be surprisingly well stocked. Communication with the owners was clear and easy. Included in the unit are two bikes which were really nice for exploring the area and its many bike paths! Finally, the location is excellent with all of historic downtown Clermont within walking distance (many shops, restaurants, bars, activities). Overall, this place contributed to our trip be a fun, relaxing, and memorable visit. Thank you so much and hope to see you again soon!

Perfect visit

My husband and I are Clermont locals but are relocated due to the military so finding a home we were comfortable with while visiting our friends and family was a must for us. The house was perfect for my husband, daughter and I with our dog. Nice big fenced in backyard, PLENTY of items stocked in the house. I don’t typically leave reviews when I rent anywhere but I told myself on day one I would because we were so impressed with our stay. Communication between our host was in such a timely manner. We will totally recommend this house to any friends or family who will be visiting the Clermont area!

Loved this Place

We spent 3 weeks during October in this very comfortable home in a friendly, safe neighborhood. We can confirm that all of the glowing reviews about this home are true. The owners have clearly tried to think of every thing you may need for your stay. Our focus in Clermont was bicycling the gorgeous 36 miles of bicycle trails just 3 blocks away from our door. The trail was friendly and safe too.

Clermont Cute

What a great house to come home to after seeing the sights of Florida. This home has all the amenities of home. The 2 bikes and 4 camping chairs were used daily. Whether we went to the beach or attended a college softball game. Great neighborhood with close proximity to downtown , easily accessible by walking to the many restaurants and shops in downtown Clermont. Very clean and modern home .

Cute, clean & close to downtown clermont

Loved this thoughtfully stocked home away from home. With extras ranging from two bikes in the garage (with lights and lock), to beach towels, to a kitchen fully stocked for cooking including some basic spices and and even a welcome bottle of wine, the owner has gone the extra step to make sure you have all you need. Perfect location close to the bike path, and only a brisk five minute walk into the cute downtown with its restaurants, breweries and shops. Check out the farmers market Sunday’s from 9-2. We enjoyed the frisbee golf around the lake at the Hiawatha preserve and all the birds (and even several armadillos) we saw on Lake Apopka’s north shore (the Clay Island trailhead was closer for hikers while the Green Mountain scenic overlook and trailhead was fun with our bikes). It was cold so no gators sighted.

This place is great!!!

I’ve stayed at a lot of places, and this place was the most accomadating! It had everything that we needed! A major plus was that the beds were so comfortable!!! I plan on staying at this place more often! Very clean and I felt right at home! Thank you so much for making our trip memorable!
