Ptown East of Center Gem

Amazing respite just a 1/2 block from Commercial Street and the Ptown Harbor.

You can't beat this location, just steps away from restaurants. bars, Pepe's Wharf, and all of the East End shops and galleries. A very short walk to the center of town, the Mews, and Farland.

The condo is part of a historic home and is wonderfully maintained with a combination of antique wide-pine and newer hardwood flooring, and high-end Blomberg kitchen appliances, including an industrial gas range. The kitchen is also well-stocked and offers comfortable island seating.

Bright spaces are well-appointed with all newly purchased furnishings. Master bedroom has a TV and the upstairs bedroom has a private deck for enjoying morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The living room has comfortable seating, a TV, and sliding doors that lead to a back patio. There, you can grill, enjoy outdoor dining and entertaining - or catch a glimpse of the Ptown Monument. There is also a roomy outdoor shower that renters love.

The best part about this location is that it's so close to Commercial St. while still being on a quiet side street. Walk to the Harbor beach or take a short drive to Race Point, Herring Cove, or the newly renovated Ptown Inn Pool!

We had the most magical stay at this home to celebrate Carnival 2025. Amazing location, perfect set up for 2 couples to have privacy, and great outdoor area (the outdoor shower was top notch)! We hope to stay again soon!

This place is close to everything, but far enough away from any noise. It was comfy and spacious for four adults. The kitchen is well equipped with very nice appliances. Looking forward to another stay here.

Perfect Location

Property was very clean, as described in description and located in a perfect location for walking to either the East or West ends of the village. The condo was well stocked with amenities and the owner was very easy to interact with as needed.

Check-in was easy, and it was a pleasant surprise that we got notified that our unit was ready early, though we weren’t really able to take advantage of it. The location is good—slightly removed from the busiest part of town, though no more than a 5 minute walk from the pier, and close to good shops and restaurants. The rooms and supplies are well stocked and of decent quality. One thing to note is that the downstairs bedroom is only separated from the kitchen by barn doors, and the upstairs bedroom has no separation from the living room (other than the spiral staircase), so I’d recommend staying here with people you’re quite comfortable with. The patio and outdoor shower were nice to have. Finally, the VRBO listing and emails listed checkout as 10am, but the management company (Del Mar) sent an email with and tried to enforce a 9am checkout. I pushed back and they did honor the 10am listed on VRBO, but it’s probably a good idea to confirm those details.

Clean, quiet, and great location

The apartment was spacious, clean, well-stocked and large kitchen (way better than most), comfortable beds, nicely furnished. Property owner very responsive if anything needs attention. Good parking and nice washer dryer. For those who might have trouble navigating a very narrow spiral staircase access to the upstairs bedroom can be challenging, but you can avoid it by using exterior stairs that connect the upstairs bedroom / terrace with the downstairs terrace and it’s sliding door into the living room. A nice design feature. Very cute quiet side street between Commercial St and Bradford, great location.

Clean comfortable condo

Nice 2 bedroom condo, very clean and the kitchen is stocked with all pots/ pans, utensils, and anything you may need. The appliances are Blomberg and are higher end than what you would normally see. The stove is natural gas and the burners are excellent. The second floor bedroom has a narrow spiral staircase but can also be accessed from an outside staircase. The location is 1/2 block from Commercial Street and there is a public beach close by. We were concerned about the noise from Commercial Street, but there was none; very quiet at night. I highly recommend this condo for your vacation stay!

The rental and owners were great. Great location and nice privacy at house to sit outside and relax. The only problem we had with the property was the bathroom floor was dirty when whe arrived. The rest of the place was good.

Amazing Property

Amazing place. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. The unit itself was beautiful and up to date. An amazing unit for cooking with a gas stove and grill. The backyard patio was perfect for entertaining. Would love to stay here again.

Perfectly located PTown Condo

Perfectly situated just steps away from bustling Commercial Street in Provincetown’s east end, this clean, tidy and intelligently organized condo provides a quiet spot to relax, cook, sleep, or enjoy time with family and friends. The unit was very well appointed, clean, and most of all spacious yet cozy. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was above and beyond our expectations. Great spot in a perfect location with all the comforts of home.

Nice condo, great location

This condo is perfectly located in the center of town between Commercial St. and Bradford St. Despite being so central to all the town's activity, the small side street is quiet and charming. The condo is well appointed with nice furniture and modern conveniences.

P-Town Gem

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The place was spotless, and is perfect for one or two couples. Offers a parking space if you are driving in, and once parked, we didn't move our car until it was leave. Location is less than 300 feet from Commercial Street, with all of P-Town being in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here, and we'll definitely look to book in the future.
