Coastal Breeze Perfect Family Getaway/ Sleep 9

This beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 full bathroom home is located on the West End of Panama City Beach. The sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast are few min car or bike ride away as are fabulous shopping and dining.

Upon entering the home, you will immediately feel like you are at the beach! The home is filled with comfy furniture, beach inspired decor and unique pieces so you can kick back and relax. And, the open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze! At the front of the home, the spacious living area is decorated with a large comfy day beds beside the coffee table in front of a 55” Samsung Smart TV.

The Master Bedroom has wonderful King size bed with night stands and power strips on both sides for your phone chargers. There is a wall mounted 55” Samsung Smart TV. The Closet is equipped with hangers, extra pillows and blankets. The Master bedroom is complete with a private Master Bath has with a Walk-In Shower, vanity with a larger mirror and accent lights, toilet.

The 2nd bedroom has 1 Full size bed and 1 twin size bed along with a ceiling fan and 2 power strips for energy hungry phone chargers. It is equipped with a wall mounted 55” Samsung Smart TV. Close by is the 2nd Full Bathroom with a shower-tub combo, vanity with a larger mirror w/accent lights, and a toilet.
The 3rd Bedroom has a comfy Full size Bed, night stand w/ light and a powerstrip. It is equipped with a wall mounted 45” Vizio Smart TV.

The Kitchen has a 2 door Refrigerator / Freezer combo, dishwasher, double bowl sink, freestanding electric range/oven combo, microwave oven, coffeemaker, and toaster. Our kitchen is stocked with skillets, pots, pans, plates, bowls, forks, knives, spoons and all you need to cook and eat regular meals. A large kitchen table has seating for 6.

Close to the kitchen is the laundry closet complete with an electric washing machine and dryer. Home is cooled by an electric central heat and air HVAC with a digital thermostat. WOW WIFI internet transmits from a cable modem that also has Ethernet capabilities.

By the home, you have parking for 2 vehicles. Home sits on a well manicured lot with beautiful ground palms to complete this nice beachy space. Round charcoal BBQ grill sits near the wooden picnic table beside the porch (Charcoal and Starter fluid NOT PROVIDED). After a sandy day along the Gulf of Mexico, rinse off with the full size outside shower.

"Amazing"

Our family had a great time in Panama City for spring break. What made it even better was our accomadations. Our stay was relaxing and the owners were kind and very helpful. We will no doubt be back again!!!!

More than we expected

At first we were a bit skeptical of the place because Google maps shows an empty lot, but boy is this a great property. Natalya and Kirk were such good hosts. Very professional, by far the best experience we've had with rental properties. And the house itself gets 5plus stars. It's beautiful, very close to the beach and very welcoming. We WILL be back.

Really enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is very clean inside, and a lot of space to accomodate everyone in our party. Short walk to the beach and there is parking available by the beach. The owner was quick to respond to a few questions I had for him. I would definitely return once I go back to Florida. We rented the house Sunday evening, and the only thing we had an issue was the trashcan over flowing with trash and having a strong foul odor. Other than that great vacation get away...

Potential for improvements

Host is corresponding fast. House is on a quiet location close to wonderful beaches. TVs, fridge, freezer (excellent ice maker!), AC, WIFI, oven, dishwasher washing machine and dryer work perfectly. Using queen bed is not recommended (i.e. not possible), since mattress probably is a couple of decades old. However, sleeps 6 works, since two sofas in living room are equipped with mattresses, too. Unfortunately, the house was filthy. Lots of dirt left from people staying there before us, such as fruit loops under kitchen table. (Note: Cleaning team shows up at 9 a.m.!) Bedding we cleaned ourselves. We decided not to ask for a re-clean. As parts of the house obviously had not been cleaned for months (so were air vents packed full of dust) and it would have taken more than one day to get it done properly. So if you can get along with that, this home may offer a good value for the price. Host spending a few dollars on a proper queen mattress, some additional glasses and dishes and maybe 10 hangers for the closets plus change of the cleaning team would mean a tremendous improvement. A deposit will be charged to the credit card upon booking, unless you are not paying for an extra insurance. Release of deposit was made on time.

Not too bad

This property wasn't too bad but not as great as other reviews I saw prior to staying. The walls are very dirty! To charge a cleaning fee as charged I would think the place would be a lot cleaner. Lots of kitchen items which is a major plus! The location was great, being so close to the beach was so nice! We mostly rode our bikes to the beach or walked. The king size bed in the master room is very sunken in on one side, possibly even broken. That was a bit frustrating as it wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. Overall the stay wasn't a bad one at all! Also the master bedroom door does not lock I'm not sure about the other doors.

Loved it!

Great little place, very clean and comfy, and short walk to the beach. Reasonably close to attractions and restaurants. Only thing is we could’ve used a couple more towels, other than that the stay was wonderful.

Perfect for us

We had a lovely time here. (Plenty of room to spread out and relax). We had everything we needed to make our meals. Our compliments on the heating system (very even...no highs and lows). We especially enjoyed walking down to the beach and walking along the surf. Also big thanks to whoever suggested stopping at Thomas's Donuts. Best ever!! But now we need to do extra walking to make up for them. One quick FYI. The top board on the front steps is soft. No real problem yet, but will need to be replaced someday. Thanks again for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back here again.

Panama City getaway!!

We stayed for 4 days. The house was very clean and presented well!! It is located very close to the beach!! It's a nice and quiet neighborhood. Natalya and Her Husband were very cordial and helped with any issues. Overall this was a Great experience for myself and my son!! I would gladly rebook this!! Thank you again, Jo McKinney

Family Fun

Vacation home was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our kids to play and very clean. Everything worked well, nice pots and pans as well as plenty of storage for food and supplies. The porch was larger than expected. The outdoor picnic table with umbrella and outdoor shower are great! We enjoyed having a relaxing extended time away in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is in walking distance, but there is a place to park at public beach assess point right at the end of the street. My only suggestions are a larger kitchen trashcan and maybe a few more added cooking utensils.

Perfect for our family

This home was perfect for our stay. There were six of us and we stayed comfortably with no issues at all. Check in was super easy with clear instructions. The beach is a short walk (about a block and a half) from the home. The beach was not super busy like so many around the high rise condos. The home was exceptionally clean in my opinion. It was a great trip for us and we have already discussed using the home again for another trip. I highly recommend this home. Pictures and descriptions in the posting are accurate and there were no surprises.

Beautiful home and worked out perfect for my family.

Loved the area. It was a nice short walk to the beach. Was not crowded at all at the end of July. Hope to be able to go back next year.

Outside

The house inside was nice and clean. But the outside smell, was very bad. As soon as we open the front door. We were not able to make a barbecue outside. Not even to just seat outside.

Just what we needed

For the past two years we have stayed in "crap holes", it was nice to finally find a place that was legit! The location was a short walk from the beach. There was two red flags up and severe thunderstorms the whole time we stayed so we had to stay in door more than usual. The rental had all our needs, was clean, and spacious. Don't waste your time shopping at Pier Park for groceries, this location is around the corner from the Carousel. There are also several restaurants near by. There are TV's in every room so if you get stuck in a day or two it's not so bad. The owners are sweet as pie and even checked on us.

Perfect Stay

Need a house for a family of 5. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Short walk to beach. 5m to Thomas'. An affordable alternative to a hotel room. Don't hesitate is renting!
