Lone Eagle Luxury Mountain Getaway with Hot Tub + Gym/Peloton

Luxury mountain home located in the Granby Ranch ski resort, and golfing community. We created this space with warm gatherings with friends and family in mind with attention to details that help young families travel more easily too.
4 bedrooms + loft, large deck, hot tub and gym featuring a peloton bike. Perfectly situated mountainside with views of the rocky mountains between Winter Park, and Grand Lake. 2 king suites, queen bedroom, bunk room and bunk loft with office. We're located nestled on a mountainside in proximity to other mountain homes in Granby ranch however on a hill top which provides some added privacy. Minutes to Granby ranch ski resort with gorgeous views of the continental divide. Located near Rocky Mountain National Park, Granby is a Colorado treasure, offering a wide array of winter sports, while also being a wonderful place to enjoy in the Spring and Summer months. 25 minutes from Winter Park and Grand lake .

Some of our favorite regional activities include:

- skiing/snowboarding at Granby Ranch or Winter Park
- tubing in Fraser
- pontoon boating at Lake Granby
- golfing at Grand Elk
- exploring the many nearby hiking trails
- mountain biking
- fishing the Fraser river
- and so much more!

Granby is by no means a dense community, so you will want private transportation to get around. But most restaurants, grocery stores, or other attractions are all within a 5-20 minute drive by car.


During the winter months, the roads may often be snow-covered, so having an AWD vehicle, or a FWD vehicle with snow-tires is advised.

GREAT HOME FOR FAMILY GATHERINGS

Really enjoyed our long weekend with family. Beautiful house with fantastic views of the valleyHouse is as described and would recommend for people looking for something away from the crowds. Nice large garage was a plus, the floor plan for this house is very well designed. Modern with open living spaces but also areas where you can relax and enjoy some privacy away from the common kitchen areaGranby Ranch is primarily just residential but the grocery is only 10 minutes away off Hwy 40. Closest restaurant is at the GR ski area and actually has very good food (wood fired pizza was delicious) and the town of Granby itself has other options as wellThe owners are very helpful and accommodating to our request for a little later check-out.

Beautiful - Cozy - Clean

This home was so beautiful and welcoming for our two families of 4 and pups! It was very clean and included all of the amenities you could possibly need. The beds were all very comfortable too. The hosts were very communicative and helpful with any questions we had. We’ll definitely be back!!

Lovely mountain getaway

The property is well kept up and the managers are so lovely and easy to interact with. Overall, it was a fantastic house and we had a wonderful time. It has nice views and was well suited for all the grandkids to be able to stay together. We had a wonderful time!

Wedding Weekend

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding weekend in Granby and it was a great house! The girls came over to the house to get ready day of and the natural light and multiple bathrooms was super nice! We had some interesting hiccups during the first couple of days but the owners were so nice and flexible and accommodating. The house is fully stocked with all the supplies and had a really pretty view of the valley looking down toward Granby Ranch

Family vacation

Seven day stay in a comfortable, spacious, three level modern home overlooking snow capped mountains near Rocky Mountain National Park. Great location for hiking, sightseeing, and enjoying family time in the late afternoon by the fire pit. Host was fabulous, very attentive and extremely helpful. It is rare to find that level of attention to detail. Definitely a place to come back to in the future. Thank you Christy and Joe!

Enjoyed our few days in Granby

The property is very well appointed and met our expectations. It is very conveniently located for skiing, hiking, etc. Everyone had their own space within the property which was great. We weren't able to enjoy the outdoor amenities due to the weather. Our only negative point would be the heating - it is set to a narrow limit and initially, we were overheated. After asking the owner to adjust the smart thermostat, it turned to cold (of course the weather went ultra frigid) so it would have been better to have more control over that. But there is a nice gas fire that kept us warm. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your home.

Everything you could want for a family reunion

Amazing

The property was beautiful. Breath taking views, great amenities including the hot tub. It was fully stocked with everything you’d need. Soap, towels, extra pillows. Communication with the property manager was great. She always responded very quickly.

Beautiful luxury home

This home is absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was equipped with many pots, pans, spices and soaps as well as toiletries in the bathrooms and detergent in the laundry room. This significantly decreased the amount of items I needed to bring myself. The house has large windows to few beautiful scenery of the mountains. The hot tub is located just a few feet from the basement door for quick access in and out. We stayed in early January and there was a lot of snow. You would want an all wheel drive vehicle to access the property in inclement weather. The house is located near Granby Ranch for skiing. Close enough to walk to. I can’t emphasize enough how much we loved the house! Very clean! Our host kept in touch regularly and answered questions promptly! We would definitely stay again!

Immaculate!

Outstanding home. Nice views. Private without being isolated. Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great layout for large groups and families. Open main floor lets people stay connected, but separate living areas (loft... lower family room... covered deck w/firepit) give people space to get away and decompress or work. We set up a puzzle station at the small built-in table, played games on the large dining table, and sat around the fire enjoying each other's company. Wonderful family bonding time! Overall great location close to hiking trails, Winter Park, Grand Lake, and RMNP. Would 100% rent again.

Beautiful Granby Home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. We realize that the home is pet friendly, however the amount of dog hair on the floor and furniture was excessive which prompted the lower rating, otherwise everything else was clean. Additionally, a kitchen door handle to the deck came off which we repaired. Great floor plan, wonderful attention to detail, comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. A technician came to address the hot tub while we were there, which made us feel assured that it was fresh and clean.

Perfect for the whole family!

I HIGHLY recommend Lone Eagle for a visit to the Granby area. We took a chance & booked this home before construction was complete and it surpassed all our expectations. We had guests ages 2-86 and it was perfect for all of us. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone, kitchen is fully stocked, lots of kids essentials, quiet location and a beautiful deck for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the view. Hosts were amazing, communicated everything we needed in advance, and were very responsive to our questions.
