Beautiful condo with amazing view

Beautiful property to use as a base when exploring Key Largo. Comfortable furnishings and full kitchen with everything needed to cook and eat there, including dishwasher. We stayed here after a trip to Universal so it was nice to have private laundry room. Nice chairs and picnic areas down by ocean. Nice pool. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Kawama Tower Condo Vacation

This property was sparkling clean, had wonderful amenities and appliances, was beautifully decorated and was simply perfect for our family vacation. The views looking over the marina and ocean were breathtaking. The property owner communicated extremely well with us and provided just the right amount of detail for our relaxing get-away.

Great Spot

This unit was great for a wedding weekend with friends. The space was clean, comfortable and centrally located to everything around us. The guard gate did not have our names and rental information when we arrived, so checking in was a little difficult, but it wasn't a major setback. The refrigerator's water filter yelled at us all weekend because it's expired, but the host was made aware and said she would be replacing it after our trip. Also, we searched for hours for the orange pool bands that were mentioned in all of the house rules but could not find them. We didn't go to the pool because we didn't want to get I trouble. After finally reaching out to the host, she told us they no longer use them for the pool. Kind of an annoyance, but bot the end of the world. Overall, this was a great stay and perfect for our group. The unit was spacious, views were great and we all enjoyed ourselves. We would certainly stay here again!

Clean and nice view

Nice, clean. We were in town for a wedding and this was just a perfect place for 2 couples to stay. My one recommendation is for the owner to put in a Kuerig coffee maker.

Exactly what our family was looking for.

My family just returned from Key Largo for a destination wedding. We stayed with extended family at a resort in town for the first part of our stay and ended the trip at Kawama Tower. Beatriz had sent me the details of our stay ahead of time which made the mid week transition super smooth for us. We wanted to stay on the island a little longer to relax and explore with our kids. The condo had absolutely everything we needed, was clean, safe, and affordable. Location was perfect, easy drive to both Marathon for our fishing trip and to Fort Lauderdale for our flight. The pool area was quiet enough to stretch out and bond with our kids. Atmosphere was perfect and low key, gazebos on the beach were very relaxing, and the marina at night was breathtaking. We visited Dolphins Plus on the way out and that was a fun experience also. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to sit back and relax. Beatriz does a great job with this condo and hosting guests, so glad we fumbled upon it while browsing places on VRBO.

Beautiful condo with a million dollar view!

We loved our getaway vacation here! Friendly people, perfect location to explore the keys from, and great food at the Pilot House right on property! Our condo owner Beatriz was very helpful and easy to work with! Will definitely return!

Lovely condo on very nice property

The view was fantastic, overlooking the water. Very spacious master bedroom and newly remodeled bathrooms. Beatriz was great at communication. We snorkeled in the lagoon and spent time at the pool. Would recommend

Beautiful View

The view from the balcony is amazing! The unit was clean. It could use some basic up keeping, like painting and replacing light bulbs that have burned out. The owner was very nice. She was a bit pushy about check out. We received 2 voicemails and 2 text messages to remind us to be out by 10 am. That is a fairly early check-out time, but we were aware of it and we were out on time. The four communications were not necessary.

Amazing View and Central Location...Winning Combo!

This property is an excellently maintained and well furnished two bd two ba property that's well worth the price. Our check in process was smooth and the ease of entry with a secure elevator and nearby parking meant no stress upon arrival. The view of the marina and the Atlantic ocean has to be the best in the building! We will definitely be booking again!

A good place to stay.

The condo was very nice and as pictured. The owner is very easy to communicate with and obviously wants to makes your stay as pleasant as possible. We had rented a second condo in the building for my step-daughter and her family which made getting together a snap while allowing both families private time. Everyone enjoyed the facility, especially swimming and kayaking in the lagoon and being able to fish from the jetty (the kayak and fishing poles were not supplied by this condo). I am mobility disabled and have to use a walker and an Omeo (a 2-wheeled mobility device) to get around. Even though the condo is not advertised as being handicap accessible, I found the condo to be fairly open and accessible. The elevators in the building and no steps were a big plus. I suggested a few things to the owner to make the condo more handicap-friendly, and she says she has done some of them. Like a lot of places, the beds are high, and I needed to stand on a stool to get into the master bed. There are no pictures of it, but there is a very good view of the marina from the window in the master bathroom shower. Sort of nice to have such an interesting view while showering (there is a blind on the window for the ladies). This is nothing the owner can fix, but there was a strong, sulfurous odor at times from the significant amount of seaweed/seagrass that had come ashore on their small beach (I did notice the odor was present throughout the Keys), but we got use to it. We enjoyed our time in Key Largo and this was a great location to stay. Definitely worth the money.
