You are a short stroll to Pier 60, its daily Sunset Festival featuring artisans, street performers as well as the world-famous Pier 60 sunsets, and the Clearwater Beach Marina where you have access to daily and sunset cruises, boat rides, fishing charters, parasailing, jet skis and the Clearwater Ferry. A visit to Clearwater Beach would not be complete without stopping by our very own Clearwater Marine Aquarium, the home of Hope, who is are our local Movie Star from Dolphin Tale 2! Spring break with family

Nice condo, bigger than we expected. Good location, close to restaurants/bars/beach. Clean and safe. Wish the pool area was bigger, but the beach is right across the street so that was very convenient. Nice view of the harbor where we saw dolphins every day.

Florida Fun at the Grand!

The condo is nice overall very spacious and clean.The host was easy to get ahold of and responded timely.We had some problems with the lock on the door..was locked out about an hour one evening, but he came and tried to fix..still it was tricky. Also the fan in the freezer makes a loud noise\ we just wiggled it every once in a while. Appreciated the supplies given..would be nice to have a few extra blankets and a table or server behind the dining room table. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Wonderful week at the beach!

We were delighted wuth this unit, the spacious living area open to everything, great layout with bedrooms and bathrooms. All of our needed essentials were here! Quick walk to over a dozen great restaurants and the beach! Nice walk over to Sand Key as well.

Spring Break

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. The location was wonderful. We parked our car in our reserved space and never had to move it during our week stay because everything was within walking distance. I was originally a little bummed to not be on the ocean, but the view of the bay was absolutely beautiful and the condo’s balcony was amazing. The lounge chairs are so comfortable. We saw dolphins on three different occasions while we were out standing on the balcony. The condo was well stocked with everything we would need and it was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. When we first arrived we had some issues with the security code box on the door, but Emil was wonderful about getting it fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and would stay again in the future.

Spring Training

We love to stay at Harborview when we are here for Phillies Spring Training. The convenience of the washer and dryer makes packing so much easier. Our condo was immaculate and our host supplied toiletries, and paper products as well as dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Trust me…this is a great place to stay

Florida Thanksgiving

We had an absolutely wonderful week! Loved everything about Harbor View Grande…location was fantastic, condo had everything we needed and then some, balcony was so big. We loved having our morning coffee out there and we even saw dolphins jumping around! Emil was so easy to reach when needed and so accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Definitely will be back!

From the reservation, electronically signing documents, 2 day prior notification of codes, parking and arrival was nothing but smooth and easy!!! The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We can’t wait to come back and are already making plans.

Clearwater 2023

The property was fabulous. It was well stocked we had enough dish soap and paper products for the week. It was a nice touch to have toiletries in both bathrooms if we forgot any. It was nice having storage room by pool to leave all the beach stuff there. The cooler , chairs , beach towels and cart. Emil the property manager was awesome the place was ready early so he let us check in early. Thanks for everything Frank P

The perfect place

We couldn't be anymore happier with our decision to stay at this condo. Beach was a short walk away, shops and restaurants near by. The condo had almost everything we needed for the week. I highly suggest bringing a few of your own beach towels and a insulated beach cooler. If coming in the summer, be prepared for the pool to be warm and the pool deck to be hot. Our kids enjoyed fishing off the seawall and feeding the pelicans the fish they caught. The sunrises in the morning were beautiful off the deck. Condo was very roomy. We will be back.

Great stay!!

We had a really nice time in this spacious condo. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. The breeze that comes thru the balcony made it the most beautiful place to enjoy all our meals. Theres a 5 min walk to the beach which has beautiful sunsets. Definitely recommend this condo for a family but it would also be comfortable for 6 adults.

June Beach Vacation

A nice place. Very spacious and well kept. About 10 minute walk to the beach. The only negative report was the frig water and ice dispenser didn't work. There were some touches which were great. K-cups, sugar, creamer, shampoo, lotion, etc. They also provided enough trash bags and other cleaning supplies so you don't have to go out to spend additional money on supplies.

Simple and spectacular

This condo is situated in a beautiful part of Clearwater Beach and walkable everywhere. The unit itself was pristine, perhaps the cleanest VRBO rental we've ever had and I've stayed in at least a dozen in Harborview Grand through the years. Access to the secure parking area and building was simple and the property manager was quick to resolve the slightest issues we had. I highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful rental, great location, everything you need!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful vacation. I don't think we could've picked a better location or rental. You can see Dolphins & Manatees every day, morning & late afternoon from your balcony. The beach is only a 5-10min walk. There are many beaches towards Indian Rocks that are more quiet and secluded. Shepards across the street has music every day, good food & a night life. We hope to return next year!

Fun in the Sun

Best that Clearwater Beach has to offer!

The renting process was so simple. Emil, the broker walked me through everything step by step. The location was absolutely perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants was a definite plus. I loved the way the property owner Bill, left toiletries for us in the bathrooms, adding that special touch was wonderful! My family and I would definitely come back again!
