¡La clave para unas excelentes vacaciones es tener un lugar fabuloso para quedarse y haber ganado el premio mayor aquí! Está buscando una unidad completamente actualizada y amueblada en el edificio Bay Harbor, el más nuevo (2007) y uno de los edificios con más estilo arquitectónico de Florida.

Great stay

Perfect fit for our needs. Nicely appointed and had everything we needed while there for a week stay. Convenient walking location to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Excellent location and property!

We loved everything about our stay. Beautiful property with everything we needed to cook, relax and go to the beach! The beach was short walk and had many restaurants too. Very safe area and security at the condo was great with access codes to enter. Bedrooms were good size with bathrooms for each. Floors could use a good mopping, but that comes with the territory of being near water and sand. Overall, highly recommend!

Fantastic condo with plenty of room and a great view from the balcony. We've been to this property before and will be back. Highly recommended. Walking distance to shops, beach, and restaurants. We had a great time!!

Spring Break 2023

We absolutely love this condo and the location. We were fortunate enough to be able to go back and stay there again (our second time). Highly recommended and hopefully will be staying again. The condo has everything that you need to make your stay comfortable and easy. It feels like home away from home, it's always hard to leave!!

Condo stay!

The condo was amazing, lots of room, you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other! the master bathroom had long strands of hair from the people before in the shower and trash cans. That was ick but we dealt with it! We saw dolphins in the bay one morning!! The view is beautiful. We ran out of trash bags and paper towels, I personally feel like those should have been provided for us. Overall it was a great experience for my family!!

Great condo and beautiful location

We stayed a week April 7-14, 2023 at this awesome property! It is nicely furnished and has pleanty of space and everything you need to fully enjoy your time with n Clearwater. It is walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops and we saw dolphins almost everyday from the balcony. The owner is very easy to reach and attentive if you have any issues with anything as well! We would definitely recommend this property!

Great Property!

This condo is huge! Our multi-generational family greatly enjoyed our stay at Bay Harbor. We were able to walk everywhere and also enjoy family meals. The balcony was great and we saw dolphins 20 feet away! The only downside is the balcony faces north so its not as sunny as we would have liked, but otherwise it was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Fabulous Stay

Our stay over the Christmas holiday was fantastic despite a few days of unusually cold weather. The condo is very spacious with plenty of room for five adults in the same family. All of the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were nice and the master suite is great with beautiful views of the water. You are very close to restaurants, mini-golf and, of course, the beach, but enough off the main road that you get some peace and quiet. We especially appreciated access to beach chair and towels, so we didn't have to bring them from home. Would recommend to anyone needing a little extra space when staying on Clearwater Beach.

Condo with view of dolphins

The condo was very spacious with plenty of room for my wife and myself, our daughter, son-in-law, and 9-year old grandson. We were a 15 minute walk from Pier 60, the center of Clearwater beach, with plenty of good restaurants along the way. The condo was fully equipped and even provided beach umbrellas, chairs, and toys that are grandson enjoyed. We found Sand Key beach to be most convenient - 2 miles away, with plenty of cheap parking and little traffic. We saw dolphins most days - right off our back balcony!

Wonderful Stay!

We had an incredible time at Bay Harbor in CWB! The location was perfect and walking distance to everything- restaurants, attractions, the beach and easy access to a Jolly Trolley stop. The unit was immaculate, bright and incredibly well-equipped, having everything you could need to make your stay hassle-free. Each of the 3 bedrooms and full bathrooms were very nice sized and beds were comfortable. We loved seeing the dolphins off the balcony throughout the day. As we had a very late arrival, the keyless entry was ideal and seamless. Amanda was an excellent host, providing excellent instructions and information on the unit and was incredibly responsive. Our only complaint would be that the pool was on the smaller size and could get crowded at times (of note, we were traveling on spring break at peak season), but no fault of the unit. Overall, an excellent stay and we would absolutely book here again. Thank you Amanda for your hospitality!

Perfect

Perfect location. Few minute walk to beach. Had the kids drop us off with the beach gear and they walked from the condo although parking was nearby and reasonably priced. Also there was a beach caddy you could fill and walk easily too. Beds comfortable, air conditioned nicely, great showers and HOT water. Close to dinner, drinks and night life. A short drive to the pier for parking with more night life and ocean outings. Saw dolphins from the balcony in the eary mornings while drinking out coffee. Would definitely stay again if I’m Clearwater.

Inconsiderate neighbors

Overall out stay was very nice however the renters above us were very inconsiderate. The children were very noisy threw food over the balcony and fed the pigeons so we ended up with a lot of pigeon droppings. Yuk

Loved this location!

This property was perfect in all ways. Location easy to find...entering condo went smoothly. Walking in, first impression was very clean and welcoming with a spectacular view of the waterway. Condo has everything you need plus more. We were thrilled to find beach chairs and umbrellas to bring to the beach in a wagon. Thank you! Five minute walk to the main beach with a few more to reach the pier. Stores and restaurants all within walking distance. Every morning and evening we had all sorts of pelicans visiting the waterway...and even a dolphin came in for a visit. Shepards across the street was a fun place to hang out! We would for sure stay here again.....it was perfect! I was sad to leave. Thank you for an amazing week!

Summer Vacay 2022

We absolutely loved our stay, the condo was amazing for our family. Everything that we needed for the week was already there including beach towels, chairs, cooler etc. (very nice not having to pack those items). We saw dolphins everyday off the patio, no need to pay for the dolphin boat ride :) It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. There's a big police presence, which made me feel very comfortable with the teenagers going out and about at night. It was hard to leave and we hope to go back again. Communication with the owner was quick and easy!

Lovely place to stay for vacation

We have a great week at this apartment. The place is spacious and clean. It has all we needed. We were cooking there so we had all we needed including decent pans, spices and even small bottle of olive oil. They even had infant feeding chair there and portable vacuum cleaner. Washer and dryer was very helpful. Beds were comfortable. TV had channels and hulu apps. We would spend lots of time on the balcony having dinner or drinks in the evening. We saw dolphins from the balcony one day. Communication with the owner was good. It takes 5-10 mins of walking with toddler (quicker for adults) to get to the beach. Beach is great for public one. Sunsets are just amazing there. There are tons of places to eat at the beach. Owner has towels to borrow, chairs and toys for sand. You can also rent chairs with umbrellas for 40$ at the beach. We enjoyed our time there. I would be back here again.

Absolutely perfect!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our week long stay in Clearwater Beach for vacation! The location is wonderful! Walking distance to almost everything. The unit itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, felt safe, and has everything you need! It was great for our family of four but would also be comfortable if you had more people. The balcony was wonderful and we even saw dolphins a few of the mornings. We will definitely stay here again when returning to this area! Thank you!

We have been coming to Clearwater Beach for 16 years and have always loved it. We are very impressed with the beauty of the beach and the amazing sunsets. The lively Pier 60 has been an attraction for us and our kids. There is always something to do from the street entertainers, the live music, the beach bars, the rides and slides for the kids and the crafts vendors not to mention the beach. The fact that the City of Clearwater reinvests and is constantly improving the city clinched it for us.

Clean spacious new unit, on the south end of the beach, allows for quick access to beach as well as a quick route to Sand Key Beach and park for the busy traffic days. Miniature Golf, restaurants and stores just outside our door.
