This is a newly renovated 3 bed, 1 bath ranch in the heart of historic Fountain City. Located on a quiet, residential street, this house boasts gleaming hardwood floors & a cozy floor plan. It is within walking distance to family-friendly Adair park & conveniently located to shops, restaurants, grocery stores & the interstate. The "home away from home" offers brand new, full-sized kitchen appliances, in-house laundry, an attached garage, carport & ample off-street parking. The large back yard has a huge 2-story storage shed and large mature trees. There is a nice back deck, perfect for firing up the charcoal grill or that well-deserved glass of wine at the end of the day. Alternatively, enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee on the front porch as you watch the birds in the dogwoods in the front yard. Utilities and complimentary internet/wifi included. Note: 3rd bedroom currently set up as a playroom/office space but can be furnished with bedroom furniture upon request, with advanced notice. Air mattresses, pack-n-plays and kiddie cots also available. (subject to availability).

We are an easy-going family and enjoy the simple things in life, like going to the lake, or playing outside in the yard. We love wine, cooking, football (Go VOLS!!!) and entertaining with/for our family and friends. We found our "forever" home in beautiful, historic Fountain City (Knoxville) and we are living happily ever after! We were blessed to come acquire the Dogwood Den and we are excited to share it with our old and new family and friends!

This little retreat has a lot to offer. There is plenty of space in this cozy home. It is in a quaint neighborhood setting and is close to everything you need for a short or long-term stay. It exudes the "home away from home" vibe. The pictures do not do it justice. Come visit and let your expectations be exceeded.
