Fully equipped custom kitchen with a massive granite island, ready to host multiple chefs, 200" screen movie theatre, hot tub, cold immersion tank, 36” griddle & Air Fryer, fireplace, pool table, darts, poker table, foosball, corn hole game, giant jenga, basketball & pickleball courts, $100 per PET Fee, $50 per night extra after the 12th guests & damage protection insurance, $500 REFUNDABLE house rules deposit under Administrative fee.
COVID-19: UV, HEPA filters & Anti-viral are used to disinfect surfaces after each guests.

The space

Relax in a PET FRIENDLY Ranch property after an adventurous day in your private Theatre Room with 200” projector screen, surround system and voice activated Fire TV Cube/Alexa 4K Ultra HD and wireless streaming and comfy recliner seats. PRIME TV, ESPN +, DISNEY + and HULU. School your friends in a game of billiards, darts and poker. Invigorate your senses & relax your muscles in the cold immersion tank and hot tub. Roast s'mores over the natural rock fireplace, or cook some dinner for the group using the 36” griddle & Air Fryer, and custom kitchen w/ brick accents, built-in appliances and massive leather granite island! Most kitchen tools and utensils are provided.

All themed rooms are uniquely designed, equipped w/ tv, comfortable & spacious and private. Towels and linens are provided but please bring your own towels for cold immersion tank and hot tub.

The knotty pine massive beams and wooden floors provide incredible acoustics for the professionally tuned 1922 Monarch Player Piano with real ivory keys.

The living room has a 3 way gas fireplace set on a massive natural stone fireplace that has it's own foundation.
The spacious master bedroom has a 2 way fireplace sharing it with a resort style bathroom with jacuzzi tub and rain shower.

We welcome PETS and have a dog run in the backyard next to the jacuzzi. There is a fee of $100 PER well behaved pet for the duration of your stay. If you don’t pickup after your pets it will be an additional $100 fee per pet. There is a dog run with a waste basket.

The whole home is yours! During your stay at Paradise you will have access to the entire inside living space, enclosed backyard and dog run w/ all included amenities, 10 car private driveway, movie theatre & game room.
