Unit 201 Duneside Terrace is a modern, spacious 1,591 SF 3 bedroom condo with many updates for your next vacation beach getaway! Located just ½ block from Tybee Island's popular South Beach this condo building features a small indoor, jetted, pool for use an evening or rainy-day. 201 Duneside Terrace is a great place to stay after an unforgettable day exploring Tybee Island or nearby historic Savannah. The Duneside Terrace location provides guests all the best of Tybee Island. The wide beach of the highly desirable Tybee South Beach is a short walk away. Relax with a peek-a-boo ocean view and sounds of the surf from your sit-down corner balcony, walk to "downtown Tybee" shops and restaurants, enjoy the Tybee Pier and Pavilion, visit the back river, fish, bike, rent a golf cart and much more. New smart TVs in each bedroom and a 60 inch smart TV in the large gathering room. Enjoy 3 separated bedrooms, including a master bedroom with queen bed and private full bath. A 2nd bedroom with a queen bed with sliding glass door to the large balcony and a 3rd bedroom with a twin bed and full bed. Located between bedrooms 2 and 3 is the second full bathroom. Condo sleeps 6-7 guests (7 if 3 in bunk room and + 1 if on sofa and +1 if hide-a-bed). 201 Duneside provides Wifi, granite countertops and a jetted tub and two private and covered off-street parking garage spaces just under your unit. The parking area is 42 feet long. 79 inches in height clearance and 108 inches wide. Elevator for convenience. Grill in backyard. Beach cart and chairs provided. Central HVAC. Decide to spend your Tybee time at #201 Duneside Terrace at 10 TS Chu, Tybee Island! This is a NO PET property.

Beautiful apartment and very close to everything you want/need

We had a great stay at this beautiful apartment. Very clean, just around the corner from restaurants, the pier and souvenir shops. Our kids loved it as well and felt very comfortable :)

Clean and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very clean and spacious! We were within walking distance not only to the beach but restaurants and shopping as well. We really enjoyed being able to just get out and walk around Tybee Island. It is a beautiful island community!!

A perfect stay!

The condo was perfect! Everything was thought of, it had all the amenities of home. The owner was so great at communication and advice, very responsive. We had a truly amazing stay in a beautifully decorated wonderful home away from home!

Family fun

Family time was much needed and this was the perfect place to have it! Lots of room in a beautiful place, close to the beach and fun in town. Checking in and out was easy. The beach wagon with chairs available was such a plus! We will be back.

Tybee Island

It was a beautiful week on Tybee. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the tile flooring and bathrooms. The condo was just a few minutes walk to the beach. Also, enjoyed that Tybee was just a short drive to Savannah.

Perfect getaway

The property was exactly as listed. It was perfect for our stay. It was just what we needed. Perfect location, perfect accommodations for a great family vacation. Within walking distance of the beach which is perfect for early morning sunrises. Quiet area. We will hopefully be able to stay here again someday.

Tybee Island

This was a great property. The only thing needed fixing in the home was the ladder on the bunkbeds was loose and needs to ne fixed permanently to the bed. It is in a HOA that only allows 2 vehicle parking at all times. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Tybee rental

The property is beautiful! Very clean and perfectly located. The beach is a very short walk and so is the Pier, shopping and some great restaurants. I would highly recommend this rental. Bonus, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, laundry detergent, dish detergent and more all provided! Some rentals have none or minimal. Would love to return some day.

Well appointed beach property

The condo was well equipped from the kitchen to the beach accessories. The instructions on how to enter the condo as well as using the Internet were well explained. The location was about a block from the beach. Restaurants were also a short walk. The only negative was the pool at the condo was inside and not heated. This was a disappointment but did not stop the little ones from going in!!! A good family place to stay.

Three Generation Vacation

Had the best time. Enjoyed our visits to Savannah (Mrs Wilkes, Paula Deen, Ghost Tour and the Savannah Candy Kitchen). Beautiful beach! Not too crowded. Huc-a-poos for pizza, Fannies for dinner, Spankys for chicken fingers, Agave for Mexican and too many ice cream shops and coffee shops to mention. Beautiful property! Meet all our needs. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were a blessing. My husband and I hadn’t been back to Tybee in over 20yrs and our kids and grandkids had never been. We are already talking about coming back but at a cooler time.

Perfect Location

This was our second trip to Tybee and we truly had a wonderful stay. The condo was in the perfect location to walk to the beach but also close enough to walk to almost all the restaurants. The weather was cool for this time of year but it was enjoyable to sit out on the covered patio and just relax. We did wish that there was a hammock. Many evenings were so cool that the air conditioner never kicked on. The upstairs neighbors were very noisy at night. . It sounded like they were dragging around furniture, bouncing a ball non-stop and arguing, but you can’t really control who your neighbors are. The condo was appointed with everything you could possibly imagine. We lacked for nothing. We would definitely stay again!

Relax and unwind!

As we completed our 10 hour drive, we were met with a comfortable place to rest! Building was well lit and easy to find. The unit floors were dirty and in need of a scrubbing. Everything worked well though. The pool was pitiful. Super small and dirty not to mention cold.(even though it was listed as “indoor”) no heat and windows in the pool area would not close. Could not use it. Disappointed. However over all we would consider using the unit again.

Perfect Condo for a Great Family Trip

Very pleasantly surprised with how big and nice this unit is.. nice decor and everything is updated. Has a very large family room area for relaxing in the evenings. There were 7 in our party from ages 16-56 and plenty of space for all. Thankful for the supply of paper towels, tp, coffee filters, paper plates, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods left to get us started, and a bag full of beach towels for all was a nice touch too. Easy walk to the beach access, and the beach is huge is this area of Tybee. Even on a crowded Memorial Day weekend there was still plenty of room to spread out with still lots of beach open for frisbee and passing football. Great to be so close to lots of restaurants and shops. We walked to dinner almost every night, and became “regulars” at Seaweeds Snoballs and Ice Cream shop, definitely check it out. Took an easy 30 minute drive and spent a great day exploring Savannah. Our absolute only complaint from the ones sleeping in the bunk bed room was that the bunk beds were super noisy. Every time any of them moved or rolled over, everyone in the room got woken up. Still rate this unit a 5 though, because a power drill to tighten all the screws in the frame would likely solve that issue and we passed that on to our host. It’s a nice bed, just needs adjusting to fix the squeaks. Overall, we loved this unit and would definitely rent here again.
