*This beautiful and spacious, 1300 Sq/ft, two bedroom, two bath condo with a bunk bed w/ a trundle (3beds) is literally footsteps from Panama City Beach with a view of the Gulf from the front door and a Lake out back. Everything you come to Panama City for is at your disposal at this location. Walk out of the complex and across the street with a private access to the beach and 5 private pools on the complex property. Rooftop access with a pool, a hot tub, and beautiful views. ...This unit is on the 4th floor.
Parking and wristbands must be paid for separately, call Property Manager for details.

Very nice and has so many things to do and eat without even leaving the property. Wish there was a better beach access with a ramp but that didn’t have anything to do with Laketown wharf I guess

Spacious Condo, Perfect for our family

Great property, very close to the beach, great pool and property amenities (4 of the 5 pools were open while we were there). There's a kids pool literally right outside the front door and it's open 8am-10pm. The parking is also right outside the door.Our family of 4 had plenty of room, the kids liked the bunk beds. There were even beach toys, buckets, chairs. We were all set.

Great Location for Family Stay

This condominium is spacious, stylish, and comfortable, with convenient access to the beach, pools, and local restaurants. While we had a few hiccups the property owner was very communicative and took quick action to resolve our issues. Highly recommend this location for your trip to PCB!

Great access to the beach

I’m so glad I read the reviews before arriving. 1. Pro: The condo is just like the pictures, clean, spacious and as a lake view Con: it’s in a mega-plex 21 floors and a north and south side- there are a couple of restaurants located on the premises, coffee shop, Mexican, and our favorite an all you can eat buffet restaurant - since it is so big, it attracts all types of people. We often smelled weed outside the condo 2. Definitely park in the south parking lot and park on level 2- closer to the stairs vs the elevator prepare to walk up to the condo- the elevators are super slow- Con: it’s not the best for people with walking concerns, my MIL struggled a little going up the stairs and thankfully, she had a handicap sticker so we can park there. 3. The kiddie pool is next the condo- which is great for families with little ones- the main pool is on the ground floor- last, the Megaplex is across the street from the beach- you would have to either walk Down the steps or wait 5-15 mins for the elevator, walk about 5 mins to the beach - technically footsteps, but not really…more like foot strides - the owner was quick to respond to Emails and texts,- it’s in a great location, close to wonderworks, the titanic, the zoo, and the aquarium- the beach is “close” but dirty- I know this a mixed review- my family will not stay there again, however, there are many people who love it and it works for their family- I do love a smaller condo- maybe 6- 10 Floors- but that’s just me!

Great Place!

We enjoyed out stay in August of 2021 so much we decided to return in 2022. Very nice place and Ray is always very helpful.

Property was exactly as pictured. Room location was perfect if you have small kids to access the splash pad. As far as the elevators, the main ones are awful but we chose to use the parking garage elevator and had no wait for it. Would recommend to anyone as well as would stay again.

Worry free stay

Mr. Justice was great to communicate with and made the check in process seamless. Property was as listed. We’ve stayed at Laketown before so expected the elevator frustration but this condo was in the perfect location if you park in South parking garage. If you have very little ones, the kiddie pool is right outside the room. Balcony was nicely sized with plenty of seating. If you are light sensitive while sleeping, as we are, make sure to bring eye masks with you. Like a lot of the other condos, there were only blinds and no blackout curtains. Overall, great experience.

Panama City Beach Trip 2022

We stayed 5 nights and Laketown Wharf on Panama the location was pretty sucky a lot of traffic on a curve with lots of people walking across the road. Our room was nothing short of amazing! Very clean and nice. Tho the elevators at the condominium really sucked we always had to take the stairs because the elevators were so slow and it was hard to ever get on them. The people at the front desk were not very friendly at all! If we ver go back we will probably not stay there tho we loved our condo everything else did not meet our standards.

Loved the place. Great location with lots of food options close by, shopping and the beach just steps away. Beautiful views of both the lake and beach. Ray was great to work with and I will definitely be reaching out to arrange next years stay do not hesitate get this one while you can. Also great Wi-Fi access.

Best condo!

We really love this condo. It was large and comfortable for our group of six. The location of this condo in the complex is perfect because you are near two elevators and on the fourth floor so very little weight time. Amazing views from the 24 foot balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location

This room was a great location just a short walk away from the beach. It was very quiet and parking was close to room. This unit is on the 4th floor on the south side. Balconies on floor 1-4 face the lake area. 5th on up balconies face the gulf. Although lake was beautiful, I would have liked to see the gulf. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Condo was beautiful and had everything needed. Id definitely recommend this unit.

The property was amazing you never have to leave it if you don't want they have everything right there. The condo was beautiful pictures don't do it justice. Ray the owner was amazing to work with. If you are thinking about renting this condo don’t hesitate do it he will not be disappointed

Spring Break

This place was amazing, I enjoyed the huge bathroom and balcony overlooking the beach. I had my cup of coffee out there every morning gazing at the sunrise and every evening I had a glass of wine watching the sunset over beach. Just steps from the beach - awesome amenities featuring 5 pools and rooftop hot tub. We will most definitely be rebooking in the near future.

Great trip!

Condo was as described. Everything was nice and neat. The bed in the master bedroom had the softest, most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Location very convenient. We had a great vacation and would not hesitate to rent this condo again!!
