You will fall in love with the views and the size of this 8th floor condo. A rare 4 bedroom condo with 1808 sq ft of space . The balcony is large enough for the whole family to relax and has a great view of the beach/ocean as well as the pier just 3 buildings down with restaurant/bar/fishing pier. Enjoy dining outside with sweeping ocean views from the table. There are incredible views from the balcony, the master bedroom and the family room. The master bedroom boasts an incredible direct oceanfront view. The Kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. I has all the amenities you would want including a Keurig. The kitchen overlooks the great room which features a 70" flat screen smart TV. All bedrooms are a good size and there is a flat screen smart TV in each for your enjoyment. The Aruba condo building is the newest on the beach with construction completed in February 2021. The pool is heated year round and the hot tub, club room, fitness center round out the resort style amenities. Bedrooms - Master/King, 2nd BR/Queen, 3rd BR/Queen, 4th BR - Full over Queen bunkbed.

Great AAAAAA experience

Rented for the first time and what a great place. Location in a quiet part of the greater Daytona area. All amenities as advertised. Family joined us and super place for a large family to gather.

Beautiful corner condo right on the beach! Recently renovated building, with awesome pool and hot tub. April, the property manager, and her staff were absolutely great and helpful with any things we needed or questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

Family wedding trip in Aruba 802

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful unit. We were in town for our grandson’s wedding but still found time to enjoy ourselves in Daytona Beach Shores. Our stay here was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everything in this condo is as exactly as or maybe better than described in the listing. We will definitely return.

We were very pleased with the location, condition and equipment of the condo, as well as the friendly and helpful communication with the agents.Our only comment: more information in the listing about the extensive beach equipment at the unit would have saved us transporting our own items.

Great place to stay w no hassle

We didn't really have any issues. We was close enough to everything to do what we wanted but far enough that you could relax if that suited you. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We can't wait to go back next year.

Spacious - loved the balcony!

Lots of room and a great layout. Had 7 adults and never felt crowded even when we all enjoyed the balcony! The buildings pool area and sea wall were under construction as most of the buildings in that area were but, we were never disturbed by it. Would stay again and love to use the new pool/hot tub and patio area.

Beautiful Sunrise & Sunsets & 🐬 DOLPHINS

We Loved staying in this Condo! It is beautifully decorated & spacious. I would normally sleep in on Vacation, ...But the Sunrise is so spectacular, I didn't miss a single one! We also saw dolphins!! Melissa, our contact was there for all our needs & questions, She is Amazing. We will definitely stay @ Aruba 802 for future visits to Daytona beach.

Large luxurious high rise condo on Daytona Beach South

A wonderfully luxurious and spacious 8th floor condo overlooking Daytona Beach South. Very well-equipped kitchen allowed our group of 5 to make and enjoy many meals. Four bedrooms (TVs in each) with three bathrooms were perfect and the underground parking space was great. Current pool renovations did not allow us to enjoy the pool deck, but the beach more than compensated with the beach towels provided in the condo. Within walking distance for many restaurants and cafes including Casual Bird for breakfast. Definitely would recommend!

NDA week at the beach

We stayed at this condo for the week to watch our daughter dance at NDA nationals. We had 9 adults and the condo was perfect for us. Everything was clean and well maintained. The property manager was responsive. A few things to note that we did not know. There is a cage with beach items that was helpful. If you have a roof rack on your car you won’t be able to park in the garage and you cannot leave any of your extra stuff in the garage it must be in the cage or your condo. Overall we had a great trip and would return again.

Perfect place!

The Aruba was in a great location, far enough away from Daytona proper to feel safe walking alone, but close to everything we needed for entertainment and convenience. The kitchen was very well stocked with high end cookware which was great for cooking in. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for the 7 of us. The kitchen was a little tight, but only because we all like to be in the kitchen cooking at the same time. The living area was spacious and the view was incredible. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to experience the pool or spa due to the hurricane damage, but we still were able to enjoy the balcony and comfortable balcony furniture. We look forward to visiting again.

We love spending time at the beach when we can, especially watching the colors of the ocean change, the pelicans flying by, and the dolphins playing in the waves. We know you will love it, too.

Our beach condo is designed with comfort in mind and to maximize the amazing views. The furnishings and colors incorporate the natural beauty of the beach without being kitschy. It really feels like a welcoming perch to relax in with plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing yet all be together for great meals, conversing over cocktails on the balcony, movie night, or celebrating a special occasion with family games in the living room. The pelicans really do fly by at eye level on the 11th floor and it is fascinating! We provide all the comforts of home so our guests can spend time relaxing and enjoying the scenery and the building's amenities.
