Beachfront Condo 2BR/2.5Ba Steps from Cabarete Centro and your own private beach

Located on the ground floor, this spacious 2000SF+ condo features a patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. One of only 18 units in the beachfront gated condo complex, you will almost always have the pool and beach to yourself. This condo is in its own separate building, so it does not share any common walls with neighbors. The sound you will hear in the background is the waves breaking on the sand and the breeze in the palm trees. It is located 200 yards east of Janet's Supermercado, the primary grocery store in Cabarete. A three minute walk past there puts you in the heart of the beach bars, restaurants, and night life of Cabarete Centro, on the East End of Kite Beach. It is a perfect location to be part of the action, yet still capable of being a quiet retreat. Guests are limited to a total of four as per condo ownership regulations.

30th anniversary trip

Liz's place is on a private beach, clean, well taken care of, and secure in a gated complex. It's a few minutes walk to the grocery/shops/bar/restaurant scene, but not too far. We enjoyed the walking. Janet's grocery had everything we needed, as we like to cook at home often. We only used the master bedroom/bath, not the 2nd bedroom, and the bed was amazing! Chatted with the property manager a couple times when he came to check on us, and he was just a phone call away if we needed anything. Liz also checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We were looking for a quiet place with beach and sunrise views, and we hit the jackpot here! Looking forward to staying again!

Very nice condo! Well located right on the beach and walking distance to town. We loved sitting outside on the patio looking at the ocean. Host and property manager were very responsive.

Fabulous condo, beautiful location, great hosts and neighbours

The condo is really spacious, all the rooms are very generous and really well equipped. The hosts, property manager, security team and neighbours could have not been more helpful and welcoming respectively. The walk to and from the main part of town from the property is perfectly fine even at night and the benefit of being slightly out is all you can hear is the sea when on the patio sofas. Some really great eating places in walking distance. Our favourites were Ali's Surf Camp, Spaghetti and Pizza House, Necta, Voy Voy and Drifter. Walking along the beach to that area was a delightful start and end to the day, it is well worth not rushing that journey. Thank you Liz, Sam and Rainer and the security team for making our stay great and Liz for accommodating our change in flights plus all the great eating places and activities recommendations. I have no hesitation in recommending your property and we would love to stay again if we return at some point in the future.

Great Location, Beautiful views

The condo was great! Loved sitting out on the patio and looking out at the ocean. The living area was perfect for my son and i to relax and watch TV. The bedrooms had AC that kept things very comfortable at night. I am thinking about coming back and staying again with my other son who could not come this time.

Perfection!

We LOVED staying here! From the moment we walked in we were in awe of the beautiful decor, the view and the comfy furniture on the covered patio. We were in touch with Elizabeth about places to eat, property mangagement, etc and her answers were always helpful and prompt. We ate at most of her suggested eateries and enjoyed all of them. This property is beyond (but close to) the busy part of Caberete and the beach in front of the condo is PERFECTION. We walked along the beach, swam, boogey boarded in the waves and swam in the pool. We enjoyed our time so much and want to go back ASAP! Thank you Elizabeth for our MUCH NEEDED and thoroughly REJUVENATING vacation in your lovely home! Thank you Dominican people for your hospitality and fantastic attitude about life. We are talking about moving to the DR!

My wife and I have rented many condos throughout the Dominicain republic…and this would be in our top 3 well appointed excellent kitchen with all the tools you need ,very comfortable furniture and beds …excellent location close to all the action ….also felt very safe we will definitely be back

A home away from home.

Our stay was excellent. If there was ever anything we needed it was handled quickly and smoothly. The location is great. A short walk to bars/restaurants. The best part was watching the sunrise and sunset on the patio or just a few steps down to the beach. The kitchen was perfect and so was the dinning/living area. It really felt like our own little vacation home. The gate guards were very nice as well. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything :)
