Come enjoy this upscale, platinum-level, beachfront condo and have a wonderful, memorable, beach vacation. The owners have provided numerous upgrades for your stay from the tile plank flooring to the luxury balcony furnishings.

Need more? When at the beach enjoy the two complimentary beach chaise loungers with an umbrella that runs March 1st - Oct 31st.

The condo's oversized 10x28 balcony, with comfortable Polywood furnishings, is fabulous! Lay in comfort on the two cushioned chaise loungers or enjoy a meal on the outdoor dining table. Just want to kick back and relax? Have a seat in one of the two Adirondack chairs and enjoy the views, a book, or just de-stress and relax.

The living room adjoins the balcony, has gorgeous views of the gulf, and is perfectly furnished with a sofa sleeper, armchair, and wall-mounted television. The kitchen includes a complete set of full-size appliances, cookware, kitchenware, utensils, etc. It's perfect for staying in and preparing a nice meal for your family or guests. The dining and breakfast bar includes plenty of seating for everyone.

The master bedroom adjoins the balcony and includes a private ensuite bath! Sleep to the sound of the waves in the comfortable king-size bed or enjoy a good movie from bed. The large guest room is spacious and includes two beds (double and twin). The guest bedroom has private access to the connecting bathroom.

View was spectacular. Beach access great. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella. Everything was nice and as advertised. We enjoyed our stayI hope they have the elevator situation fixed.

This is a beautiful ocean view property that is accurately represented on the website. The kitchen was fully functional and had hall the appliances and dishes needed for preparing and cooking any meal. The beds were comfortable and it was a bonus to have both a full and single bed in the guest room. The check-in process was simple and reliable. There are plenty of great restaurants and fun activities to do nearby.

The other thing (and it only bothered me) the sofa needed to be vacuumed under the cushions. Other than that we had a super time, weather was perfect and lot’s of things to do and see in the area!

There is plenty to do within walking distance. The only hiccup was the elevators which is totally out of the property owners responsibility .

June 2023 Stay

We have stayed at several condos in PCB through the years. I was pleasantly surprised with Ocean Reef. Even though it is a bit older than some, 1808 was updated, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The balcony was great. I especially liked the keurig pod/pot combo coffee maker! We felt secure and liked having an assigned parking space. The beach was not as crowded as neighboring condos which was refreshing, especially on a holiday weekend. The only issue we had was the elevator breaking down on our last day. We had to carry all our luggage down 14 flights of stairs which was painful. Other than elevator issue, I would definitely stay again.

THE BEST STAY EVER

This was my family and I first time booking and staying at any other place other than a resort or hotel. Therefore we were nervous in regard to the experience of booking a condo/air b&b. The place was AMAZING and was exactly as advertised. The pictures on the website was exactly what we booked. The view and amenities were perfect. We had a full kitchen with stove, cookware, etc., fall, laundry room, everything! Never realized how convenient any efficient. It is having a full laundry room inside the condo. Being able to wash our clothes, towels, everything was perfect. We were on the 18th floor with the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean! The instructions on the website from the owner regards to the process and what to do lengthy but perfect. No Stone was unturned. We were fully informed of all of the ends and out and dues and don’ts. We will most definitely be back to the area and using, the same location.

It was right on the beach, easy access to shopping and restaurants, and the beach was clean and not overly crowded. The balcony area was very nicely decorated and accommodated us all. That was probably our favorite place to all be together! A few things that could have been better are as follows:- not enough seating indoors. This condo accommodates 6 people, but seating in the living room sits 4 at best! There was no way for us to sit together unless we pulled chairs from the eating area (not comfortable). - tub drained slowly (they came to fix it)- toilet had trouble flushing properly (they came to fix it)- found long hairs in the bed - iron didn’t work- the pitcher had mold growing in it - there is no pantry area for your non-perishable food items, therefore counters for a little crowdedOverall, we had a great time! The things that needed immediate attention in the condo were dealt with promptly by the owners/company.

I spoke with the rental company employees on two different occasions and they extremely helpful. Our condo was beautiful, wonderfully decorated and very clean. The balcony was one of the largest of any condo that we have stayed at in the past. The location was great! Close to everything, walkable to a lot. I would highly recommend staying here with your family or friends. Our condo came with complementary chairs and the chair service guys were very helpful as well. We booked a Shell Island/Dolphin seeing cruise with them and it was so fun. Runaway Island is one of our favorite restaurants and it is a two minute walk, I would highly suggest trying it. We also ate at Sharky's, Harpoon Harry's and Pineapple Willys as well as Margaritaville. Pier Park is such a fun place to visit. Overall we had a fabulous vacation and I would go back tomorrow if I could. We will for sure return. Thank you for the best vaca!

Just Right

This was just what our family needed for a vacation “stay place.” The condo is exactly as it appears in the listing online. The common area is spacious, so that everyone could spread out and have plenty of space for eating, screen time, napping, etc. The twin bed and double bed in the second room were perfect for the kids to have their own space, and the trundle under the twin was a fun addition. The laundry room was spacious, and there was everything there for a basic home experience (broom, mop, detergent, iron, ironing board, etc.) There were also plenty of extras to share like rolling carts, boogie boards, beach toys and floats, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes and utensils, and we were relieved to see that they had a combo Keurig/traditional drip coffee maker. The balcony was spacious and the quality furniture was great - we actually spent a lot of time out there. The bathrooms were straightforward - clean, decent towels, good water pressure, counter space, and simply appointed with everything you needed and nothing you didn’t. (Be sure to bring your own toiletries, shampoo, soap, etc, in case you’re used to having that provided, hotel-style - that’s not a thing with this rental.) The ease of getting to and from the elevator, the parking deck, and the beach was a real plus. The proximity to a few restaurants (Runaway Island, Sharky’s, Amore Donuts, etc) was helpful, as was the nearness to the Alvin’s Island store and the Hidden Lagoon putt putt course. It was nice to walk to nearby places. Literally my only complaint is the master bed - it’s just a matter of personal preference. The bed is super comfy, but the pillow top mattress creates some “nests” that you can sort of sink into - just not what we’re used to. All the bedding, though, was soft, attractive, and clean. This was a great choice for us - basic enough to feel like we were not in the lap of luxury, but clean, decorated, and well-appointed enough to make us feel completely comfortable, welcome, looked after, and relaxed…all the things we want to feel on a vacation. Not too little, not too much - JUST RIGHT! Thanks for a great stay!

Would definitely rent this unit again. Great experience. Not crowded and no larger hotels next door. So Beach was not crowded at all.
