Brief Description of The House:

Enter the home on the ground level to a bright foyer with stone floors and immediately you will be greeted by views of the grotto pool and garden. Take the stairs to the second floor where you will find a beautifully decorated great room, with gourmet kitchen with bar seating for four, living room with sofa, and dining area that seats ten to twelve. On this level you can enjoy the large balcony on the side of the house featuring boho-style lounge seating and swing, or two balconies on the front of the house. This level has a half bathroom off of the kitchen with washer/dryer. This level also features a king master bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The second floor features three bedrooms all with balconies. Bedroom 1 is a king master with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a queen guest bedroom with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a youth guest bedroom equipped with six twin bed bunks with en suite bathroom.

The top floor of this home features a master suite with marsh views, private sun deck, and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.

This home has parking for 3 cars with overflow parking within walking distance. (No garage access)

Overview of The Singleton Beach Community:

Although the home designs may be reminiscent of traditional Charlestonian architecture, the Singleton Beach Community is actually one of the youngest seaside communities on Hilton Head Island. Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. Whether you choose to make the scenic walk to Collier Beach (approximately 700 yards) or take the beach shuttle*, old and young alike are sure to be pleased by our beautiful white sand beaches and relatively small crowds year-round. When it’s time to take a break from the sun, be sure to drop by “Coco's on the Beach” to grab a refreshing frozen drink or a quick bite to eat- all without leaving Collier Beach! Aside from the beach, Chaplin Oceanside Park is located a mere 100 yards away and houses a multitude of tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, and soccer fields, as well as a playground, dog park, and restrooms. *There is a complimentary golf cart beach shuttle service exclusive to this community. It runs Memorial Day to Labor Day (Sunday through Friday 9am-5pm, weather permitting). The driver is in the community waiting on your call. He will pick you up at the house and take you back and forth to the beach as often as you like.
