miscommunication

I have stayed at this property before and it was beautiful which is why I booked again. Unfortunately I did not receive an access code and could not access the property. I would recommend having a back up process of getting the access code as I did not have it and could not reach the owner and had to find other accommodations. The owner thought I knew the access code protocol but it had been a few years since I last stayed there and did not remember that. To optimize the process for the future I would recommend having a back up process to gain access.

Summary Nicoles' Unit

We stayed two weeks in January and the unit was as is advertised. Good location and nice view. However, there were a few hiccups, namely the unit was not cleaned when we checked in. Nicole was responsive and took care of this and offered to buy us dinner as we waited for the cleaning. Later in the trip the code to enter stopped working and again, thankfully, we were able to get a hold of Nicole to get a new code. Some inconveniences but, all in all, we enjoyed our trip.

Beautiful La Quinta Condo!

Upon arrival, we were so delighted to see a beautifully decorated and clean vacation home w/ a stunning view of the Santa Rosa mountains, which were so close you could almost reach out and touch them! We couldn’t wait to get up every morning and enjoy coffee and the view on the back patio. We’ve stayed at PGA West every fall for the past several years and this home is our new favorite! Any questions we had were quickly answered by Nicole, who was amazing and felt like a friend that we’d known for years. A great property mgr/owner like her is rare and special. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Beautiful condo in a convenient location

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautifully decorated condo on the golf course. Everything we needed was available including a garage and courtyard. We look forward to next time!

Everything as advertised, you can trust the listing and believe everything you hear from the owner. Except maybe the view was undersold, breathtaking, especially in the morning and evening.

PGA West Stay

We had a very good stay at Nicole’s home in PGA West. The property is located with a spectacular view of the mountains and located on the green of a par 3 hole which provides for interesting observations of frustrated golfers,LOL. Nicole was excellent in her communication, her place was well stocked with condiments available for guests. I think the most critical question for people reading these reviews is “Would you stay here again?” Yes! Thanks Nicole.

If you want a comfortable, warm and inviting atmosphere during your stay in the beautiful PGA Palmer community this is the place. Everything was wonderful including the beautiful view of the golf course and mountains.

Incredible View and Great Location

Incredible view of of mountains and green. It was fun to watch foursome after foursome pitch and putt in front of us. Kitchen counter tops and master bath are updated. The living room TV was great, especially during March Madness. Nicole was very accommodating and responsive.

LOVE THE DESERT

This was about our 10th trip to LaQuinta - loved the location of the condo - right on the Palmer course where we could see the golfers. Comfy, clean, great kitchen with anything you would need. Very impressed with it. Hope to go again next year.

Beautiful place, great location, awesome owner!

Nicole is such a nice host. Great communication too! The check-in process was easy. We were in a bind to need to check in a little early for WiFi for online school for my teenage son and she helped us out immensely. Super functional place with a big kitchen and comfortable beds! We had everything we needed and more! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you so much!

Really enjoyed the property the owners and especially Renee the manager were very accommodating It has everything you need for your stay and the View off the back patio is one of the best in the entire development. One tip if your not familiar with the area and you are relying on Siri to guide you there she’ll take it to the wrong gate I would suggest a call to the owners or managers when you are near the facility is very easy to find if you don’t listen to Siri Overall a wonderful experience

My wife luvs PS & I love to golf any chance I can. So we decided to buy a property in PGA W. & we absolutely luv it. We felt super lucky to buy in PGA & we feel it’s one of the best property locations. Shoal Creek is the most desired street location to buy or rent. Our place is very homey with a spectacular view of the Santa Rosa Mtns. We sit right in front of hole 3. Our home is very spacious & comfortable & that’s how we want you to feel as our guests.

Property backyard has stunning views of the Palmer golf course and Santa Rosa Mountains. There are two public pools one on each side of the property. Property is located in a peaceful and quiet gated community that gives you peace of mind. You will love the sunset views, which never gets old.
