Located in Geneva New York, close to the historic district and Hobart College this nicely appointed apartment has two bedrooms 1 bath and washer/dryer. The unit is well appointed a perfect for you stay. The entrance and parking are in the back of the building. Dogs are allowed for a $15/night fee. One dog max. All dogs must be well behaved since there are other apartments in the building.

Loved Geneva

This property fit our needs to a T. After hotel hopping on our road trip, this was perfect. It felt quite spacious, had a nice washer and dryer, and full kitchen. A bonus is the Wegman’s Grocer a half mile away. We did day trips during our stay and came home to a beautiful walk along the lake.

Convenient location and well stocked kitchen

This home is located 15 minutes walking from the university and business district of Geneva, 20 minutes driving from Seneca Falls, and 40 minutes driving from Watkins Glen. There is off-street parking in the back for 1 vehicle. The kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. The grill was a nice to have feature.

Relaxing Stay

Property was clean and spacious, close enough to downtown and the university. Manager answered my questions within a short time period. All in All it turned to be a Relaxing stay. Lastly, Thank you for returning my Husbands wedding band.

Excellent location, needs some love

This little house is cute, and has some charm. There is plenty of space for 4 people for your trip, and for quick breakfasts and lunches it has everything you need kitchen wise. It is in excellent walking distance to the downtown and it feels very safe in the area. The house could definitely stand to get a few updates and the main issue is the cleaning. It smells musty when you first walk in. While main surfaces were clean, things like the fans and the tops of doors were absolutely caked in dust. I accidentally dropped a pair of shorts behind the dresser and they were unrecognizable when I picked them up. If this cleaning was taken care of the house would be great!

This is a great property in the heart of the historic district in Geneva. It was an easy walk to the college and downtown areas. Stephen is very responsive when emailed. We would definitely rebook, when we come back to Geneva to see our daughter.

Nice place to stay especially if you are going to Hobart University.

Excellent communication and location. The house is nice and it is in a quiet neighborhood. Everything worked perfect. I just would recommend the manager to clean the fans, they were very dirty. It happen that I am allergic to dust so maybe I am too picky. Overall, I will come back and will recommend to anybody. Thnak you

July Visit

The property is in a quiet neighborhood very near to the downtown Geneva area and other are attractions. The home is larger than it appears in the pictures. Well laid out and very comfortable. Access was easy, there is great off street parking and we had every amenity we wanted or needed. There was a minor "glitch" when we initially checked in to the property. Stephen responded immediately to a call and had the concern addressed and resolved in short order. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Geneva area, great host, and great location. We will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Nice location

The location was great and the online listing (pictures) were accurate. We enjoyed the stay with the family. The communication with the property manager was also great. Kitchen was equipped adequately, WLAN and TV worked so no complaints. Can recommend the place.

Family Finger Lakes Trip

My family and I had a lovely stay. Nice property with off street parking with everything nearby. We have 2 kids under 4 and was perfect for our needs. Would return for sure!

Great stay

Short trip to NY to welcome new family member, owner was great with correspondence and a special request. Apt was very spacious, easy to find, convenient to stores and parking was close to entrance. Definitely a good find!

Convenient and Easy

This place worked great for me when visiting my daughter who was living and working on and near the HWS campus for the summer. Just 1.5 blocks from the school it made it convenient and easy for her to come over for meals and relaxation, occasionally staying the night.

Comfortable Stay

We were very comfortable staying here. The photos are accurate, the apartment was clean, and the area is generally quiet. The owner is responsive to questions and it was easy to get in and settled with their instructions. The unit is close to a local coffee spot (Monaco), a few major stores (such as Wegman’s), and wineries and restaurants.

Super convenient to town and the college

We stayed primarily to visit wineries around Lake Seneca. It turned out to be perfect for our purpose but would also be perfect for someone visiting the college as well. Steve was super attentive to all of my questions. I would definitely highly recommend this property.
