3 bed, 2.5bath Villa,Bay Forest resort community 4miles Bethany, linens included

Beautiful 2200 sq f Villa, offers 3bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths; and lot of spacious with loft and living/ dining room with cathedral ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen, family room, patio, laundry room with washer and dryer, and garage.

Walking distance to most of the community amenities including, family pool with a lazy river and water slides and lap pool and lounge pool. the tennis courts, outdoor basketball, tot lots, bocce ball, putting green, club house, game room for kids and teens. The community also has a recreation barn with indoor basketball and pickle ball, walking / biking trails and herb garden, fire pit and marina for Crabbing, fishing, canoe or Kayaking. Drive or take the community Shuttle to Bethany Beach (4 miles) 4 days a week. For all the other days I highly recomend to go to state parks beaches for easy parking. There are 3 of them around the bridge and another one southern of Bethany. At the “3rs” and south Bethany it has a fishing area where you can even bring your dog .

Bay Forest community does charge $150fee plus $50/person per stay to use of the community amenities.To pay this fee you would be require to send a payment 30 days prior your stay.
As a safety measure, we always allow minimum of 3 days in between guest to clean and disinfect.
Minimum stay is one week, but over a week you can add single days with same daily rate. (So is ok to rent 9 days Friday to Sunday). This year linen are included.

Beautiful, clean house with a ton of space. Much more space than expected for three bedrooms. Excellent communication with the host and everything was prepared for the visit, including amenity passes, bicycles, and beach chairs. Unfortunately, the beaches were closed due to a hurricane, but we had a great time at the pools.

Nice house in good location

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. We come to Bethany beach area every year and this house met our needs. Very close to Bethany beach and also has well kept tennis courts and pickle ball. We spent good bit of time at pool as well. Would highly recommend

Perfect location

This home is well maintained and walkable to the pools at the resort. We enjoyed the amenities on site as well as a quick drive to Bethany, Rehoboth, and Fenwwick. The neighborhood is quiet, and the residents and staff were super friendly.andstaff

Nice House & Community

The house was clean and spacious for my family of 5 and well stocked with supplies. The keyless entry makes it easy for everyone to get in the house. My son was disappointed that they removed the snack bar from the lazy river since the last time we were here, but you can have food delivered and the ice cream truck swings by on occasion! The lazy river is why we’ve come back to this community a few times. If you forget a book, there’s a cute little used bookstore nearby. We love Bethany and had a great vacation here.

Excellent Vacation

4 adults and 2 youngsters shared this home for our family vacation. The property is in a beautiful community with many amenities and easy access to Atlantic Ave and two grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed a lot of pool time and walking. We appreciated having linens and towels, beach items, games, washing detergent and condiments already there. The home was clean and comfortable. We were easily able to reach the owner for questions or concerns. All had a good time.

Property and amenities were great. Location was close to shopping-beach-restaurants. Only complaint was that the shuttle only ran Friday to Monday. Parking in Bethany expensive and very difficult to find unless you go before 9am

Excellent Vacation Rental

We loved staying at this property. Amalia is very communicative and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The house was spacious and clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The development is excellent. It has two pool complexes, one of them with waterslides and a lazy river, as well as a game room. Our kids were fully entertained. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location!

This is a beautiful property that is perfectly located. The neighborhood has wonderful amenities. The home is gorgeous as well! It is very close to all the sites and restaurants in Bethany Beach. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The home was comfortable and spacious. The community was friendly and we loved walking and biking around the neighborhoods. We enjoyed the beach daily which was a short drive away. The pools are within walking distance and we enjoyed playing pickle ball, bocce, going to the gym and the game room. Sunsets at the marina are beautiful. Look forward to renting again next summer!

The host was great, very accommodating. Loved the location, but the best part were the amenities. Modern gym, game room with ping pong, air hockey, skeet ball, and more. All the pools were beautiful, family friendly, and well maintained.

Perfect spot in Bethany

Great location, awesome amenities, and I got to bring my dog!! Owners were super responsive. Kitchen was well stocked. Grill with a full propane tank. Smart Tv and Roku. Pools available for windy days when the beach is too aggressive. Quite neighborhood. No obnoxious parties. Super relaxing and chill.

Great home away from home

The owner thought of everything. We really felt welcome. There were little things, like shampoo and kitchen condiments, things you don't want to pick up on vacation, so it was really nice to see it there. She even left popcorn, which was a big hit with the kids. The house is beautiful and very clean. Amazing communication prior to as well as after our stay. I left behind a shirt, and she immediately contacted me to see if I would like it shipped. Honestly a great relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend.

Fabulous Vacation Property

Home was lovely, clean and spacious. Great location and neighborhood, conveniently located to both pools, biking and walking trails and other amenities. Short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. Amalia was very responsive, communicative and flexible. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it.

A Great Vacation Home

We had a great summer vacation spending time in this house and all that it had to offer! The home itself was beautiful, spacious, clean and exactly what we needed for our family! It offered all of the in home necessities, and was located perfectly within the community! Pools and bike trails were a huge hit with the kids as well as the community firepit! And it was only a short drive to shopping and the beaches. The host was quick to respond and easy to reach! Would totally love to stay here again and again!

Great stay

We had a great stay and Amalia was a good and communicative host. The development is also very friendly with lots of neighbors who stopped to talk and gave us pointers. Both pools are easy walking distance from the house (there are sidewalks that cut through - driving makes it seem much further!). One pool was closed during the week while we were there and the beach shuttle wasn't running yet, but those will both be fixed later this season. The state park beaches were easy and convenient too. Overall a great stay that I would recommend for others!
