Beautiful Condo in Dunedin. 5 min from the beach!

There is no better way to enjoy your Florida retreat than right by the beach. This beautiful 2 br/1 ba is located right on the Dunedin Causeway and steps away from Honeymoon Island. It’s also only 10 min away from downtown Dunedin, 15 min from Clearwater & Tarpon Springs. It has everything needed for your vacation- 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and many beach towels available for use.
The space
This top floor condo is fully equipped with everything you may need. The kitchen is well stocked, with pots, pans, plates, silverware, an apartment sized stove and oven, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, starter supplies of paper towels, etc.
We provide fluffy white towels and soft sheets, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel, and a starter supply of toilet paper.
There is high speed wifi, two flat screen TVs with free Netflix.
There is a pullout sofa bed in the living room and the second bedroom has a separate entrance/exit if needed.
4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and beach towels are provided during your stay.

WE ARRIVED ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON . WHEN WE DROVE UP TO CONDO WE WERE OVERWHELMED TO SEE THAT ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR WAS DESTROY AND UNDER CONSTRUCTION. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED SINCE I WAS THERE WITH A FRIEND . UPON CLIMBING WITH OUR LUGGAGE TO THE SECOND FLOOR WE WERE HAPPY TO SEE THAT THE INSIDE OF THE CONDO WAS HOW IT LOOKED IN PICTURE. THE CONDO WAS CLEAN AND HAD WHAT WE NEEDED. THE DOOR LATCH WAS BROKEN AND COULD NOT BE USED BUT THE DOOR DID LOCK. THE AREA IS VERY QUIET AND WE FELT A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN WE CAME HOME FROM DINNER. AFTER EVALUATING THE SITUATION WE DECIDED TO LEAVE THE NEXT MORNING AND NOT STAY TWO NIGHTS. I WAS SO EMBARASSED WHEN I DROVE UP AND REALIZED WHAT A MISTAKE I MADE. I'VE LEARNED A LOT FROM THIS EXPERIENCE ABOUT USING VRBO.

The kitchen was very small but had everything we needed. We loved the location and the condo was very clean and cozy. Because we were here to visit family, it was nice to have a place where we could invite them for dinner or movie night. The beach is super close and a shopping center right across the street. We suggest the little ice cream/ smoothie place over there.Mona was great to deal with and responded quickly to any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again.

The thermostat kept resetting to 84 every couple of hours and it really got hot in there. We woke up sweating and even when we changed it, it changed back. Also, you could have told us that the entire building was under renovation and there were construction workers banging around at 730am. We wanted to rest. The dining room chairs and table were falling apart at the screws. I didn't feel safe sitting in the chairs and one of my guests actually cut their finger on the loose screws. Otherwise it was okay. Decent amount of room except the no place safe to sit but we made due. A toaster oven would have been nice and the beds were not the most comfortable but they worked.

We arrived at 4:50P! Wirh no info to get in, it took 40mins to get a hovld of some one. Once in we found air condition was not working. Temo was 94 deg in the condo . spent 45 mins on the phone and trying different things tov get a/c going . finally gave up and requested a repairman, rhen wentout t o dinner. Returned at 8:30 repair. Man was still there. A/c was running. Heavy dust on basebiards and a curler on the floor. Every lamp in the condo had problems with the sockets loose or dangling . plce needs a good cleaning and a lot of repairs. we will not be staying therr again!

Super cute and clean place. Walking distance to a number of restaurants and shops. This place was walking distance to Dunedin beach and causeway. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

Wow, this place was in a PERFECT location to allow access anywhere quickly in the Tampa-Tarpon springs area.The rate was excellent and had everything we needed to stay and do our vacation.

if you love the beaches.....you will love this place. honeymoon beach is only 8 -10 minutes away. sunset beach near tarpon springs, clearwater and sand key are a short drive. little further drive to st pete, indian rocks, fort de soto .. there are plenty of restaurants close by. downtown Dunedin is nice to walk around with a lot more restaurants, boutiques and ice cream shops!condo unit is comfortable to rest, sleep and make quick meal. all you need for the beach is here. chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, noodles and extra beach towels. free shared laundry room on each floor and we had no problems getting ours done. you can reach out to Mona and she will respond quickly... only about half hour for so from tampa airport!!!

adorable little apartment

Very nice 2 bedroom with comfortable beds and everything you need for a home base. Well equipped kitchenette plenty of towels and even had beach chairs and beach towels we could use. This is on a second floor but it was fine for us. Thank you!

A darling little place

The inside of this condo was so homy & clean! Perfect for our girls getaway! We found all the basic necessities plus some! Location was convenient! Very close to beach & grocery store and only a quick drive to the downtown area!

Near Honeymoon Island

Mona’s place has everything you need for a beach weekend (including aloe gel). The extra blankets in each room was a nice touch, as well as a clothing steamer (and an iron if you prefer old school.)We had an issue but Mona quickly responded and even came to help. Great communication was appreciated. The shower was great. There was plenty of extra room in the bedrooms to put suitcases, etc. Did not feel cramped.

Mona is an excellent host, Property was clean, comfortable and close to the Causeway and local restaurants and shopping . A compact kitchen with everything you need. Very comfortable living room and dining area. Two very comfortable bedrooms. Chairs and beach supplies in the closet. Mona was very responsive to questions and was very easy to contact. We had a great time!

Florida Holiday

Mona was very accommodating. As this was our first VRBO experience, we were very happy. The place is a little older but has had some nice upgrades. We were missing a few items and Mona was able to get them to us very quickly. Beautiful area and we found it to be very quiet.

Heaven away from home

This place is clean , quiet and has everything you need to chill cook or just relax. And Mona. The property manager is there if you need anything. I would highly recommend this place. But at the same time it's like telling someone we're your favorite fishing hole is. Mona, your the best. I had a great time

Fun weekend getaway

Property was clean and cute. Loved the shower. It had everything you could need. I brought so many things with me, that I really didn’t need to, was impressed with all the little things available in the rental (coffee pods, throw blankets, shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer and straightener) Close to everything, Frenchy’s was yummy! Building looks dated on the outside but inside was great. No safety concerns. Note if on second flr there are two flights of stairs with no elevator. No issue for us but good to know based on a guests mobility. Would stay again for sure! Thank you for having us!

Host and her daughter were very responsive. Have relatives in the area and just needed a few extra beds at night. They were awesome at responding and being flexible with check-in and check-out time. We will be back!!!

Peaceful & Quaint with the kindest Property Manager

I recently spent a few days at this property for a much needed solocation from life. I could not be more pleased with the experience overall. From the location, to cleanliness, the prompt communication, this has been one of the best VRBO experiences. Mona & her daughter Geraldina are the sweetest and truly do everything possible to make your stay personalized and perfect. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.
