Newer 2023 built villa. Second floor unit and elevator is available. It has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths. 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 Twins. Unit sleeps 8 comfortably. from Villa has wall to wall carpet. Villa has been completely furnished. Kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, icemaker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and 12 cup coffee pot. Dining room table seats 8 people. Four stools are also available at kitchen counter. Living room has sofa, love seat and two chairs. Television is mounted on the wall in the living room. Cable and WIFI is also available. Master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, television and two large walk-in closets. Private master bathroom has tiled shower with double sinks. Twin bedroom has a dresser and large closet for clothing. Queen bedroom has dresser and large closet. Hall bathroom has shower/tub combo. Second queen bedroom has dresser and large closet. Third bathroom has shower/tub combo. A great feature was a pocket door was installed in the hallway of queen bedroom and hall bathroom to give the queen bedroom more privacy. It is like having your own little suite. Side by side washer and dryer. Carolina room comes fully furnished with television. Balcony is right off the living room. No pets or smoking in condo. Enjoy the gym, indoor pool, outdoor, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly stays only. Coupons available for stays less then seven days. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

They even helped me get a wheelchair delivered for my dad to be able to go to the beach. We would stay here again.

The place was very clean, however the hot water did not work well for the showers or at the kitchen sink. The clothes dryer had to run 2 time to get the clothes dried. I choose not to call this in we just worked around it.

Tupelo Bay September

Well laid out & very spacious unit that easily accommodated 3 active families . This is a 2nd flr suite and having the option to use the elevator was really handy when moving in & out, or transporting the beach wagons daily. Overall a great location. Close to beach, golf & shopping. Tupelo golf course was in terrible condition but the price was right for family golf including 2 juniors. All ages enjoyed the pools, foot golf & pickle ball. I would have given this a 5 star rating if the main living area had not been white carpeted. Poor choice of floor covering for a busy family on vacation.

Two months at Tupelo Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I just returned home from two months at Tupelo Bay. October and November were great. The villa is spacious-very open layout- and the 4 bedrooms mean that we can invite our adult children to come visit us. Three bathrooms are very convenient for us when they visit. The porch is nice for morning coffee and, if it's not too cool, we have dinner there. An added bonus is the Carolina room- my wife loves it for reading. When my grandchildren are here, they like to play their video games in there. The large dining table seats 8, so we can all have our meals together. Great local places to eat: Mondays- Surfside Charlies-great $5 burgers. River City- wonderful Reuben's. Breakfast or lunch at The Golden Egg - always a hit!Ask for one of Beth's tables- she is a tremendous server. Villa 1007 is on the last row of condos, so not as much traffic as the first ones- that's nice. Very calm location.

We received a call from them to let us know that our condo was ready before the actual check in time. When we arrived to pick up our info, the staff was very kind and courteous. We purchased the linen package and it was there when we got there. The condo was just as described. It was clean and ready for us. We got a call the day after arrival to make sure that everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. We were very happy with everything.

Kitchen could use serving bowls(non- plastic) and one or 2 casserole dishes, along with pizza tray and cutter. Staying next to Tupelo Golf Center is perfect for our spring vacation.

The condo was comfortable and quiet but the Garden City area is very busy and we were not walking distance from beach. We drove each day to Litchfield Beach. We enjoyed that beach much more than Garden City.The condo was fresh and updated, although it would have been nice if ceiling fans, headboards, baseboards, and chair rail mounding would have been dusted. I really like the sunroom and would love to see a pull-out couch in there. Also, it would be helpful to have a foot shower/rinse off area at the condo.
