Beach access was a 10. Pool was great. Our unit was exactly what we booked. I’ve stayed at several vacation rentals. Usually there are basic kitchen items, probably left from previous guests, but this place didn’t have any of that. Pack your salt and pepper and literally anything you want to cook with. The Cuban restaurant across the street is really good and you can walk there. I would 100% return to this property… with seasonings, lol

You can find better. This was our third time to stay at Villa Riviera. The first two times were wonderful. This time we decided we could find better, even if it cost more. The location is wonderful…however…There was hair in the shower, trash and dust under the bed, sliding glass door track was full of bugs, ceiling fan in bedroom was caked with dust, upstairs hall plug in is coming out of wall, tub has two big rust spots. We met with someone from the management company to tell them about these things…they said they would return our cleaning fee but they never did. We talked to the people in the unit next to ours…they had issues too. It’s really too bad…it’s certainly not what it used to be.

We enjoyed our time here. There was great communication from the start while also answering questions we had. The property was as described, clean, in a safe area and right on the beach. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning while watching the dolphins from the patio. It was easy to pop down to the beach as there was access right on the property as well. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys available which was nice. Additionally, it is close to a Walmart, Publix, and many good restaurants. We loved the Cuban restaurant right across the street! We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay, check in was a breeze, location was wonderful, the beach was ideal and not very crowded. We had everything we needed and plenty of space! The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. We would love to stay here again!

The apartment itself was clean the comfortable. The pool was clean and very nice however the outside property was not maintained well. There were stacks of old tile in the grass and a large metal shutter in the parking area that had obviously been there a while. I was very impressed though that an Amazon package That was sent there after we left was returned by the host! If the outside maintenance issue is improved I would happily stay there again.

Great location for beach stays.

Very comfortable accommodation, spacious enough for us. It had everything we needed, just felt the whole complex could do with a little TLC, very dated and over priced for what it is. Location is good, pool is nice.

Overall a nice stay. Unit was undated nicely although balcony furniture was worn and rails needed painting. View was great. Convenient location

Perfect spot on a beautiful beach

This place is great! It is directly on the beach which is beautiful white sand. You are close to grocery stores and restaurants but the property is quiet and quaint. The pool is super clean and warm.
