We really enjoyed our stay, Joe was very responsive on one issue but was fixed super fast, love the outside area where my husband & I spent a lot of time, great neighborhood and inside was very nice and clean. We have been coming to Key Colony for 5 years and enjoy the culture, food and activities

Key Colony

We had a great stay! The house was just what we needed for a week family vacation. Joe was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We loved the cabana club during the day (staff, food and drinks exceeded our expectations) and fishing the canal in the evenings. Highly recommend booking here!

Great spot for relaxation and adventure!

We love Key Colony Beach so much that we return every year! Love sunset point and the farmers market. Great location for exploring Key West or upper Keys. We cooked a lot, and this kitchen had everything we needed. Great home away from home.

Wonderful Vacation

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. The unit was as advertised, clean and bright. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and utensils. The backyard had a wonderful canal view and privacy. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Key Colony is a great place to stay in general with walkable neighborhoods, great pickleball, and a fun nine hole golf course. The short walk to Havana Jacks from the house is also a huge plus.

Home Away From Home

This was a perfect place to call home for our stay in Key Colony Beach. Very bright, inviting and comfortable property. We had everything we needed here. And our host was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we needed help or had questions about anything!

Nice duplex in key colony, great location

Overall a great place to stay for a fun week in the keys. Relaxing location on a pretty canal but only 1/2 block walk to Havana jacks or the cabana club. We had some ac issues but the landlord was responsive and handled the problem fairly.Stuff happens to beach rentals so that’s all you can expect The house was very well equipped for cooking and relaxing. WiFi is a bit slow but is that really a problem on vacation?? Overall wonderful experience

Wonderful vacation spot

Pictures don’t do justice for this property. Owner was great with any questions we had. Beautiful spot right on water. Unit was spotless and we very much wished we could just move right in. If you want an awesome experience then this property is the one.

Key Colony gem

The house was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Everything was as-advertised including 4 new bikes that were of great use. The host was excellent and provided plenty of insight above and beyond basic house information. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay in Key Colony Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is in a great location and it's a very easy walk to the Cabana Club pool. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and everything we needed (and more!) was available. Access to the bicycles was a nice touch and provides an easy way to explore the island. Our son loved fishing from the seawall and we kept a few nice snapper for dinner. Communication with the host was excellent. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Great house and owner!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. We loved being able to sit out on the back porch by the canal and watch fish and birds and manatees. The beach club was very close and we went there most days and enjoyed it! The house was well stocked and kitchen had everything we needed. Great location to everything. Joe was very helpful in reaching out before we left to give us some ideas for different activities and restaurant recommendations and was extremely responsive while we were there if we needed anything. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!!

Our adventure in the Keys

Beautiful home centrally located in the keys for quick access to all. Perfect size for 4 adults, comfy beds, clean and well cared for!! We rented a boat that was delivered and kept right in the canal at the house all week for early morning fishing trips out into the gorgeous waters of the Atlantic and spent the afternoons/evenings exploring the islands. Take in the sunset at the park or Sunset Grille or, like us, both! The owner is very responsive and provided answers to all questions! I would definitely stay here again.

Great views and a very quite and busy neighborhood

We had the best time at this place we was able to dock our boat at the house all week so we can conveniently take it out to the reef or fishing. Location is prefect and the neighborhood is very nice. Joe was very responsive and gave us numerous suggestions on places to go see and things to do. Also he is very resourceful on the best places to eat. I would highly recommend and I look forward to a future stay again with him. I couldn’t ask for a better host and home!!! Absolutely loved it.

The Best Stay Ever!!!

We have been coming to the Keys 2-3 times per year for the last 11 years and this was by far our best stay!!! We absolutely loved this house. The owner, Joe, was on point from the time we booked out stay. We actually tried to book for winter holidays before leaving but it was already reserved. I can see why! This will always be our go to spot going forward. Location is perfect! Absolutely relaxing! I’m so glad we found this house. Thanks so much for the great hospitality, Joe!

CasaTua!

We had a wonderful two-week stay at CasaTua in early January. The home was perfect for our needs, and we took full advantage of the dock space and spent every day out in our boat. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed. We had the pleasure of meeting Joe at the nearby Cabana Club prior to our stay. The courtesy membership for guests is a nice addition to the perfect setting. During our stay, Joe was very responsive to any of our questions. We definitely recommend this little gem on Key Colony Beach!

Easy holidays

Everything was better than expected. The place is so well communicated and close of one of the most beautiful beaches (sombrero). Eat outside at home or in one of the closest restaurants was terrific. Cabana club membership was so convenient, a easy place to close the day. Joe was close to us responding all of our questions or just following up in how the things were going. I recommend this place.

Time to relax

This property has everything you need to fish from the backyard and even saw a dolphin in the canal. We didn’t but you can bring your boat. We brought our trike instead to do one of National Geographic best rides in America. It is absolutely stunning scenery.

This property is in a PERFECT!!!! Perfect, Perfect location for EVERYTHING THE FLORIDA KEYS HAVE TO OFFER! There's the Private Members Only Cabana Club Located literally a few minute walk down the street, with a HUGE pool, restaurant, bar and private beach! Also walking distance to second restaurant next to the Cabana Club Restaurant.
You are a 1 hour drive to Key West for super charged night life! And only 2.5 hour drive from Miami International Airport.
The outdoor life here is amazing!! Fishing, Diving, Lobstering, Snorkeling, boating, swimming, wind surfing, sailing, beaching, sunning, relaxing, and afternoon naps!!!

I offer a canal front home where you can park your boat (either owned or rented) on the canal during your stay, a public boat ramp near by, and restaurants/nightlife within walking distance compared to other locations on Key Colony Beach. Use the bikes to ride to the kayak shop and paddle the day away!
