Access the private beach thru the condo walkway. Center of town convenience, restaurants, shops and galleries are right outside your door. Bright and spacious, air-conditioned, newly renovated one bedroom comfortably sleep 2 people. Open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows maximizing your views of the pier and opening on to the exclusive use private deck. Deck doubles the living space and offers plenty of privacy allowing you to sit, relax, BBQ, and dine, while you view the harbor, bay and Commercial Street. Enjoy the new stainless gas grill, large outdoor dining table and a separate seating area for entertaining and watching the boats come into the harbor. Amenities include cable/internet/wireless, hi-definition flat screen TV’s in living room and bedroom, Electric Fireplace in Living Room, Bluetooth capable Samsung entertainment system (rated better sound than Bose), coffee/cappuccino/espresso maker, food processor, blender, dishwasher. This unit does not have parking.

Non-refundable $350 Administrative Fee, $200 Cleaning fee, linens included plus applicable state and local taxes.

Thank you for a great stay in Ptown!

This condo has a gorgeous deck overlooking the harbor in Ptown, is centrally located to nearly everything Ptown has to offer. I look forward to staying here again!

Lovely apartment with harbor view

Amazing deck looking out over the piers / marina / harbor, and in a central part of town. Great for folks looking for a shaded deck with pretty views and sunset.

Perfect Off-Season Getaway

Unit was clean, comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Great location. No parking, but local parking lots or street parking accessible. We went during the off-season and overall it was quiet. I can see in high season, noise might be an issue. Overall a great stay and would rent again.

In the heat of Provincetown

Great location right in the center of town. Beautiful view of harbor. Steep staircase to unit. Comfortable living quarters. Fully furnished/equipped. Nice outdoor area, shaded by deck above (upstairs unit unoccupied while we were there.)

Great location, nice place, needs some fixes

If you’re looking for a not fancy spot in a good location in P-Town this is great. Nice deck area with harbor view. One major issue that should be fixed - the bedroom needs curtains. There is just a thin seethrough drape up right now so there is no privacy from neighboring buildings or neighbors walking by the window. It doesn’t block any light and the large glass door looks directly into windows of the adjacent property 20ft away. Not to mention the bedroom starting to get bright before 5am. Until this is fixed the unit is not commensurate with the price.

Disappointed

There were no instruction on where to find the key since the lockbox was inoperable. We arrived and could not access the property via the lockbox which were the only instructions we had been provided. After several calls and text messages we were told where to find the key. Two hours after arriving in P-town we could unpack our luggage. UGH! The bbq grill was also filthy and smelled horrible. We invited guest over for fun on the grill that had to be canceled. Ideal location, but poor renter experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view of harbor, a pleasant setting, nice nearby shopkeepers. I have rented this apt 7 times: 2012, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2020, 2021, and now in 2022. Often for a week, but 2020 and 2021 were for a month each and then this year back to a week rental when the price went up. The only drawback is the bed is starting to be defective, and the BBQ is starting to rust. Outside of that it's a nice place.

GREAT location

Comfortable and quaint, we were very happy with our place. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere with out the need to rent bikes or pedicabs. Walked to the Stop and Shop grocery, the Pilgrim Monument, and Angel Foods. Any questions we had regarding more towels, or where the laundry was located, were promptly answered. The air conditioning was super cold, and due to the humidity being higher than normal, we had it on all week. It was so nice to come back to a cold place after a long day of shopping or being on the beach. The view from the deck was priceless. We sat on the deck and enjoyed wine in the evening and watched a cruise ship come into the port. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a view and wanting easy beach access.

Amazing views!!!

This property has a great east-end location and an amazing view. The property itself is a little dated, but if you're not planning on being there much, do not worry. From our experience compared to other Vrbo bookings, this property is not overall on par given the higher price. Some amenities were lacking that are typically standard with others. This property's policy on check-in and check-out is strict, no early, no late. And only coin-operated laundry was available in the basement, no coins provided. These were just some of the quirky policies we haven't experienced with other Vrbo bookings. On the plus side, communication with the property manager was easy, quick, and direct.

The apartment feels both cozy and spacious and has very nice furnishings, including artistic decorations and a comfy king bed. It's in a good town center location, convenient to everything but also quiet. Add to that the fabulous view and large well-furnished balcony and you couldn't ask for more!! Many thanks to Maria at Gibson Sotheby who was super friendly and very efficient.

Maria took very good care of me and was a fantastic rental agent. I would suggest bringing your own pillows and sheets. Towels were very nice though. Deck is in bad shape but the view made up for it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and spacious, with amazing views from the large deck right outside the living room/dining room area. It was right in the center of town and convenient to restaurants, shops, etc. The one thing I would advise future renters is that there is no parking on site. We were fortunate that our friends stayed in a condo with 2 parking spaces and we used one. Otherwise, parking for 7 days could run approximately $300. Additionally, there are two steep staircases to enter the unit. But, overall, this was one of the best places we have rented in Town in 28 years. We highly recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Looking at my records, I have rented this unit 6 times since 2012, so it appears we like it and its view of the harbor. The balcony and BBQ are a pleasure. The kitchen is well stocked and the unit is pleasant. However, I have noticed that there is some wear in the wood, breaks in the screen door that should be repaired, and a fresh coat of paint would help. The cutting block could use a sanding down, and the bed is starting to get old. i would like to return in the coming years and would be interested to know that the apt is being properly maintained.
