This cozy condo is located just one block from the parkway, between 3 and 4 traffic lights. Has everything for your great stay, complete remodeled and newly furnished, comfortable sleeper sofa and mattresses. Providing towels, bedding, soaps, shampoo... full kitchen, has all kitchenette you can cook and enjoy your meals at home. Publix is only 5 min walk and Kroger is 3 min drive distance for your groceries. Awesome restaurants and a lot of recreational places for adults and kids. Dollywood is 8 min drive and Gatlinburg is 15 min away from this place. So welcome to enjoy your fantastic vacation in our condo!

The condo was simple but nice, clean, great location, very quiet area, comfy bed, the only problem we experienced was very slow internet the first day. We would definitely book again.

Check-in was so easy! The apartment is perfect for a couple. Even if you are too busy to enjoy it because of all you can do in Pigeon Forge, this is a great place to come back to! The owner's communication is amazing! So good about getting back to you immediately. Plus, we messaged them just to thank them, not for something negative!!

Pros: great location, clean. Outside noise was muffled well.Cons: no trash can in the bathroom, no blow dryer, there was coffee but no cream or sugar. Wifi was spotty. We found a single mouse dropping on the bed.

This was a great weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I. We loved being able to walk to The Island and many shops in the area. There were only two things that kind of lowered my review a little bit. After arriving to the unit we sat on the couch and out popped a vape and neither me or my boyfriend vapes so we knew that the couch hadn’t been deep cleaned. The other thing was the internet it was very slow and really didn’t load much it didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time but just be aware!

Before booking, we read the reviews and most all were 4-5 stars. I spoke to someone named Hemo who gave me in writing (online) the promise that the cleaning fee would be waived dependent upon our checking out and it meeting the cleaners approval. The manager asked me to show her proof of that. Better communication between the owner and manager could have resolved that.Deal breakers...the ice maker did not work and several times, we had to use paper towels to soak up the leak in the floor. I did bring this up and the manager said, there was an ice tray. Just so you will know, we filled one cup every morning and after doing so, the ice tray was empty.The vent in the bedroom was the worst. It did not divert the air at all. It blew directly down on the bed. I contacted the manager about this and asked would the owner consider putting in a diverter vent and she said, he/she would not. Each time, the heat (which was more like cold) came on, I literally had to wrap myself under the covers, even my facial area.There was no dishcloth or dish towel, long stringy black hair was found in several places, no dresser, no chest, washer liner was split and eventually broke off, washer/dryer was extremely small, no hook in the bathroom, dust on the Keurig, no trash can in the bathroom, hot water lasted exactly 30 minutes then it became cold.

I would stay again

I was in Tennessee for the Pigeon Forge Experience. This condo was about 5-7 minutes from the field. It was quiet and the location was very convenient for anything we need. We could walk to the strip for entertainment and food shopping (Publix). I didn't have an issue with the property. The only thing I could say was wrong was the pool was closed and that was the one thing my boys wanted to do while staying there.

Clean and comfortable

The condo was clean and the king bed was comfortable. The location wasn’t bad but wasn’t the most desirable. The kitchen was small. The refrigerator wouldn’t make ice nor dispense water. No dish towels, especially that there was no dishwasher. Not a full set of utensils, no sharp knives. We had to share the one teaspoon. There was no bath mat in the bathroom. Bedroom didn’t have a dresser for clothes storage. None of these things made our trip bad. Just for your information.

I rented for a getaway with my sister. The unit is within walking distance of the Island and lots of shops. The unit is exactly as pictured. The only downside is the internet/wifi. I ended up signing into the hotspot on my phone so we could watch a movie because the tv kept loosing internet service I would definitely rent this unit again.

Cute & functional

Had some trouble with lock first day. Property owner responded to message and communicated to maintenance. She got it looked at within a few hours and functional again. House is stocked with all the basics. Would stay here again!
