Cute and cozy nest is on the second floor of Legacy condominium complex! Enjoy one 1 bed one 1 bath condo with all amenities you need for your vacation, enjoy greatest location and safe neighborhood!
You will be one block off the Main Street, Parkway, walking distance from the Island of pigeon Forge, Publix and Kroger, all the Main attractions, 5 star restaurants and shows will be 5 min away from you!!
Dollywood and water park is 8 min drive, Gatlinburg is 15 min away!
Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, comfy king size bed in the bedroom and brand new sleeper sofa in the living room!

One car per reservation!

No smoking of any kind allowed:
Inside the units, walkways, stairways, porches, or within 50ft of the buildings.
designated smoking area has been setup with new signage.

Location is super convenient. Host was not responsive about an issue we had until after checkout, but offered compensation for the issue. I’d stay here again.

Overall, the stay was fairly nice however, a few things need to be addressed in my opinion. There needs to be stands to be able to put your suitcase on once you arrive there and the pillows need to be upgraded. There also needs to be hand towels in the kitchen to dry the dishes. It was nice to have a coffee maker with some coffee there when we got there and it was also nice to have a mini ironing board.

The key pad was very very hard to unlock and get into. The stove top didn't work. Couldn't cook anything to eat from stove. Otherwise the condo was very clean and well set up. ( Might want a bigger trash can for kitchen)

The house was very comfortable — perfect for 4 people. It had all the essentials and was in a great location. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell at times, but the biggest issue was the host’s attitude. While he did respond to some messages, he didn’t offer any real solutions and wasn’t receptive overall. I also felt uncomfortable when I messaged him in Spanish and he replied, rather dismissively, that he didn’t speak Spanish — which came across as slightly discriminatory.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Location was great and right in the heart of everything. The only issues I was would is that the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the bedroom and hardly no cellular service. There was also a knocking sound coming either from the A/C at night which woke me up. Other than that, it was good!

Very clean and quiet

I have stayed in a few places that had high ratings that were awful. This place is legit very clean quiet good air conditioning and bed is comfortable very pleased!!! Will definitely stay again!!

Nice little place!

Nice place for just me. Had a small question about check in and got a quick response! Location is really close to tons of things to do. Maybe a 5 minute walk to The Island. Very clean and great price!

Clean and Convenient

Property is as described. Location is one block behind the main parkway, walking distance to The Island and other shops. Less expensive than many of the hotels and much nicer!

Holiday Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The location was close to everything which is very convenient. There was work being done on the road right in front the condo, so that was the only irritation. Overall, the place itself was very clean, looked like the pictures, and had was given good instructions. Even though the location was right in the center of everything, it was pretty quiet.
