The living room has accordion doors which opens the entire area up to the new 700 sqft deck overlooking the lake. On the deck you will find the propane grill and picnic table with umbrella. There is also a stone fire pit/grill, corn hole, horse shoes, two fishing kayaks, and easy access to the water via a staircase into the lake. Our cove is a great place for the little ones to swim without the worry of being in the open water. On the boat house is another deck complete with remote deck lights. It is a great way to catch some extra sun or end a beautiful evening with a glass of wine and some good friends.

The home is located in the Arnold Hills, a quiet, reserved neighborhood on the west side of Cedar Creek Lake. It is less than an hour from downtown Dallas and an hour and 20 minutes from almost any other location in DFW.
