From the moment you walk through the door – you will feel right at home. And this home has it all!


There is plenty of room for families or friends to come together to make wonderful memories, with enough space and activities to spread out and enjoy everything lake life has to offer.

THE LOCATION:
• You will fall in love with our double-sized gated lot
• Nestled on the southwest side of the lake in a quiet neighborhood on the water
• Our peaceful cove is perfect for swimming or paddle boarding, with easy access to open water for boating
• Private dock and boat launch to bring your own fishing boat or pontoon
• Free parking for up to 8 vehicles
• One level home.

OUR HOME:
• Two-for-one with a main house and a generous guest house perfect for teenagers or multiple families.
• The main house has 3 bedrooms: a master (king) with a private full bathroom (soaker tub), a bunk room (2 sets of bunk beds) and the lakeside room (queen and double bed), another full bath in the hallway. The covered patio is just off the back of our home.
• The modern farmhouse kitchen in the main house is fully stocked to accommodate up to 17 people. Keurig coffee maker and full-size coffee maker, waffle iron, crock pot, toaster, microwave, blender and more… Outside we have both an Oklahoma Joe grill and smoker, and a propane grill.

• Our guest home has two rooms: One room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen bed. Second room: Full-size Living Room with futon/couch and a full bath with a large walk-in shower. Full-sized fridge and and TV. Covered patio with propane fire pit. Ultra-Capacity Washer & Dryer

So much to do
• Take in the view from the cozy patio atop our 2-story lake-view deck w/table, rattan pit seating, chaise lounge chairs and an upright patio heater as well as a propane fire pit.
• Enjoy the water – 2 kayaks, and paddleboard provided
• Fishing from the dock or deck.
• Cook up your catch and enjoy a meal around the outside farmhouse table
• Make smores and tell fishing stories around the firepit with Adirondack chairs
• Play pool in the mancave, and croquet or cornhole in the yard
• Work (if you must) - we have a perfect desk/printer with a killer view and internet.
• Check out Canton First Monday Trade Days – only 50 minutes away
• Catch a game or a move on the large smart screen TV’s in both houses
• Just breathe – enjoy the pelicans, herons and ducks during the day, and take in the stars at night. After all, they’re big and bright in Texas

Nice, quite lake house in a very peaceful neighborhood. The lake views from the boat house deck were awesome. Our whole group caught fish right off the deck. Great fenced in yard for the dog to run around. Plenty of water activities for the youngsters. The main house was fantastic. The guest house had plenty of space but it lacked a sink, microwave or central AC. We did have a window unit and the guest house stayed cool. Overall it was a great weekend lake spot. Perfect for active groups.

Great stay!

This property was everything we needed for a birthday weekend. Plenty of space for a party of 11, and very comfortable beds! The host was very responsive and extremely kind. Would definitely stay again!

Thanksgiving with Family!

We had an absolute great time staying at this property! We found it last minute and it was perfect for our family coming from out of town to be together for my Dad who recently had a stroke! It was very easily accessible for him and he was so happy! Game room was perfect for the kids! Lake was too low to fish, but they took the canoe and kayak out and had fun! Great memories were made and we are very thankful to have found this place! They had everything we needed from inside and out and guest house was a plus! Definitely recommend for a big family!

Celebration of life

My husband passed in July. He had rented this before he passed as a family get together. So we kept it and celebrated his life. Was extremely a great place and all enjoyed the stay. Had plenty of room so no one was walking all over each other. The kayaks and the paddle board were so much fun. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Perfect lake getaway!

Super easy check in! Lots of space for 14 adults to sleep and park vehicles. Fishing off the dock was a lot of fun and side entry to lake made it easy to kayak or just relax in the water. Really enjoyed the place!

We were staying there for a state high school bass tournament. The property is as described. Plenty of room for everyone to be doing different things but yet still all together. If you like the house temps to be under 75 degrees be mindful the A/C in main house cannot keep up during the summer temps. It would finally drop to 70-71 by the wee hours of the morning. Boat ramp is pretty steep but manageable. Very nice not having to deal with the public ramps. Although, there is not a good place to dock the boat. Amount of parking area is good. Overall a nice place and good location on the lake.

Great place Great communication

Laura was a delight to communicate with! The property was everything we were looking for. Comfortable, clean, enough space for everyone, and in the perfect location for the 2024 eclipse :) I don't anticipate us needing to stay in the area again, but if we did, we would totally stay here again!

Quiet and convenient

It was a perfect location for us during our remodel. Very quiet neighborhood and cove which is what we like. The 2 separate houses were nice, especially the guest house with a set up for an office for our work from home scenario. Laura was very responsive with questions and on a few items that needed to be fixed. There are lots of outdoor spaces and trees along with kayaks and other toys to enjoy. Thanks for letting us stay at your place.

Perfect weekend!

We spent a perfect weekend for our girls high school reunion. The kitchen is well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals. The weather was beautiful so we were able to eat outside under the stars...and also enjoy the firepit and roast smores! The only stairs are to the double decker dock which has a few loungers and seating to enjoy the view of the lake. We rented both of the hostesses homes, which are in the same area, a 3 minute walk so we could all get together in the evenings. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We didn't have any men with us so we didn't take advantage of the 'man cave' but might have had we taken the time away from chatting. There are kayaks too. There was a TV in each room with streaming, and the internet speed was great. We never had any trouble connecting our devices. Laura was always available to answer any questions we had and the property is great!

We purchased this lake house because we enjoy hosting large groups of family and friends away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are able to relax here. We love to travel. We believe we found the perfect place to spend time together and enjoy a little bit of God's beautiful creation!

There are two individual homes which is perfect to host multiple families, or let your teens have the guest house . Because of the large gated double sized lot - we have plenty of room for parking.
