Convenient location to springs and downtown. The neighborhood is quiet. The park nearby was great for the kids. The house was clean and kitchen has all of the necessities for cooking and cleaning.

My family stayed here in August and loved it. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Lovely condo in Pagosa Springs. After long days of skiing at Wolf Creek we were so happy to curl up by the fire and read, watch movies and relax the evenings away.

Excellent family getaway

We had a total of 8 people between two families staying here and it was perfect. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, clean, and lots of space. We had a great time with beautiful location.

Very nice place

This place is nice and close to town. Lots of shops and good restaurants near by. The drive to Wolf Creek is only 25 minutes away. Would stay here again!!

We came to Pagosa Springs for a girls’s cousin trip and had a blast. There was plenty of room for the five of us and we all agreed that the house was comfortable and very well prepared with supplies and equipment, and we would love to come back again.

Wonderful place to gather

Great place to stay

The check in and check out was easy. Location is excellent. The property was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Loved the fact that it had a garage and washer/dryer we could use. We would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pagosa Springs!
