Enjoy the sunshine and fresh air as you hike through Snow Canyon or see a performance at Tuacahn Amphitheater. As you come home to your private retreat, cook some delicious food in the beautiful kitchen or on the provided BBQ grill. If the night gets chilly, gather around the fire pit and spend the evening under the stars. If the weather turns, challenge each other to matches on the provided Xbox, or watch a movie on one of the Smart TVs! No matter what you enjoy, Church Rock Retreat at Paseos is sure to have something for you!

This beautiful 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom home can comfortably sleep 11 people, or with the use of 4 sleeping pads fit as many as 15 people for the ultimate desert getaway! The master bedroom is downstairs and features a King bed, a Smart TV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom also has a double-headed shower and two-sink vanity, leaving plenty of room to get ready for the day. Just off the entry, the second bedroom hosts a queen Purple brand mattress, and has direct access to a hall bathroom. Heading upstairs, you'll find 2 more King suites with Smart TVs. Just past the loft there is a bunk room with a Twin-over-Queen bunk bed, as well as a closet with a porta-crib and 4 sleeping pads. Church Rock Retreat at Paseos is sure to be a favorite vacation destination for years to come!
**No street parking is allowed anywhere within the community. Overflow parking can be found throughout. Shared trailer/RV parking is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Great Getaway

We were on a 4 day girls trip and this space was perfect for us. The location was great: within an hour drive of Zion and close to St George. The house itself was clean and spacious. We would stay here again

Easy to rent, beautiful property that was new and clean. Plenty of room for all 6 of us adults. Easy location off I-15 with access to all the fun things to do.

I stayed at this home in September 2023. It is a lovely home with lots of room. It is close to the pool and walking trails. The freeway is only a mile away which makes it easy to go into St. George. I will stay here again.

New, well appointed house with hot tub and fire pit.

We rented the place for 7 women who golf. There were 5 large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms. The furnishings were tasteful. It had easy freeway access and although it is in a large residential development, the backyard was secluded and private. It has high ceilings and a spacious feel.

Beautiful Home

This home was so beautiful and we very much enjoyed our time there. The view out back was spectacular. The subdivision, although not complete, looks like it will be amazing. We didn't even use our passes to the community center because all we wanted to do was relax at the house. We were actually in town for a family funeral, so we were so grateful to have such a peaceful and nice place to stay. Thank you.

Great Location - Few things to know

The house was very spacious and we really enjoyed using it as homebase for our travels in southern Utah. I would have loved to stay a few more days to enjoy the views, hot tub and well stocked garage. Also, there was ample towels and kitchen supplies. I do want to mention that none of the rooms have ceiling fans and that was odd to us. We had AC issues, but the management company was very responsive to assist. We were disappointed that they could not accommodate an earlier check in than 4pm. But I could not dock them for that since it was the agreed upon time, but it wasn't that "above and beyond" service you hope for on vacation. But one of the rooms had a hole in the wall from the previous guests-- so maybe they needed that whole time to get the placed cleaned and turned around. Over all would probably rent again, but would be more aware of my limitations in arrival.

100% recommended!

We LOVED this property so much. We had all 4 of our married kids stay with us along with 3 grand kids. 13 in all. Each family had their own room and full bathroom. The view was amazing from the back windows as we sat in the hot tub. We took family pictures across the street where there is a beautiful red rock background. It was so nice we didn't have to travel anywhere to find a gorgeous background. The floor plan is perfect for a large group. Our son in law commented he wants to build a house just like this for his family someday. The pantry had a lot of random spices which made it great for cooking. The kitchen is very well stocked with all cookware we needed. I brought a crockpot from home, but didn't need to because there was one here. It is a 50 minute to the visitors center of Zions National Park. We spent a day there (which was super crowded but fun) I would 100% recommend this house to anyone coming to Southern Utah!! Red Sands owns a number of the same floor plan along this road. So if this one isn't available keep looking.

Love this house

Beautiful home with all the amenities you need for a fun stay in St. George area. Close to hiking, trails for running/walking, biking, and a recreation center for swimming and other sports. Beautiful scenery and sunsets. You can't go wrong with home.

The house was nice and clean and had most things to get you started. They listed that the house would have a hair dryer and I had to go purchase one as there was not one at the house. The outdoor area was great for relaxing and soaking in the hot tub. My kids loved playing pickleball across the street. My only complaint is that the shades in the bedrooms do not block out any sunlight and it was very bright in the morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to go back someday.

Well stocked home

This is a great property! Pros: Amazingly stocked kitchen for cooking, including bakeware! Plenty of dishes/cups/silverware for a large group. Plastic plates and cups for children. Pantry staples: salt/pepper/some spices/tea/coffee/sugar. On site laundry with detergent and dryer sheets. Great communication from the rental agency. Con: The rec center mentioned is the city's. It's close - about 2 miles away but it's not in the neighborhood. This is a development under construction, so expect construction. This is a great house and the location is wonderful for Snow Canyon, Zion and Bryce. We would stay again!

Fabulous Place!

Group of friends traveled to St George for mountain biking and relaxation. The house was great- it was very clean, modern, and spacious. It even had some nearby trails that could be ridden without needing to get in the car.

Zion and Canab Adventures

This home was beautiful; feels brand new and updated. Beds, linens, bathrooms very comfortable. Plenty of space for our family. Would highly recommend this home. Only flaw was not being able to spend as much time in the home as we would have liked, because the majority of our activities were in East Zion (> 1 hr away) so alot of time in the car.
