Vacation in style at our Modern Family Villa. 4BR/4.5BA, convenient location for exploring Zion & Sand Hollow Parks, minutes from St. George. Private hot tub, patio dining, access to community amenities including pool, hot tub, splash pad & pickleball courts. You can't beat this location, just seconds from I-15 & SR-9 making traveling to St George, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Sand Hallow, and many other great activities a breeze.

The neighborhood is mostly Vacation Rentals, the surrounding homes all share the community pool/spa and pickleball courts

Keyless entry to the home. The house fob provides access to the pool, pickleball court, and splash pad. There is trailer and boat parking in the community (extra long stalls are first come first served)

Escape to our beautifully decorated home in the heart of Southern Utah. This 4BR/4.5BA home offers a comfortable, modern feel with a large open kitchen and living room filled with natural light. The kitchen is fully-stocked and perfect for cooking and entertaining. Upstairs you'll find a second living area with plenty of seating and a large flatscreen TV. The bunk room features custom-built twin over full bunk beds, individual nightlights and charging stations, and plush mattresses for ultimate comfort.

Relax in the private hot tub or grill up a feast on the deluxe BBQ grill on one of our three outdoor areas. Additional in-home amenities include shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all full bathrooms, iron and ironing board, pool towels, pickle ball equipment, and board games. The Town Center at Coral Canyon features a beautiful pool, spa, splash pad, pickle ball courts, and open grassy areas, and a designated section of trailer parking for boats and sand crawlers. Just a short walk away you'll find Coral Canyon Golf Course, a neighborhood park, and paved nature trails along Coral Canyon Blvd.

This modern family villa is just minutes away from several national and state parks, such as Zion National Park and Sand Hollow Reservoir, A car is recommended to experience all Southern Utah has to offer. Book your stay now and enjoy the ultimate vacation experience!

It would be best to have a car to get around as there is not much public transportation

We provide all bedding and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware. Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the bedroom closets.

We came to the area with friends for a golf trip. The place worked perfectly for two couples. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciated the availability of pantry items like spices etc. that we could use and did not have to purchase. Checkin was super easy. Tyler and Amy were excellent to deal with and replied promptly to any questions and concerns we had. We definitely enjoyed our stay in the area. Thank you.

Everything was so convenient

Loved staying at this property! Bring right across the street from the pool and pickleball courts was awesome, it’s location is super convenient.We brought our big enclosed trailer with our RZR’s and there was parking for that which was great. The house was so nice! Will be staying there again soon!

This was one of the most well equipped vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. Impeccably clean. Rooms / washrooms for every guest. Absolutely perfect for our 5 day golf trip.

Great Place to unwind!

The property is very nice with excellent amenities. It is a fairly new property and is in excellent condition. The hot tub is wonderful to sit in under the stars, and its proximity to restaurants and activities is excellent. Don't even think about it, just book it, you won't be disappointed!

Five Star Vacation Home

Everything and more you would ever want in a vacation rental. It was so well stocked from kitchen to bathrooms and bedrooms. Garage was awesome with a ping pong table and a basketball game, even a big screen tv on the wall! Hot tub on the patio was awesome. Couldn’t ask for more.

Cleanest, Most Comfortable stay

Our stay here was amazing. The cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The beds were so comfortable. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our favorite part was the private hot tub and gas fire pit on the balcony. We sat out there for hours, enjoying the view and being in "our own world." The family loved the basketball and ping pong in the garage. Great place to unwind. Owner was very responsive and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Girls Trip 2024

I loved all the communication with the host. Loved the code for getting in the house. Loved all the bathrooms and bedrooms. Loved the window coverings. It is right across the way from the pool. The kitchen is very well stocked and better than other ones we have been to. Good and comfortable seating. Comfortable chairs at the table. High quality. Appreciates the expectations stated clearly. Suggestions. We would have liked ceiling fans.

Restful Vacay

Our goal was to find a place with easy travel to Zion and other options that had something for the kids, but catered to the parents. There were a lot to choose from, but this property was definitely the one. It had plenty of bathrooms, 2 kids rooms (with very nice, solid bunk beds), dual masters for each parent set (one with a larger bathroom), 2 living room areas, a fantastic garage with games, close to the pool (but not right up on it), and an overly, wonderfully stocked kitchen. Bonus was the balcony with a hot tub and seating where you can see gorgeous sunsets. Adding the modern decor and furnishings made it absolutely perfect for 2 families. I was initially nervous with seeing only one review, but with the owner being premier status, I felt comfortable with the decision. Owner was very communicative and checked in on us for anything we needed. Both families agreed we would stay here again. Thank you for making this trip fun and relaxing!
