Come enjoy the Southern Utah sunsets and red mountains in this adorable cottage. The Red Rock Sunset Cabana is a true retreat featuring five bedrooms, sleeping up to 18 people. Split over two levels with plenty of space for the whole family to gather! It’s the perfect home for a family vacation! Enjoy the beautiful Desert Color of St George, its truly a Paradise of Utah.

The main level is stunning and has a very open floor plan. The living area has a wrap-around couch, oversized ottoman, two chairs and a flat screen Smart TV with basic cable and streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with bar seating for eight and a round dining table that can seat six. You’ll notice a screen door leading off from the dining area to the outdoor patio with furniture, a gas grill and firepit. Perfect for enjoying those cool St George nights. Down the main hallway you’ll find a half bath and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have been designed for optimal comfort! King size beds with new bedding, flat screen Smart TV’s and each having their own private bath. You will be able to relax after a fun day spent with family and friends. The washer and dryer are also on the main level.

Once you make your way upstairs, you will first be welcomed into a lounge area with a flat screen Smart TV, pull-out sofa sleeper and two comfy bean bags! You’ll notice a door leading out to a deck with patio chairs. From here you will be able to see a beautiful view of the Pine Valley Mountain range, just amazing! Back inside and down the hall is a half bath, and two bunk bedrooms. One room has two sets of bunk beds, the other has three sets and both with their own bath. Perfect space for all the kiddos! The last room has a king size bed, flat screen Smart TV and its own private bath.

Bed sheets are washed at 600 Degrees, then pressed and made by our professional stafff. All to ensure that you enjoy a good night sleep!

Your family can only enjoy this spacious home and its closeness to the main area of the Resort.


Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming cottage you get a discount.
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.
